Hello Customers from a previous Shift Mgr. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone who gave good reviews on your experience while I was at McDonald's. Unfortunately I have decided to leave this store due to non supportive upper management and lack of employee deligiance of ensuring customer quality and customer relations. I Gratefully appreciate all customers who inspired me to make a difference.To all the customers with previous reviews indicating their bad experiences, you are 100% correct in your responses concerning your experience. Being new to this store, I tried to make a difference and appreciate you for allowing me a chance to make that difference for you as well.This store needs a lot of help from supportive management higher than this location and from the corporation.If changed are not made, this store is heading in the same.place as Burger King across the street, CLOSED. If you choose to continue to go to this store be prepared for the same service that Evergreen has experienced in the past.

I would give this McDonald’s zero stars of I could. The worst customer service. Apparently the fries were cooked in old grease. The employee responded with it’s not their fault the grease it old. What kinda of response is that to say in front of the customer. I did respond with actually it is your fault. The manager on duty knew the grease was old but I guess she was too lazy to change it. The employee was loud and rude and I responded to her just as loud and rude. Things would have never escalated had the sorry excuse for a manager corrected her employee when she said it's not our fault the grease old. Like who says that in front of a customer. The manager responded that she wasn't talking to you. What an ignorant response. Her response was about me but since she wasn't talking to me, that manager justified the employees actions. These are some of the most incompetent employees I've ever encountered. What a professional would have done was apologized for the fries and given me my money back. That's management 101.

my husband came through the drive thru tonight and received amazing customer service from Trey! He was very polite and made sure his order was freshly cooked! also, him being the only person in the restaurant cooking and closing tonight, i’d say he is doing a great job and deserves a raise!! best customer service and food that we have received from mcdonald’s in a very long time!!

This place was absolutely horrible. Burgers were cold and dry, but the fries were fresh. The restaurant was filthy, and so was the restroom, and it has no toilet paper.The employees all had long hair flopping around not to mention the gentleman that appeared to be dirty and homeless that got up and proceeded to go behind the counter and appeared back a table he was previously sitting in the front dining area, with what looked like a breakfast wrap and a cup of oatmeal.The staff were constantly talking among themselves and with another gentleman who was standing in between the countertops loudly about personal things non related to McDonald's while they all ignored customers trying to order.Just because you say, "Have a nice day once they finally get your attention, doesn't make it all better.

Ordered ahead and notified them when we got there. Over the next 15 minutes we watched at least five cars go through the drive thru and get their food. Eventually had to go inside and get it, the employees seemed more focused on talking to a visitor than fulfilling our order, and we had to fill our own drinks - they didn’t have Diet Coke or Dr Pepper.

This location is the only McD in our town. Everytime we go here they are out of something basic. Dr Pepper, bacon, latte, etc.A few months ago they couldnt serve any sodas for 3 weeks because their CO2 tank was broke.Last week we tried again and since they were out of Dr Pepper AGAIN, I ordered a sweet tea. They upcharged 10 cents for tea. I asked the girl at the window why and she said new owners changed the prices..How can you charge extra for tea when the other products are out??The only redeeming quality of this location is the employees are always pleasant.

I'm a truck driver so finding a place to park is very hard. And they have great parking to the side. However, I utilized their kiosk to place my order. When I received my order, they replaced my hash brown with a small order of fries that were cold. And by the way, all the other food was cold as well.I asked why the kiosdid not notify.That they were out of hashbrowns.And they could not give me an answer. But did decide to give me fries in its place without warning me after I already paid for it.I will not be stopping here again because the only 5 star they receive is for their parking.

I stop at this McDonalds each time I travel to GA usually during the late evening. The service can be slow and the staff is apologetic. This last time they only had 2 sodas orange and Hawaiian Punch both which were flat..I guess the CO2 was out..they apologized about the drinks..I will continue to stop there when I travel in hopes things get better..The food was hot and pretty good despite everything else..☺

I made a mobile order for curbside pickup and after 10 minutes of waiting and many many vehicles that went through drive through after I arrived I decided I would call to check my order and they said ok they would bring it. A few minutes later they brought Mr cold food and before the lady gave me my food she asked why didn't I just come inside and get it? I told her I would of loved to if I wasn't handicap. Shouldn't offer a service if you don't want to do it. Will not be back

Never have I been so moved about service as to write a review about a fast food restaurant, but this was quite an experience. It started with ordering from the kiosk to ensure my order was accurate, which it was not. Then the food took nothing shy of 10 minutes to come out wrong, which is the opposite of fast food. But the thing that topped it all off was the very rude employee who told me she couldn't help me with the fact that there was no syrup in the Diet Coke drink dispenser. I asked if she could fill it up in the back, and she repeatedly ignored my attempts to get an answer. Even her co-worker urged her to help us! She refused to answer when we asked for a refund or some other solution to the fact that we could not get the drinks we ordered. I understand that supplies run out, and it is not about being denied a particular type of beverage. It's all about how the employees handle a challenge, and this employee was the least helpful and most rude employee I have ever come in contact with.

I am changing my review from months back for the Evergreen, AL location. Service was better then. If I could give a negative 5 for service, I would. I am giving a 1 for food because items are missing. With this being the only McDonalds within 25 miles we usually go here but after today we won't be doing it again. The girl at the 1st window taking orders was paying no attention to what our order was when we ordered. When I arrived at the window I saw why. She had a cell phone propped up on the computer where she was placing our order and was talking with a man when we were paying. She used several curse words including the F word 4 times while the window was open and if I had a small child in my vehicle I would not have been happy until she was fired. So far this summer, there were at least 2 weeks that no drinks such as tea or colas were available, but ice cream and Frappes were. As soon as tea and colas were available, frappes and other frozen items were not...and have not been for over a month. We realize it is hard to get good employees and we appreciate the ones that are, but the attitude that has been shown to us today says a lot about how McDonald's values their family image! With the owners being Rice Enterprises, you might want to see what is happening ro your investment because it is not pretty from your ex-customers view point! As paying customers we keep jobs for your employees and with the Southern hospitality image it is embarrassing for people from other states to be treated the way your employees are treating your locals that HAVE BEEN loyal customers. I am sure we aren't the only ones that have been treated this way. Corporate gets the next message. BUT...from looking at the Google reviews it's easy to see why the location does what it does....NO one from the company responds to any review!!

Worst McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. Young ladies working the drive through were sweet so I hate to trash their place of employment but I have a Google tour guide rep to protect.* My people count on the hard truth about which fast food joints have cold fries on a regular basis and which ones don't.* These particular fries from this McDiesels had not been cooked long enough and were soggy AND cold as in they were still partially frozen. Real bad 0/5 stars This place sits right next to a Conecuh sausage facility which I thought was interesting and why I have a pic of it and not the worst McDonald's ever* (*- denotes a major exaggeration)

To start off with, the person taking the orders was hateful, rude and disrespectful. When ordering I noticed the prices did not match the menu - she stated , too bad the menus are wrong. Then she proceeds to put her hands inside the cup and was rude when I asked for a different one. Btw- 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns & 2 small drinks were over $30- when according to the menu should have been closer to $20

DONT ORDER THE FRENCH FRIES UNLESS YOU DO NOT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AS THEY DUMPED THE ENTIRE SALT SHAKER ON HOT FRIES 🍟 COULD NOT EVEN TRY TO ATTEMPT TO EAT, WHEN I ASKED FOR A NEW FRY I WAS LOOKED AT LIKE I HAD A THIRD EYE ONY FOREHEAD AND IGNORED.... ORDERING WAS ON A TOUCH SCREEN THAT WAS COMPLETELY DIRTY AND NOT BEING TECH SAVY I HAD A VERY FRUSTRATING MOMENT TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT, MUCH LESS HAD ABOUT 20 PEOPLE JUMP IN FRONT OF ME, NO ONE EMPLOYEE TO THE FRONT TO HELP OR ASSIST, ALL EMPLOYEES WERE CONCERNED WITH DRIVE THRU Customers ONLY.... DONT BOTHER GOING HERE AND WASTE TIME AND MONEY...

Straight trash closed doors for dining at 750pm and the rudest people I’ve ever come in contact with in my entire life McDonald’s you should be ashamed of yourself.. I would recommend no one stopping for this McDonald’s off of the highway.
