I was so disappointed in this Love’s location. I’ve been a loyal customer for 11 years with the love’s truck stops. As a truck driver I put this company above the rest of the competition but this location had the most filthy dirty showers I have ever seen at any Love’s location. Mold, poop, dirt, dust… you name it and you will see it. The bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in years it looks like. The towels had oil stains as if they were in the maintenance shop. If this review has any power I would like to call out to the owners and managers to please fix this location before it’s shut down due to code. That black mold alone is enough to get people sick and fire thrown to the Love franchise. I’m just doing my part so you travelers know what you’re getting into. Just filth. SMH

Five stars for the Chesters. They were fantastic. The bathrooms on the other hand were atrocious. I mean most Love’s bathrooms are nasty but this one takes the cake. This bathroom was so dirty there was trash all over the floor and the stall that was clean didn’t have any sort of toilet paper at all. I shouldn’t have to blow a shower to use a clean bathroom. Y’all need to do better

Good customer service. Facilities such as the floor and restrooms were clean. Fuel prices were pretty good given the state of the market. Sometimes saying less is better and with that being said. Kudos loves in Eutaw Alabama! 👍

Loves travel stops kind of feel like the Mini Walmart of gas stations. They have almost anything you can think of on a small scale. You can even take a shower if you want to. This location was clean and the staff was friendly.

One of the dirtiest Love's I've ever seen. My first thought that they might have been way behind on cleaning during a busy weekend, but the dust and hair and grime everywhere appears to be much older than that (see photos).

We loved it here. We run a dog rescue and transport adopted dogs and these dog parks at the Loves are wonderful. The fact that Loves has put these in shows their commitment to families and their pets. We will be customers for life. Thank you Loves for making traveling a little easier on our four legged companions.

The parking lot is pretty large, but it does fill up at night. The showers were good, but at 10 pm I had to wait 35 minutes to get in. The showers were clean and had hot water with good pressure. There’s a chesters and Hardee’s inside, the hardees breakfast food was ok. Employees were pretty pretty friendly and worked diligently. Parking lot was clean, didn’t see any nails anywhere.

So I was just in the store today and they are very rude I was walking through the store with my very obedient dog yes she is a bully breed she is all white and sweet as can be her name is Skye and while I'm walking through the store a lady that works there which I think is a manager that was standing on the other side of the soda counter gasped and stepped back and was like ok my God in terror I said it's okay she's a sweetheart she's a very nice dog and immediately out of the woman's mouth it did not catch the lady's name she said no she's not those are. Mean dogs it pissed me off and I immediately spun around and walked out that was rude and uncalled for and made me feel un welcome especially if you come out of somebody's mouth that's a manager I've given my service to this truck stop here in Alabama for a long time for many many years and now I am not going to be coming to the store anymore and giving them my service and I hope that lady gets fired because I called corporate

The women that are working right now at 01/04/2024 time: 1324 hours are the rudest I have ever met... I tried ordering a pizza and they didn't want to cook it I bought hot wings after that debacle and tried ordering more hot wings only 6 in one box..... And they told me it would take an hour to complete that order.... this tells me I wasn't wanted at this loves because I am white.

If your not going to employ enough staff to keep your business running and care for your customers then you shouldn't be allowed to run road side service guys put of your parking lot. This is the third time we have had this issue with this loves. They have one "mechanic" that only works one mid day shift so any time you need anything besides a tire change you have to call a third party vendor to come fix your truck and they have the audacity to tell them they can't work in their lot! Why because they certainty aren't doing it. God I hate this company and everything it stands for!

Loves has a Chesters inside, dirty, employees hollering and screaming their sick to their stomach’s, ordered a 4 piece tender combo for $14 and they wouldn’t give me a drink says. It included with combo. Very unprofessional and looked at ratings they are a 1 star across the board. This reflects on Loves and should be felt with.

Hate stopping here at night. Diesel pumps are not open since they allow drivers to park at pump and take a 30 min break. The rest of need feul while they sit. No help when talking to managers, just told thats how it is

Brand New speedco/Loves.. clean as a whistle super friendly but unfortunately slower than molasses.... If your in a rush for anything this is not the place to stop.. they are definitely on Alabama time if you understand what I mean, and are definitely not afraid to tell you so 😆😅🤣

Smell was dirty mop as soon as you walked in. There was food just stacked up on the counter next to the warmer. Got a streusel to try the box says Godfather Pizza and the time on the box is 1pm (it’s 6:15). Didn’t see that till we were back on the road and I tried to eat it and couldn’t bite the crust. Restroom was on the clean side so that why I gave them a 2 Star.

No star..... Shop is very unorganized shop took 4 hours to change 1 trailer tire. There explanation was that the tire tech went to lunch prior to working on tire and was working on wrong truck that didn't need a tire

Prices are ridiculous, my husband had a blow out on his trailer and they sold him a 200 dollar tire for $478 and it took maybe 30 minutes to put the tire on the trailer and the final charges were $630 for 1 tire. That's ridiculous

Loves are typically very clean. This one however, not so much. The bathroom was filthy, and you can tell it wasn’t from just recent usage that hadn’t been addressed yet. It is an accumulation of neglect. Just not what I’m use to from Love’s

Very poor customer service. On May 6, 2023, I went there to make a purchase. I was in line behind an elderly woman that was very hard of hearing. She paid for $10 gas and talked to the cashier about which pump to activate. I think that this is where the miscommunication occurred. She then went to her car which was parked close to the door and drove over to the pump (she was elderly and walking wasn't easy). I then walked over to the pump to assist her (I have elderly parents and I know that it's not easy). The pump was never turned on. We waved inside to try to get the pumps started to no avail. I then went inside and asked them to turn on the pump. When I went in they said that they had turned on another pump for her. I said well she never go her gas. They said that they had to get the manager. When the manager came he looked and said that he couldn't do anything because he couldn't find any record of someone pumping $10 worth of gas. So now you have an elderly woman on a fixed income standing at the pump waiting for the pump to be turned on and it's not going to happen. I went ahead and paid another $10 for her to get gas. I went out and pumped it for her. She had no idea what transpired. After I pumped her gas she thanked me and said that she already has gas but she likes to have extra gas in her case at night in case of an emergency such as when she recently lost her daughter. This is at the LOVES in Greene County, Eutaw, Alabama. That's off Interstate 59/20 and exit 40. Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE? The cashier even told the manager that the lady had paid $10 but a different pump was turned on...

I gave it 2 stars because my in store experience was great. My experience with the shop was horrible if you drive trucks and have to get work done here stop at another shop there is no reason it took from 10 am to 10 pm to change a tire on my truck. 2nd shift does not know what day shift is doing . No one knew where the tire tech was , poor communication if it was going to be late and they knew that why not tell me let me decide where i want to get service. Because of them i lost my parking spot and had to drive to another city just to park . I know they dont care about your time or if they cayse you to miss a load this has to be my worst experience.

I just love this place in all areas, we only experience a first ever dirty restroom coming thru Mississippi, fresh fruit cups, live their coldcut wrap.sandwiches, clean environment, very friendly and helpful😍
