This was our first time going to the Waggy Tail. I can't say enough good things about them. Our dog is a tea cup Yorkie and is filled with anxiety. She hates having her nails cut. She's anxious when we are not around. I told them how she was and they said no worries. When we picked her up we were speechless. They did an amazing Job! I will be going Back. Anyone who needs dog groomers I HIGHLY recommend them 😊

The staff at Fairhope WT has always been extremely professional and fits all three of my girls on short notice. They do a phenomenal job on my three schnauzers, which makes me very happy. Great work to the Fairhope WT team.

It is a nice, clean facility that made it easy to bathe and dry our dogs. They provided everything we needed (shampoo, face cleaner, towels, hair dryer) for the chore. We went after the dogs were picked up from a local kennel and our dogs came home clean and smelling fresh. We will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend for new clients. The building was very clean, staff was professional and helpful, and it was very quick! Brought my long hair doxie in for a clean up and they did a wonderful job. He looks and smelled so much better after. He definitely has an extra pep in his step!

My wife and I recently relocated to Fairhope and owned a Pet Salon in our old hometown. So, when we needed to find a groomer here we were a little nervous about what we might find. In addition, our dogs had only gone to our shop their whole lives so, it was a little nerve wracking.Turns out, Waggy Tail was the answer. They were very kind, courteous, and professional. Or dogs look great and the price was very much in line with what we expected. Thank you Waggy Tail and we will be back.

Wanted to find a local groomer. Read reviews and asked neighbors and some referred me here. Was very hesitant of using a new groomer but was not visiting area where original groomer in near future. Gave groomer notes and sounded like all was understood. I understood my younger dog had knots in her hind legs and hair would possibly be cut short but never this. Gave my Scottish terrier a kennel cut!!!!!!!! Enough said!! This shows lack of experience and very poor execution on team. If I had not paid before seeing my two girls, would have requested a full refund. Do not let the good reviews fool you. My other dog might’ve looked decent at glance but it is all square cuts no tapering like used to with my old groomer. I had trust in you Waggy tail. We will never come here again. Please remove us from your list of customers. As soon as my dog’s hair grows back which now seems like will be an eternity, my girls will go back to our wonderful groomers in mountain brook where they are experienced beyond years and know what they are doing.

The ladies I spoke with were very nice and got me in on a Friday spur of the moment call so I could get my Schnauzer puppy cleaned up before she went in to get fixed and chipped. Lizzy looked great and the price was competitive with other local shops in the community. My only complaint was Fairhope's lack of parking downtown...

Words can’t describe how livid we are and what they did to our little boy. I can’t give a zero or I would!!We have always taken our pets to the Daphne location. I called to make an appointment and of course they were short staffed and sent me to the Fairhope location. The appointment was for 8 am this morning. I had our little bit there as they opened the doors. The young lady was really nice and said she would see to it that our fur baby would be taken care of. At 3:30 I called and they finally said he was done. They charged me 68$ for a normal summer cut grooming?? When I asked why so high on price they said it was bc he was an AGGRESSIVE ANIMAL!! Mind you he is barely 4 pounds and barely has any teeth bc he’s so old. We get him home and he can barely walk and looks to be like they doped him up!!Pet owners please be aware of this place!!!I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY OETS THERE AGAIN!!!

I live in GA but I come to visit my family in AL about once every couple months. I bring my sweet girl here to get groomed every visit. The staff are very nice and have us in and out quickly! Our girl always looks and feels her best after a visit to Waggy Tail!

My brother has a poodle and took him to The Waggy Tail yesterday. His poodle was poorly groomed with a lop sided cut on the top of his head and he was severely dehydrated after a 7 hour visit with them. Be extremely careful with taking your loved ones to this establishment. Bad hair cuts may happen from time to time but it's their care for the pets that concern me. I'm a pet lover and very concerned when they are treated bad.

Only take your dog here if you want her to look terrible. They will shave your dog without asking bc they are un willing to spend any time trying to get out a knot. This happened multiple times. Every time I’d give them another chance, I’d pick up a shaved dog again. I will now warn everyone in fairhope that has a dog to stay far away from this place. - Shelby

My granddaughter wanted to stop in everyday on our walk and we did. She picked out toys and treats for the dogs, petted the rescue kittens, and talked to the staff. She thought they were her friends. Thanks guys for being so kind to our Tessa.
