Several years ago this groomer did an awesome job. I amUncertain what’s happened. The salon was dark and dirty. He is a fraction of the professional he used to be. I am sorry you took the attitude you did with my critique but as you can tell by the picture, the groom was an all out failure. I am Praying for you.

Made the mistake of parking there when I was just trying to find the correct parking for the building I needed to be. He yelled at me telling me I needed to move or he will call the cops. Sorry for the mistake but I wasn’t trying to stay there. Maybe be nicer about it in the future.

I see the rave reviews on here and wonder if the owner just didn’t like my husband who tried to explain how we wanted the dog clipped, but he went on the defensive saying that is how he grooms her. We dropped our dog off at 9:30 and picked her up at 4:45. I don’t understand the concept of getting an appointment time when it is always an all day affair. The grooming was horrible. Long strands of hair were left all over her and her ears were not groomed at all. That was our last trip there, don’t waste your time.

Make sure not to park here; it’s not public parking for the shop next door. They will come out and threaten to call the police to young teenagers who didn’t intentionally mean to park somewhere not knowing that it’s private parking. not to mention the disrespect of complaining to other business owners nearby and ordering things from underage children. 😍

This guy is great! Doesn't matter if I am on 5ime with Schnauzer or 3 months late. He trims up right every time! I wont go anywhere else! Keep it up Michael! Toby is never happy when he leaves your place.

It is hard for me to clip my dogs nails, I called and the owner of Clippers worked with me and was able to trim her nails for a very reasonable price. Excelent work ethic and service with a smile! Thank you and we will be back for sure!

Awful experience. The owner was rude and disrespectful and dishoneat. They called and asked me if I could come in early because they had a cancellation. I said I would and dropped my dogs off at 8:30 a.m. I was told that they would be ready sometime after noon. When I had not heard from them by 3:00 p.m. I called. The owner said he was finishing them up and they would be ready at 4pm. When I arrived at 4:30 pm they were no where near ready. I asked him why did he tell me that he was finishing them up, when in fact, he had not even started working on them. He started yelling at me. He was verbally abusive and called me names I shall not repeat. When I brought my dogs home they all went directly to the water bowl and drank non-stop for about 5 minutes. He had put them in crates from 8:30 am until sometime after 4pm and did not give them water to drink. If you care about your dogs, do not take them to Clippers.

Dropped my patient dog off at 930 called at 1130 they were just giving her bath went to check on her a 1 she still wasn’t ready because she haven’t received a haircut yet. When my lady (90yrs old)asked what took so long owner was very very rude and loud. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Our normal place that we take her usually take about 2hrs not 4-6 hrs r however long this man take smh 🤦🏽‍♀️.
