I NEVER stay in motels because I HATE rooms with outside doors to rooms. However, I needed a reasonably priced room for a short few hours stay closer towards heading to Mississippi, and close to the interstate. I paid for the room online, but I was very hesitant to stay because of my prejudged perception once I pulled into the parking lot. But after the great customer service from Sam, the many cameras and lights on site, and the VERY clean and updated room, I felt safe and comfortable. Clean linen, towels, no insects. Two gas stations are next door, across the street there are two small bingo entertainment centers with slot machines, and 7 minutes away there are two more larger bingo entertainment centers with a lot of slot machines, entertainment and food. If you ever need a place to stay in that area, this is a place I recommend.

The man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. I’ve been to many motels recently that were flat out disgusting and my main concern was if this place would be clean based on the pictures. I was VERY happy with the room! No bugs, clean linens, and everything worked! It wasn’t noisy either. Don’t be fooled by “motel.” This place was nice. I would stay here again.Rooms: Clean

This is a humble, roadside motel in nowhere, Alabama, so, no, maybe don't expect room service. However, it's very clean, comfortable, and affordable.Everything worked flawlessly in our room, and the staff member who checked us in was very kind and helpful.If you're driving a commercial truck, they offer spacious and convenient parking.I was delighted to find this place so well cared-for. Even their cable is top notch.The owners obviously work very hard to make their motel as nice as possible, and it shows. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

The staff are very kind and inviting. They did their best to make sure we were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Now, let's talk about the room. I always travel with my own bed linen, bath towels, and disinfectant cleaners and sprays. My supplies came in handy because one of the washcloths in the room had yellowish stains on it. I believe it had been washed like the other white towels, but whatever caused the stain didn't come out. I cleaned the vanity, toilet, the shower stall, and the bathtub with a bleach bathroom cleaner. The cloth I used to clean was filthy when I finished, and I threw it in the trash. The vibe in the front of the building is not the same as the back area. I was in the front, but other family members were in the back. I literally felt unsafe back there. It's not well lit, and there were questionable activities going on back there. I'm grateful that the front desk clerk graciously agreed to change to a different room in the front. The bed was comfortable, and the decor in the room was cute. There is a great soulfood restaurant across the street that opens early for breakfast, and it stays open late. Two gas stations are next door, and the motel is right off the exit from the interstate. Surprisingly, with all the big rigs and traffic coming and going, it was not too noisy. I wouldn't stay for a vacation, but it works when you're passing through, and you need to rest overnight, or you need to take care of some business for a day or two and leave.

After reading previous reviews, we chose to stay here on our 2 day road trip. The hotel is very well lit outside. The rooms are updated and very clean and the bed was very comfortable.It was a nice bonus to have hot coffee and a small breakfast offered in a clean setting in the lobby.Both my husband I would recommend this hotel.

Not of lot of options for staying overnight in this town. I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. Room looked to be newly updated, was clean, and staff was welcoming. I'm a business traveler so nice desk area with usb ports and good lighting was appreciated. Coffee and a hot (microwavable) breakfast sandwich - not bad!

Comfortable and Convenient! Located close off of the highway, we enjoyed our overnight stay at the Travel Inn in Eutaw. The parking lot is well lit and I loved being able to park right in front of our room! The rooms are well appointed and very clean. Hot water and great water pressure as well, what more could you need?Safety: Cameras and well lit parking lot

The owner is a cool guy. We have season tickets to Alabama games, and trips are expensive as is, but this hotel is 15-20 min away. Feel safe, and rooms are clean. Especially for older hotel. The only negative thing I can say, is that I wish all rooms were non smoking. But other than that, I enjoy it. Not fancy, but clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Will definitely use them next season. Can gamble, and have great catfish across the street. 2 had stations next door, for any supplies you need. The staff is extremely caring, and as accommodating as they could be.

Really you can't beat the price for how clean, the location and amenities offered. They say newly remodeled and I believe it, beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The free breakfast offered is really good, there is yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels and on the hotplates they had biscuits, flat egg and sausage. If you are needing a place to stay in this area this is it. They also advertise 24 hour front desk for the late night travelers.

Please I am going to let your know Do Not Stay at this Travel Inn. These reviews on here is not the truth. We booked through a third-party site because of reviews. We arrived at this hotel it has a truck stop feel unsafe area right off the freeway. We checked in our room and that’s when it get worse we saw a roach and lots of flies in this room we took pictures, the bathroom was dirt.So we go back to the front desk worker wanting a refund now he don’t speak English lol, we call the third party site to get a refund then they call the front desk worker states we was trying to cancel the day before and that’s a lie, he said we can get a refund told the third party. So we thinking we get a refund now third party states waiting to talk to management for us to get a refund but the man at the front desk is the manager they live in the back of the hotel desk. Do Not Stay Here.

These other reviews are paid for. Breakfast consists of a half drank jug of milk and a cold jimmy dean breakfast sandwich in a fridge. The room is a little better but the hole in the shower wall patched up with cardboard says y'all lying to get 4 stars. If I had time and was not in an emergency, I'd argue for my money back.Food & drinks: There wasn't any.

It wasn’t great nor was it awful. I was traveling to TX from NYC , had car trouble’s and googled the nearest hotel. I called was able to get a room that night. The man was kind enough to hold it for me. They are also pet friendly for an additional fee. I payed $40 for my dog. Decor is outdated , water pressure is great.

Super value! Recently updated and improved. The owner seems dedicated to meeting customer needs, expanding the parking to accommodate trailers, providing sausage and eggs with breakfast, and easy but welcoming service. In the motel category, this is a great find!

The pictures are EXTREMELY deceptive. This hotel is kind of sketchy. It's across the street from several bingo halls and is kind of at a crossroads for transients. The inside is almost as pictured but pictures can't capture a smell! Many of the rooms allow 🚬 smoking. That being said , it is extremely cheap. If budget is a concern and you're not a female traveling alone it could be for you. For our family it was ok but not good. Would not book again though.

My room was perfect. It was very clean, updated and already cool when I entered. It smelled clean with no weird odors. It was well stocked and the towels were fresh and free from stains. There was even plenty of toilet paper. The shower was good and hot and the pressure was excellent. The wifi and TV reception were very good. The fridge was set to the correct setting. The bed was amazingly comfortable. And the night clerk was so very nice. I will definitely stay here again. This motel is a true Gem. You won't go wrong by choosing it. 😊👍

Nice, clean motel. Regarding access to food, there is not only the Subway next door but also a number of restaurants in downtown Eutaw, which are about 10 minutes away by car. My daughter and I ate at the Square Roots Cafe, which was a satisfying and fun experience — a taste of the local scene. So stay at the Travel Inn and check out downtown Eutaw for a meal.

Great price for what you get!! Amazing customer service, very nice staff, newly remodeled and clean rooms. Their pillows were wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Last but not least, they served an amazing free breakfast that exceeded any expectations. Biscuits, coffee, orange juice, gravy, eggs, sausage, muffins and more. I never review but this place deserves good reviews! Thank you!

Great customer service, very nice staff, newly remodeled and extremely clean rooms. Very comfortable clean bed and pillows. Super free breakfast . No restaurants at this exit but did not need one actually.From the outside it looks like a motel that has had lots of experience but don't let this keep you from staying here. Plenty of lighting outside. Never felt any safety issues personally or for car.Will stay here again on my next trip through Ala. Oh, did I say how clean the room was?

Room was clean and price reasonable. I would bring your own food because only a Subway restaurant is nearby. And that poor employee was the only one working. Motel was fine, held sturdy during a nearby tornado.
