Samson (my cat) had a hole in his head. Veterinarian gave him an antibiotic shot that lasts two weeks and put a staple in his head. I didn't need an appointment, they considered it an emergency and took him right in.

Do not care for Dr Janie bedside manner. They see my cat. Called about getting stray cat spayed. Receptionist went into spill about how often cats go into heat. Said no available date until January!! Changing vets. Not pleased at all with this staff or lady vet.

Shame there isn’t a zero on here. Called to bring in sick animal. Told be here by 2 pm. Got there around 12 and was told only 1 vet and 3 emergency surgeries that came in during the 45 minutes it took me to get there.

I had previously gone to Jasper and used a televet for my senior cat after moving back to the area from VA. My Will--a tuxedo cat--was 16 and stopped moving much and stopped eating over the course of a week or so. The vet was very kind and respectful as I made choices based on the information/guidance he offered. When the time came to let my cat pass on, he gave me some time and space to grieve there and to be with Will to the end. He showed sincere caring/concern during an extremely painful and sad time, and I appreciate that. I have a young cat that I will be taking there from now on. I highly recommend this clinic.

My little dog had a sore neck and I was able to walk in and get Xrays and her some help quickly. Wonderful place. They take walk ins before 2pm most days. Great Veterinarian.Update- still a great place to visit ! I appreciate Dr Kimbrell!

Had to take my neighbors Dobie down there. She needed a bath her nails done and treatment for chewing her hair out due to mosquito bites on her bottom. The staff was very rude. The veterinarian assistant actually closed the door while we were trying to ask what they were going to do for the dog. They brought her back soaking wet. Not even towel dried. Nails were sharp and jagged. Apparently the vet didn't see the dog. We were given " a standard treatment bag". I'm going to find a real vet. Will NOT BE GOING BACK.

They don't let you make appointments, so I've Been Told. However it is a well-run organized clean operation staffed with compassionate and alert staff. I was extremely impressed on this, my first visit, and overwhelmed by how economical their prices are. My friends told me about this veterinarian Clinic and spoke very highly of it. I can honestly say it was well deserved praise.

A hugh thank you to the veterinarian and all the staff for making the transition for our fur baby, Scooter today. We will never forget the kindness and compassion all showed today Sept. 12th, 2022. We were blessed years ago to find these 2 vets ( husband and wife) when our last vet retired in our town. We now are traveling to the next county over but it is well worth it. As a believer in spay/ neuter I've also brought friends pets here to be cared for with them continuing to visit them afterwards for other issues that arise. Simply the best.
