Clean. Inventory seems to be stocked frequently. Most employees seem nice and helpful. Nice area with plenty of parking. I was helped by a very nice lady in the men’s department today. It’s good that they have name brand clothing, even an entire Reebok section for men. I wish they would add a smoothie place or an Auntie Anne’s pretzel place like they do in Mobile. Every visit I’ve had there has been nice, never any issues. It seems to stay cleaner than most Walmart stores I’ve been in.

Feels more upscale than lots of Walmarts I've been in.. not as many bare spaces on the shelves either.. we have one about 2 mi from our house in Foley and it is crowded and shelves empty most of the time... We may start driving to Fair Hope for all Walmart runs!

So far so good...haven't picked up our birthday party cake yet to give a complete review but can say deli worker was very attentive and helpful in helping us pick the cake size and design....but fyi, they kinda funny about copyright stuff...as a Graphic Artist, I understand copyright laws, but Walmart literally refuses to do much of anything aside from "THEIR book of cake designs" and premade cakes...that's not cool to me...we asked for a very basic design and text and they refused so we had to choose one of their cake designs in THEIR BOOK and modify it ever so slightly from there...photo pictured last is what my Autistic son wanted...totally not a copyright issue...baker/cake designer could've legally accommodated but refused...🙄😏***Update: The cake was so fresh and delicious!! Just wish I had gone with white for the text instead of blue but otherwise, very satisfied!!🤗 😋

Did an online order & went to pick it up. I sat there for 1 hour & 30 minutes before my order was brought out to me. Guess it's my fault. Shouldn't have been lazy & just went in to get the stuff I needed like I used to do once upon a time.

I bought a Yakut on Friday 4/5. The day after my 10 yo wanted to drink it and just by accident we were able to discover that the product was expired several days before, on 3/30 (Walmart sold me a diary product expired 6 days prior the purchase!!!!) cannot even imagine what would have happened to my daughter if she drunk it!!!!! I went to the Fairhope super center to return the product and they refused to refund saying that their policy is to replace and not refund. I wasn’t going to go home and these products needs to be refrigerated so replacement was not an option for me Basically they haven’t just make it for selling an expired product (they have liability) but also they made me do several trips to the store at my own expenses to replace the product. They also should have thanked me and take actions to go check the rest of their inventory on the shelves as this could cause serious issue to the health of the general public. Instead no thank you and no action taken at all!

Came in with a friend to test a car battery. Was there 2.5 hours. Very disappointed with service.Was the first car in. Should of informed me that it would take that long. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Would ask why was taking so long,and it was like I was bothering them. Will never go back.👎🤬

This is the largest, cleanest Walmart we've ever visited and shopped at. Employees that we ran into and cashier's were also exemplary. The parking lot is also huge and clean, with cameras and security. The indoor photos do not even include the garden nor the tire service shop. I've never reviewed a Walmart before but had to do this one. The Women's restroom was also clean! Kudos to the managers and employees. Someone told me this establishment has been here for ten years; I would have thought just a couple years.

This is by far the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in. Super unfriendly staff, stockers in the way of shoppers, items out of stock or unavailable. Prices are not competitive with other grocery chains. The staff at this store needs to be taught some social skills or you will lose your customer base. I will patronize other stores and may never return to this location.

This Walmart has replaced almost every human with self check-outs. They will not help you without being rude. And we are not trained cashiers. Why should we be punished and treated poorly for your store, removing all the cashiers that were so wonderful! The shelves in this store are often empty, and things are in weird places. Be nice to your paying customers or we can go to other stores.

Went to the Fairhope Walmart the morning of April 9 and needed an unusual computer connector for my new computer to connect to my external hard drive. I was having difficulty locating it when a young man named Kamden approached and offered his assistance. He was very knowledgable, polite and courteous and he used his electronic device to locate what I needed in a very short time. His assistance was greatly appreciated and helped me immensely. He is a credit to the Fairhope Walmart.....

Grocery pickup and delivery needs better management. I keep getting notified at the last moment my order is delayed up 2 hours. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, I was told no one was "picking" and I would need to reschedule.

Has nothing i need. Carts are never brought back. Asked cashier to watch my cart for 3 minutes while I used the filthy bathrooms. Cart was gone and he couldn't care less. What a jerk

Both store and car park are always filthy, aisles are cluttered, human checkers are few and far between, but there always plenty of employees standing around looking at their phones. Wal-Mart is an evil, evil corporation that has nothing but utter contempt for their customers.

Horrible customer service At customer service counter on 12/1/23. Lazy, careless and slow staff. This store is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! IF You're NOT HANDICAP, PICKING UP OR A SENIOR THERE IS NO PARKING SPOTS.... THERE'S NO ACTUAL CASHIERS AND THE TECHNOLOGY IS SO FAR BEHIND YOU CANT EVEN TAP YOUR PHONE IF YOU DONT HAVE YOUR DEBIT CARD. I LEGIT HAD TO WALK FROM THE SELF CHECKOUT BY PHARMACY TO THE GROCERY PARKING LOT TO GRAB MY CARD FROM THE CAR. THEN CHECK MYSELF OUT. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. And when I returned they had SECURITY there. As if I was problematic or suspicious. I just left my freaking card in the car. Smh very distasteful

Lazy, doesn't want to do anything or contribute to help with the work that is supposed to be done by all of the workers that watch the self checkout line's but as far as we all know you can get the chance to do the Job and what all the duties for the self checkout clerk's has got to make a decision on making the employees work for the money that has been paid for the non work that they have to do. It's honestly the only thing I have a to get the understanding is to get a watchful eye just in case someone has a opportunity to do a discount on whatever item's they have, if they are definitely going on and they have to do the best for them and the company to notify the supervisor on duty of their observations of the perps and the way they have gone.

Best Walmart I have been to.and I've been to several across the country.this Walmart is by far the biggest and cleanest store I have been to.They carry stuff the other Walmarts don't. shelves are full. My favorite Walmart by far.

Have to go because I have to live but this self-checkout is so stupid. I don't work at Walmart but they should send me a check. When I'm checking out they have people staring at you like you are a thief. If they don't trust you, then they need to work the register and stop acting as if they are God. I went in there the other night and it was packed with people and only 2 registers open and maybe 6 self checkouts open but about 8 cashier's standing and staring at us checking out and not being paid, but knowing they are getting paid not doing a damn thing.

This is the Walmart in Fairhope.The store is very well organized and clean. Associates are friendly and helpful. There is a large variety of items. We were pleasantly surprised. The women's bathrooms are spacious, however, not clean at all in stark contrast to the rest of the store.

The store is clean, employees helpful but you never pull items forward and it seems I never go shopping there that I have to leave without something on my list due to I can’t reach to the far back on the upper shelves for a product! I then have to go to another store to purchase my item. I do think this could be addressed and remedied. Once in a while is understandable but not every single trip!

They have some great looking embrodiery machines. I just paid $3,224 plus ,$1 000 for my Bernina trade in, for a Bernina 535E "sewing/embrodiery computer" when I should have spent $385 for a Brother's sewing machine with embroidery features.The thing about Bernina, which is very expensive, is that Bernina is for professional people in the business of making and selling embroidery items in a business. Bernina is not for ordinary people like me who sew once or twice a year or every two years or so.I should have purchased the Brothers embroidery machine for $385 or $254 and not the Bernina 535E for $4224. Anyone who wants to pay $4,224 for it, let me know.

I got my prescription from the pharmacy,which I have been going to for years.Always Excellent Service.Especialy from Bonnie.She has Always been very Helpful, Professional,and Nice 🙂 She knows what she's doing.I have also seen her working at other Walmart Pharmacy and she does the same Fantastic Job 👍 Thank you Bonnie 😊👍
