I've been going to Salty Dog Grooming for a few years now. They always have my babies looking great. Very professional and very fast. This morning my dog took off running and was lost for over an hour the owner stopped working and helped looked for her. She's very sweet and compassionate about what she does I highly recommend. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My dog was found safely.

Called and asked if I could drop in and get the pups nails trimmed. She said “ sure” and so I dropped in and she precisely and skillfully Dremel’d his toe nails perfectly. ( The other groomer was sweetly grooming a beautiful Blue Doodle perfectly.) Sweet folks with a true love for dogs. Highly recommend Salty Dogs services.

Reached out after seeing positive reviews to schedule an appointment. Got a return call from the owner who asked questions about my dog but when I tried to answer, she kept interrupting me to tell me there needs to be a meet and greet first. I agreed to set that up and then continued to try and answer her original questions but she just kept interrupting and speaking over me. When I asked if I could at least finish my sentence, she said she was working while talking to me (how am I to know that)? If she is this rude to a new customer, how could I leave my dog with her? No thanks, going elsewhere.RESPONSE TO OWNER: With all due respect, ma'am, it was your phone that went out and I was the one who asked if you were still there and you replied, yes but that you were working while talking to me. You asked me questions I was trying to answer and you turned it into a lecture and would not even let me finish a sentence. I even told you I was HAPPY to schedule a meet and greet and you went on talking right through me with a lecture that this environment is not the same as home (which I completely agree with and is why I promptly agreed to the meet and greet)!If you treat a new customer so rudely, do you really think I am going to leave my dog with you? And by the way, you are the one who ended the call by hanging up on me when I told you that I didn't think this was a good fit.Waggy Tail will be grooming him Saturday morning because they were kind, considerate, and welcoming when I called them after you hung up on me. You may be the best dog groomer who ever lived but you need serious help with your people skills.

My dogs smell and feel fantastic-soft fur, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and oh so clean..Chocolate Lab usually has a rather coarse coat but not after his shampoo and blow out:). The Catahoula hound was able to leave a ton of fur on the floor-de-shedded and looks amazing and extra spry now that’s he not weighted down. They’re happy campers and I’m very pleased with the results. Staff is super nice. Highly recommend!

My dog was an absolute mess when I took her in. They squeezed me into their schedule and not only did they take care of her, but they also took the time to show me how to avoid problems in the future. I have been using the wrong tool to brush my poodles hair, and this was the first groomer to take the time to correct and teach me. She's very straightforward, but I appreciated the honesty and you can tell she really cares about what she does. The front desk worker is fabulous as well.

Heather is the BEST! She’s super honest and straightforward with you and will teach you how to properly care for your dog’s coat. I always appreciate her information. Plus, her grooming is stellar!

I LOVE this place!!!!! Yes, she is brutally honest but I would rather have that than the alternative. I was originally using another groomer in town and my fur babies came home with razor burns after every grooming. I just thought this was normal because it must be difficult to shave such large dogs. Well, after switching to Salty Dog, I realized real quick that the razor burns were not normal. Neither dog came home with a single razor burn after their first grooming/shaving. Shame on me because they were with the original groomer for 5 years 😩 So people if your dogs come home with razor burns, please know this IS NOT OK!

Great place to have your precious family member groomed. We moved to the area three years ago and struggled to find a groomer we liked at first. Then we found Salty Dog Grooming.We have been more that satisfied and they take great care of our baby. We have a Golden Doodle, and she sheds. Heather asks many questions so that she can give you exactly what you are looking for. She has also let us that our little girl had an ear infection starting so that we could get her to the vet. With the whole Covid thing I know that they have struggled to keep people separated and to give great service and they have more than delivered on all aspects.We unfortunately are moving and must bid a farewell to our friends at Salty Dog and now have to find a new groomer at our new home in south Florida. My husband brought my dogs to Salty Dog before, but this was my first visit. The lady that I dropped my dogs off with at Salty Dog was very nice. The room where the dogs are crated while they wait to be groomed looks so relaxing with the lights out and soft music playing. It reminded me of a true spa. When I picked my dogs up they seemed happy and they looked and smelled good. I would highly recommend Salty Dog.

I was beyond happy with the service we received at Salty Dog. The staff and customer service was amazing. They left my grungy dogs looking fresh and young and smelling delightful. I have never seen such detailed care to my dogs grooming. Highly recommend this spot for your dogs grooming needs

Amazing Groomer and excellent grooming and scissoring skills. Not only will your dog(s) be in the best hands ever, they will also look the best. Very very honest, will let you know if there is or might be anything wrong with your purrrrrfect pet :) Can only recommend to anyone!!

Very friendly and professional. Took less time from an appointment drop off to pick than a chain groomer like Petco or PetSmart. Maybe because, they don’t over extend themselves with taking in a lot of random walk-ins. Reasonable pricing from a bath to full groom. My little Yorkie came out beautiful.

Took my dog here, never again!!!!Owner was very argumentive and would talk down to me. Rude!! There is no excuse to treat your customers this way. Brit, who is a superior groomer, is the only reason I came to this place. Brit is very professional and kind . Also the baseboards and floor were dirty, during covid it should be exceptionally cleaner, since I was one of the first customers of the day.
