Below zero....scalped our shitzu and had razor cuts all over....last cut of the day on a friday....dog snarled at her when i dropped her off...should have known better! She said dog was matted all over, was on her legs because she chewed them but not everywhere. Will never use this place again, took our dog almost a month before she would stop shaking!
