The way that Milo's is set up now, you cannot go on the inside. Everyone goes through the drive-thru. The food don't seem as good as it used to be but it was not the worst. At the drive-thru they really don't give you a chance to finish your order before they try to rush you around to the side, I have to tell them to wait I have another order. When you first drive up they just asked you your order, they don't speak but I speak to them.

This is the absolute WORST Milo's locations that exist!!! I wish that i could post a picture these has to be the ugliest undercooked soggy French fries I have ever seen. I come to this location due to the fact it's close to Pleasant Grove only to be disappointed on every visit. When I go to any other location the food is GREAT!! The Owner needs to demand greatness for this location it makes you say only in the Hood👎👎

If I could give the zero stars I would. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get old chicken. The chicken was so old it was dried and shriveled up. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with ketchup for my sauce. When I opened the bag none if the lids were fasten on the ketchup so I had a ketchup mess . After salvaging what was left after my entire meal was drenched in ketchup the part I got was old. Oh well at least the fries were fresh. The only reason I didn't take it back is because this location dining area is closed and I didn't have another 20 min to sit in the drive thru for them to remake it. Don't worry, I won't be back.

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal from this location when I took it home and ate it. I was met with surprise. There was a bone in my chicken tender. As did further investigation I discovered the chicken tender was in fact a chicken wing. They don't even sell chicken wings! I am convince they buy pre-made chicken from Walmart and sell it to customers. My fries were also unseasoned. The only good thing about this meal was the sweet tea and it came in a bottle. And the thing is this is not the first time it happened. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I do not recommend going to this location. The lobby is closed and is a drive thru only options. The drive thru is full of pot holes! My food was not prepared correctly, because the lobby is closed I stood outside knocking on the door for several minutes waiting for someone to come to the door. I waited another 15 minutes for my food to be corrected. Not a pleasant experience.

We were lucky enough to eat Milo's for supper tonight. The drive thru service moved quickly.We were able to place our order, add to our order at the window, pay and receive our food efficiently and with two smiles, thanks and kindness. Our food was hot and delicious. Milos burger sauce and tea are renowned for a reason.Thank you.

The drive through is full of pot holes, the fence in the back is down and the drive through window has green mold on the wood that needs to be replaced.The drive through line is long and moves quick but the other items need to be repaired.

I was at the Fairfield Al location drive thru before 8 Friday 5-13-22 with one car in front of me. The car drove around, I pull up to order didn't everyone ever came to the speaker nor ask for my order, so I pull around to see girls inside cleaning, so I drove on around see the hours of the location if course I couldn't read the small sign on the front door ánd I wasn't going to get out my car. By this time a long line of cars waiting to be serviced. I parked in the parking lot looking inside to see why no orders was taken I saw three people inside cleaning , so I assumed they are closed and turned the speaker off. My problem is have a bigger sign posted starting your hours on the door and especially the drive thru. CUSTOMER SERVICE has gotten so bad this days, So I see why business are closing. I try to support my side of town but the service is so BAD and you wonder why people go the other side of town for better service. Milos in Fairfield I'm DONE!

Great customer service!! The food is flavorful, hot and fresh!! That boom boom sauce is awesome!! I will definitely order the chicken tenders again and I could drink a gallon of that lemonade!! I will most definitely be back👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Drive thru only is available at this time but it moves along at a good pace. Employees are nice and helpful, and food is always good. I'll be glad when the lobby opens again as I often have multiple orders.

I popped in to get a little surprise, Blast from the Past, for my mom. Milo's cheeseburger, fries and sweet tea was one of her favorite lunches when she was still working 20 years ago. My order was accurate. I was not impressed by the staff. They were not cheerful, nor did they seem appreciative of my business.

Decent. As expected, getting good help is a constant problem. It took forevvvvver to get our food. (It wasn't crowded.)When we began devouring our late lunch, i found out one reason it took so long. The burger was overcooked to just under shoe leather. When you're hungry, you'll eat just about anything.To their credit, the roll was fresh, the lettuce was crisp, and despite the hard burger, it tasted good. Not going back anytime soon.

Love the cheese burgers sauce out of this world. Years ago I use to get burgers at the original little place on the north side of downtown Birmingham. We would wait in line to get to the window. It was wonderful then and still great.

LAWD HAVE MERCY ON MY FAT SOUL! I've been finding myself popping into Milo's each weekend & chowing down on these delicious, mouth watering burgers of joy. At this rate, I fear my thighs will end up looking like Squidward from eating all the krabby patties! On the bright side, I'm white & might actually need a little more cushion! So, hey, what can I say? :)

Visited location, not one customer when I arrived. Waited for order in considerable amount of Milo's tie. After receiving order fries were cold. Dining room was closed so in order to go back to get hot fries had to go back through drive through behind four other customers who arrived after I did. Now the rest of my meal is getting cold.

I can't even rate this place with one star, but had to in order to make this post! I ordered chicken tenders and was given fried DOUGH! That's fried DOUGH, no chicken. I was appalled and very upset that anyone would charge $20.00 for 2 #8's - Chicken Tender Combos and place fried DOUGH as part of the meal. Needless to say I requested my money be returned and went to another food place in the area. Milo's is no longer a food choice for me.

I went thru drive thru for cup of flaky ice here an they had it. It's all I wanted. However I've eaten at milos in pell City an Homewood, Al and I love they're burgers an fries. Love those onions and gravy on them, well I said gravy but sauce I better say plus the love for their flaky ice.

The employees at this milos are always very friendly & always willing to help & don’t make you feel like you’re a bother to them just by you being a customer... Not to mention the food is always hot & the fries are always fully cooke! Unlike other milos I’ve visited!

Most of the time the staff are friendly and almost always get my order correct. It's the only fast food, in the area, I trust. They close the lobby early and that's a little disconcerting.
