Wonderful !!! My oldest pup has passed but even in his blind days Ms Polly and Staff were the best. My youngest (now only) pup Shiloh has willingly allowed Polly and Staff to take her and groom her which has never happened with any other groomer.

I have 3 dogs. I live in Kinston and go to Geneva just for Polly . She does a great job, the best, there nails are done so good and they smell so good, and the price is right for me with three dogs. Polly is great.

RUDE!! I called to get my doodle in for a puppy cut. She stated "I aint doing anymore doodles, I suggest you go somewhere else". I have always heard good things about this place. She needs to work on her tone and communication delivery. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there is a way to talk to potential clients via phone. Would NOT take my hamster there now. Glad everyone else had a great experience, but sadly I did not.

Miss Polly did a great job on my Australian shepherd! Usually groomers have a hard time getting his thick undercoat dry, but she dried him really well and his haircut looks fantasticEDIT - a few days after his grooming he developed a major yeast and bacterial infection which required prescription antihistamines to get rid of. Took 2 months to heal.
