The to go line moves fast on certain days. Some cashiers are nice others yiu can tell you are bothering them by ordering something extra or make you feel like you should have picked somewhere else to eat at. I eat there normally 2-3x a week. Never know which atmosphere it will be until it's too late to realized it's the wrong time of day 😕 food is always on key though.

There were two different people talking trying to take my drive thru order. A little bit confusing, and very rare.I ordered a drink without ice and they gave me one with ice. My happy meal was supposed to have more fries , instead of apples. Neither the extra fries nor apples were in my meal.

I at least go through the drive through weekly. Service really depends on who's working. Apparently the online app doesn't work every well. So just use the code it gives u to collect the rewards and pay at the window. I don't trust being charged in the app then having to pay again at the window or the order isn't received and they have to look for it. "System Communication Error". I like the personal touch, when the staff knows the menu and can make suggestions for getting the best value.

Seems to be clean, but the last three times I ate there, I had diarrhea really bad. To me McDonald's foods all taste the same, like fried. Today 07-08-22 we stopped and got my grandson a triple cheese burger with tea, my wife got a half and half tea, ( half sweet half unsweet) when she took a drink it was half sweet tea half coffee!

Back open for dine in at 50% capacity. Fresh and steaming hot every time. And their milkshakes are........ sorry suddenly getting hungry 😋 If you have been here already or you go in the future I'd be interested to know what your opinions are.

The Fayette store is, by far, head and shoulders above the other McDonald's in the area. The staff is always courteous and attentive. The store is always clean.The food is fresh and hot, as it should be. I pass by other stores, one within walking distance to my home, to patronize this location. Management is really on the ball. Thank you.

Hated it. Overcharged and when I asked someone, they stated they had no idea about that. Then someone tried saying I wasn't and then I finally got a manger. Who gave me a $6.00 Redding instead of $6.99. Then started to argue with me about it. Then had to wait 15 minutes for food. I will never go back to this place again.

Decent service. Depending on the time you go,as with any McDonald's, there may be a line. If in a hurry, don't go after or before football games or when any events are happening in Fayette.

My son brought me a big Mac and fries to the Fayette hospital. It was the worst McDonald's I every had. Big Mac had hardly any sauce. It was mostly lettuce pickles. It was gross!! They got food too.

Just average, although that is an improvement from perhaps a year or so ago and prior. The staff has improved a little bit with attitude and quality. it's so refreshing to actually get some of the items you ordered through the drive through.

Went through the drive through and the wait was a little to long for receiving our food. And nothing was offered for having such a long wait. I was an assistant manager at a store in Jefferson county years back and I know how things should have went . Maybe they should work on their drive through times a little harder. But everything else was fine.

They were very quick and friendly. I have never seen a McDonald's wear on the inside they had a buffet-style breakfast. That definitely must be a southern thing LOL we came up from out of state and that was pretty cool to see! I would definitely recommend this location

Great. Very clean for a McDonald's. The staff is always very kind and patient. My kiddo and I go after her therapy appointment on Fridays and they are very good with her. She looks forward to it.. Thanks to everyone there who makes her feel special.

This location is VERY hit and miss. Either the employees are polite and professional, your food is hot, fresh, and correct, and the fry containers are full (like they are SUPPOSED to be!) OR the employees act like you are bothering them, the food is luke warm and tough, and a large fry is a medium, a medium is a small, and a small is a paper pack with 8 fries in it with 4 of them being crunchy, 3 having burnt ends, and 1 decent one just so you can remember what they are meant to taste like.Also, it seems that the people unloading their trucks have not been trained to refrain from throwing the frozen cases of fries. When you throw the cases during delivery it breaks the fries into several pieces, which is why you tend to see numerous tiny fries in the bottom of your fry container and at the bottom of your bag. This has been a real problem at this location for awhile now.

I'm reviewing on a recent visit to this restaurant. A fantastic experience because of a lady by the name of Elise. In the world of no longer caring for our customers, Elise made my day and put a smile on my face!! What a great experience it is to encounter such an upbeat, caring lady!!! Thank you Elise for making a day that wasn't beginning so good a much better day!!

Got the big Mac deal (2 big macs, 2 fries, 20 nuggets) along with a large coke, a large Dr. Pepper, and 2 small cokes.Nuggets were good as was the fries & drinks. The big mac's were bland. Had the "special sauce" and all the fixings, but was the blandest tasting burger I ever had from McDonalds!

Just grabbed a couple of mix match egg Mc muffins and biscuit sandwiches. Would not usually order a bisquit..but on that special we could not choose..had to take what I got. Won't order again.

Very poor management. Attempted to work here for extra spending cash. Was told to come in for interview, as i did, but she had forgotten about it. Was told to come in to sign my paperwork, as I did so, I asked for a start date, she said next monday, but she'd call when uniform came in, never got a call, text anything. I had to contact her numerous times to confirm, she asked me to come in earlier to start than monday and I couldnt due to doctors, so in return i was deemed" unreliable and not a good fit for our team". The owner of this franchise really needs to look into this. Us good working adults, are being turned away, because shed rather have " ignorant children" working instead. Smh.

I came in and got 2 hashbrowns and 3 sausage biscuits and my hashbrowns was cold and tasted gummy. So i ask the cashier if she could give me fresh. They took them and dropped more ok when they came back up the cashier was just satnding sround and not giving me my hashbrowns so i had to ask her for them for the second time i feel lije if we as costumers pay for food it should be fresh food at all times so i give them 2 stars

I actually sat down and talked with the owner in person. Richard I believe he said his name was I told Richard that he should come in more often, because most of the time his team members are very young and even the older crew members. They play around and joke way to much. Most of the time it takes up to ten to fifteen minutes to get your food. Then while a cashier is taking an order you have to repeat what you want at least twice if not more. I believe they should give free food if it takes more than three minutes to get your food. Because of crew members don't care.

I pulled in the driveway at 12:02 and left at 12:15 after ordering 2 sweet tea. There was a constant 10 cars in line with 2 car going around refusing to wait. This was lunch on Saturday.

I'd be surprised if they got a order correct, but yet it's the customers fault for not checking their bag before leaving drive thru!! Well next time I will check every food item, before moving out of the window even with 3 cars behind me wanting hot food!! What's awful is the manager is even rude about it.....smh, now I'm worried to eat my food, who knows what they did to it!!!

There were 2 cars in front of us. We all sat here for at least 10 minutes and no one ever pulled up. There were no other cars in front of the first one who was trying to order. We finally left. Apparently no one would answer the order screen.
