I won't be surprised when this place closes. I ordered a 10 piece strip with a small fry and a small coleslaw. The slaw was priced $1.59 on the drive-thru menu and they charged me $2.79 for it and small was an understatement. I only received 8 regular strips an 2 nuggets. The nuggets were smaller than the top of the dipping sauce. I assume they didn't have enough so they cut one in half to make 10. Then there is the sauce. I asked for 4 sauceses and despit them being on the receipt I only received 1 sauce. No spoon or fork to eat my tiny over charged slaw. Oh, no napkins either. The strips tasted like they had been sitting there a long while, cold and chewy. The girl at the window seemed dazed an confused on how to perform her job.We have been by at breakfest and the girl, Jamie, is Chick-fil-A quality, but she's the only one.

We arrived at 7pm and the staff was cleaning the restaurant and ranked our needs below their tasks to prepare for close or shift change. Whichever they were prepping for. Now our food. We ordered 5 piece tenders and three Frisco burger meals. We drove 30 min home before enjoying our food. At least that was the plan. Our Frisco burgers were untoasted and we only got 3 tenders. Didn't see the point to drive back to have it fixed so we nuked our food and filled our belly with sadness.

Freaking gross. sloppy sandwich, the one guy in the back wasn't wearing gloves and I literally seen him touch another customers food with his bare hands. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out and not have ate there. I bought a no.1 combo and the burger was the size of a kids meal burger. Jeez when will fast food get back to the way it used to me.

They are slow af. I have been sitting out front in hot weather for 30 minutes waiting on 3 hamburgers while my drinks water down. MAYBE IF I ORDERED WHILE IN DOTHAN IT WOULD BE READY 10 MINUTES AFTER I GET THERE. I have watched multiple cars go through MacDonald drive through across the street.

I am not a big hamburger eater. But I got a Hardee's cheeseburger and it was okay. My friend got the bacon burger and she loved it. We didn't have but $20 to spend and it was $17 and some change for the two burgers and two drinks.

Manager Cheryl and her team worked very hard to get the job done this morning! It was obvious the restaurant was working extremely under staffed but Cheryl was very encouraging to her team and very much a team player!! Our food and service was great. Thank you all for your hard work!

Ordered double cheeseburger and this is the 2nd time the lettuce was bad. It was super dark green, tasted bad, and wilted. In addition to that the tomatoes were not fresh and my slices had bad spots on them. Quite flavorless honestly. Very disappointed because this used to be a good place to get a burger.

Our favorite thing to get here is their $5 box that includes two hot ham and cheeses, a small fry, a drink and a cookie. The food is always great and fresh. The wait is longer than McDonald's, but it's well worth the wait.
