Do not have any work done at this shop…..Chris the service manager is by far the absolute worst service manager I have ever met….had $2000.00 of work done in two separate loves shops in the last two weeks….stopped in this shop to find out what was wrong …governor on air compressor, purge valve on air dryer..all warranty…Chris wouldn’t even look at….so I decided to just replace the air compressor…found the part close by and was going to go grab it and have the loves put it in…..and I quote..Chris” we don’t do that kinda work here”….so I was forced to hire a local to assit me and we put it in across the street…..the issue ended up being the air dryer filter wasn’t seated properly and was a loves warranty issue …by now I’m broke down 10 minutes from the shop on the side of the road.. .Chris wanted to charge me $600 to come out and reseat the air dryer filter and wouldn’t honor the warranty …..kept blaming me for the issues….told me it was my fault because I told the tech to check air dryer fir the problem…and also stated wasn’t his problem his store didn’t do the work…then hung up on me when I asked for his last name….how this guy made it to his positions baffles me

This Loves location doesn’t have RV gas fuel lanes but is roomy enough to fuel up without too much of a hassle.

I usually love stopping at Love's for a shower, but the showers in Evergreen are some of the nastiest. Toilets are never quite clean and on more that one occasion, Ive found lots of hair in the sink/shower. Staff is usually friendly, but the shower cleanliness needs work

WORST. LOVES. EVER. If zero stars were an option I’d choose that. Bathrooms made me want to vomit. Tried to use the happy, iffy, bad buttons. They didn’t work. Pretty sure they were purposely disconnected. Also, unlike most Loves that place them conveniently as you leave. These are behind the door and way above head level.Gross. Bathrooms had liquid running down the doors. They stunk. Toilets full. Gross gross gross.

This location has Arby's and Godfather's.There is almost always something wrong with the diesel pumps in the back (but the employees and managers are more than willing to help and look into things for you). The truck parking lot is huge and the bathrooms have always been clean in my experience. The women's stalls do have sanitary napkin disposals, so they must have added them after the last review about it.

stop here to fuel my truck. the 1st employee i get in contact by the name steve was very rudeunprofessional. get inside to shower he was the one cleaning the shower. look at the picture and see how clean the shower hes never stoping here again he need to look for a different job if he does not like working here…

When road tripping Loves has always been a safe bet for clean restrooms, good beverage and snack selections - as usually this one didn’t disappoint. Ample gas pumps, nice green space to walk the dog, plenty of parking, and the store was well stocked.In addition to the conscience store, there is a Arby’s and Godfathers Pizza attached, so there is probably something for everyone.Clean restrooms, handicap accessible pumps- lot and building. Friendly staff, lots of fresh food options to include gluten free and vegan options in the conscience store. This is also a truck center so there are sundries and more for truckers as well as facilities dedicated to their use to include service and repair facilities.Easy on and off access to the Highway. All big points for travelers.

We stopped there on our way south. It's an amazing facility with neat and clean restrooms. Plenty of fresh eatables and to go breakfast lunch and dinner options.Gas prices are competitive and they even have flip flops and some clothing items too.A perfect stop while you are traveling.

I have to give a shout out for to the guys in the shop on Sunday February 18th. I started having issues with my truck, I was losing power, getting alarms, check engine lights and saw their shop.I pulled in and I knew it was the fuel filters. They had me in, fixed and on my way in less than 30 minutes. The shop and store were very clean and the staff was polite and friendlyThank you guys for a great experience

Not impressed with this Loves or the employees...I needed DEF so I pull up to the diesel tank not realizing the pumps DEF hoses are only on one side of the station. My tank is on the passenger side of my truck which means I have to use a pump that another truck was fueling at. Instead of waiting for me to finish the driver of a Firetruck hangs up my hose and cuts off my fuel. He saw me trying to get the fuel but didn't care I was in a bind with my tank location.. the employees were just rude , not helpful at all . Won't ever spend a dime at that place...

Mens restroom needs major work 1 soap dispenser with soap that actually works and the toilet seat broken and only 1 paper towel dispenser with any paper towels in it and stalls look horrible

I count on Love’s to have competitive gas prices, clean bathrooms, decent coffee, and competent employees. This Love’s in Evergreen, AL fell short in all categories. Bathroom was particularly filthy.

As far as truck stops go this place is pretty good. Relatively clean and relatively well taken care of.I have noticed a decline in how well talen care of the place has became. Gas pumps electronic screens not too good. Concrete needs to be cleaned.The place is starting to look worn....Best coffee around. Always fresh.

Omg!! They really upgraded their parking so much room to park!! I guess getting ready for all the ELDs haha. And the shower are super clean and Arby’s is super good to and I get farm house salad.

Ima start calling this store the plantation. The grizzled old manager acts as if he's running one.I thought maybe he was just having a bad day a few months back, but, oh no! He let those colors fly again this morning... I don't know, maybe a little hair of the dog might help, but when you blatantly walk by customers standing at the counter trying to hand you money, TWICE!, then, you over charge them and try to gaslight them into thinking it was their fault.... Nah dude...Y'all might want to give him a little relaxation vacation and let the tension out of the store...

I am a truck driver and when it’s time to shower you expect to go into a clean and fresh smelling bathroom. Shower #6 , the floor wasn’t swept and didn’t even smell like it had been cleaned.

clean bathrooms. workers were very nice. well lit at night. $3.13 gl regular gas price. they always have a great selection of fresh fruit up front. the window washing bins looked pretty clean and kept up with also. i would definitely recommend this as a pit stop for night travelers.

Whoever was working on 8/10/23 at 5AM: there was not a single cashier to check anyone out. Workers saw us waiting and just kept walking to the back. The person at the front entrance literally side eyed me. I understand it’s 5AM, but be serious.So, whoever reads this, there is no need to respond with the canned “contact us” post. This is me contacting you. 8/10/23 at 5AM. The manager noticed us, said nothing, disappeared to the back. Customers were walking around trying to find someone and literally couldn’t. Just put my stuff on the counter and left. So bizarre.

Nice enough truck stop. Plenty of parking. Biggest problem with this place is apparently it's employees are too lazy to go around and gather the trash cans to dump them. They collect all of the trash cans together in one place so you have to go on a trash can hunt at 2:00 in the morning. I guess they'll pick my bag of trash up in the yard themselves because I'm not doing it. I don't have time to hunt down your trash cans.

Very busy place with lots of people in and out the store, with diffrent choices for eating and right next to the interstate makes it easy to pull in and fuel up but very friendly staff throughout the building, we stop everytime we get a chance if were traveling in that area!.,

This location for loves was much better than my last experience with them when we went through north Carolina, it was very organized and the lines were not too long, the restrooms were clean, organized and had a pretty good amount of privacy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and had a few good places to eat as well as a arbys (which is what I had), I was even sastifed with the food that I got there throughout our drive to new orleans, overall a great location

My pregnant wife, purchased a banana pudding from this loves. While eating, she found a fingernail inside. This is absolutely revolting. I can understand a hair falling out of someone’s head, but a fingernail clipping? How did it even get in the food? Are your employees doing their manicures over food that’s being prepared? It’s either that, or it was placed there intentionally. I am absolutely livid! I called and was told we could have another for free… Gross. My wife and I don’t want anymore food from your establishment. We will be taking our business else where.
