Clean, very nice and food was hot and fresh. It was late and we didn't Want to cook tonight , We were iffy on stopping to get burgers so late but hungry. Thanks guys for the hot fresh food and your kindness.

The people seemed friendly enough but they had about 20 sandwiches on the warmer which I understand they wanted to get people out quick but I ask for a BEC brisket add a sausage patty and instead of making me a new sandwich they gave me the sausage in a bowl. Last I checked it wasn’t my job to add anything to my food. On top of that the only thing that was actually warm was the sausage. What happened to cook to order? Your workers seem more interested getting people out quick instead of the quality of the food.

Your employees play too much. I politely greeted Aminah at the register who then looked away and kept giggling with the other employees while people who didn't work there kept going in and out of the kitchen door. She glanced back at me and then began yapping at someone else and I said, "Ma'am are you ready?" Incredibly dismissive and supremely rude. Fast and efficient as fast food is supposed to be. Nothing stood out as either good or bad, basically just a typical fast food experience. I got the special which was two panko breaded fish fillet sandwiches. They were tasty, a reasonable price and the service was efficient. I got the order to go but as far as I could tell the place was clean.

I got a burger from here and it was cold. You would think at 3:00am that it would be fresh with it not being busy hours. Very disappointing.You would think customer service would come with the understanding that people are spending their money and should be served fresh food for the money spent.

Don’t order the big ham sandwich I know three-year-olds that would eat more. I asked the manager if it was normal to have two pieces of meat on the sandwich and she yelled at me.

Burger was cold even though they were busy. It was terrible. Drowned in ketchup. Fries were decent. At least they were trying to wipe the tables down. Hot ham n Swiss had ONE piece of ham. Do not recommend.

Burger was ice cold, bun was stale, counter worker couldn't be more disinterested, obviously more concerned about drive thru as I watched 6 orders filled before mine and I was the only one inside. Get a hot dog off the roller at Loves.

Several of the staff have very long hair. The hair was past there waist and in the fries and all of the counters. Very unsanitary. My burger had so much sauce that it was like eating wet paper.

Tried to address a cold burger. Cashier contested about how it could be cold. Said never mind when offered to give money back. What bothered me enough to write this is the loud conversation going on in the kitchen. Making fun of the situation. While sitting in the lobby. Please let's try to make customers feel welcome.

Excellent customer service. I was being greeted before I fully got thru the door. Food was ready expeditiously fast. I would totally recommend the 2 ham and cheese meal deal. Full is not the word! Thank you all.

We are traveling today. And wanted to try Chester's next door but two young men there refused to make gizzards and livers for us. So we desided to go thru the drive thru at Hardee's. We had wonderful service with a smile and was greeted my a really nice young lady. Store #1506443. y'all have all five stars from us for fresh delicious food, good service with a friendly smile. Hardess’s in my small opinion have the best b’fast of all fast food restaurants. This location have a medium to high consistency with an overall 7/10. I’ve been happy the times I’ve eaten there.

Stopped in and got a couple quick biscuts and they had them ready in just a couple minutes. They both were very good and fresh. Lady at counter was very polite and nice.
