I absolutely have to give this store a 5 star rating. My daughter was in a school pageant and 4 hours before, she has a dress emergency so we had to get a new one, like now! Everyone at the store went above and beyond to help us find the perfect dress! The ladies there treat each customer like they are royalty! My daughter felt like a princess there! And I also absolutely love that they are a full service shop! With Gods timing and provision and professionalism of the staff there, we were able to get everything done, including hair and makeup and even got a few tips on how to walk and looking at the judges and what not to do! Because of how special my daughter felt and how blessed she felt when we left there, she was given the courage and confidence she needed to walk across that stage! If you ever need a formal dress, just go there! They will have exactly what you are looking for!!! ❤️

These ladies are fantastic. Exceptional attention to detail. Work is done efficiently and beautifully. Shop is beautiful. They are generous and kind beyond measure. I read a review about a service dog “in training.” Service dogs that are training are not allowed in public until fully trained. Not sure if the owners of this dog realize this but they may not want to advertise this.

Absolutely LOVE this place and especially Kamilah! I have used her for alterations and custom pieces for years. She literally can sew anything and has never disappointed! Beautiful shop and wonderful employees. Highly recommend!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and all the ladies! If I could give more stars I would! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smiling face and so much joy! Not to mention I found an amazing dress, it was huge and Brooke held it together and let me just stare in the mirror for as long as I wanted and then recommended me to the seamstress and she done last minute alterations for a price you CAN NOT beat!

The ladies at this shop are amazing! Brooke was super patient with my daughter in trying to find a dress for an event. Kami was super helpful with alterations and helped the dress fit my daughter like a glove! Definitely recommended Southern Grace!

Kami made my wife's wedding dress... My wife sent her a photo of a dress Gal Gadot wore in a movie, and Kami did a fantastic job creating an almost exact copy! It was beautiful, was completed on time, and helped make our wedding day special!

this place has very low customer service, the ladies did not help whatsoever, they were rude and the place was nasty. they discriminated against my service dog, i don’t recommend this place at all, they also have very low selections.
