*cleaning is bad.*the service is the same.* receptionist very bad service.*and if that were not enough:They steal your belongings and snoop through your luggage to steal (money, valuable items)The reception's complaint bothered them and their response was that they are not responsible for it.Don't ever go there!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary so we could enjoy the nearby lake. The room had a ton of bugs😫 burn holes in the linen and bedding 😫 a strong smell of cigarettes inside the room 😫and marajuanna coming inside the crack of the door from the guests that lingered outside our door. Nobody was at the front desk you are directed to pick up the phone inside the office to reach a clerk. I complained to whom I thought was a manger of some sort only to find out she was just a lazy housekeeper😫 eventually I reached someone and was refunded ONLY for one night‼️ my advice is to drive 2-3 minutes down the road to a better hotel.. this place is trash and I’m not exaggerating ‼️

When booking, the hotel bragged about free continental breakfast and no breakfast was provided. There are huge gaps between door and frame. The beds were squeaky and very noisy if moved. Hotel staff in morning were not friendly.Room was next to a bowling place and this place had loud music that you could hear the strong vibrations in room which would not let me sleep.

Room was clean, However it had a odd odor. Young lady at the front desk was nice as she gave us our key card. However other employees seem to be evasive. Linens were clean, plenty towels and wash clothes. This is an older hotel with no pool and Absolutely no coffee or breakfast!! Arm chair in the room was stained. This room had a microwave, small refrigerator and a Mr. Coffee single brew. It also had a 50" TV . The bed was OK but not best, but not the worst either. The room was OK for a one night, as we were passing through to our vacation destination.

The rooms weren't bad, I guess typical for an Econo Lodge with budget rooms. The rooms seemed fairly clean, but for our 2 night fishing trip stay, there was only one soap bar and just shampoo for the shower. The bathroom in my room was laid out a little weird, which put the light switch far from the sink. The power strip on the nightstand had a USB port that had been completely destroyed. Overall the room looked to have been updated in recent years but had left some things undone or just thrown together. The parking is pretty tight for boats when it gets full, but there are power outlets spaced out around the outside edge for battery charging. The only major detration was the bowling ally/skating rink next door to the south that had an insanely loud sound system, and if you are a light sleeper, it may make it hard to sleep especiallyon the southside of the building. I would probably stay here again given the chance to visit Eufaula AL again.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel stay was that the water pressure in the shower was strong. You can see daylight around the door, the door frame was pieced together and it looks like they didn’t even try to match the 2 pieces together. There were cigarette burns on the tub in a “non smoking” room, the ironing board was burned and one of the legs was broken. The walls were paper thin so you can hear everything. The walk way to our room was littered with spoons, paper wrappers, and all kinds of trash. You can’t leave the bathroom door open, it closes on its own but then when you want to close it all the way, it won’t close at all. It’s crooked. You have to stand in between the tub and the toilet to close the door because the door is so close to the toilet. There were holes in the wall, the floors were unlevel, the paint job looked like a 6 year old did it. Don’t even think about a continental breakfast. They advertise it, but don’t have it. The pictures online look great. In person, not so much. I could go on and on. You get what you pay for. Don’t stay here! I never will again.

The front desk woman was very rude and quiet. I asked her if we could stay another night and she said "let me know" and that was all. We decided against it after seeing the room, luckily. The room, at first glance seemed nice, but after letting our son walk around, we saw how dirty the floor was. Then he found a soda can under the bed skirt and a hair tie that was not ours. We couldn't let him down any more. We were roomed right next to someone with the TV all the way up, so we could clearly hear what he was watching. We found this very upsetting as there were multiple vacant units on site. The location was great though, just far enough away from the town to be quiet, but close enough for a quick store run. The price was the cheapest in the area and it showed. Overall, we wouldn't choose this place again.

No one at the counter when we first arrived and had to call for service, once someone came to the counter the was no sense of feeling welcome, more like we were a burden. Our room was nice until we started really looking around. Cracked and pealing paint on the bathroom ceiling, if you are in the bathroom you need to stand in the tub to close the door, cigarette burn marks all over over the tub, toilet, and sink. We reserved a king room and got a room with a king and full bed. The list goes on. But if you're looking for a quick inexpensive night stay I guess it's okay.

Worst hotel ever! We paid for a room an then our card didn't work so changed to another room an seen it wasnt gonna be big enough for us so went back to office to see if they had bigger rooms couldn't get anyone to come out called them an waited up there bout 20 min nothing! So we left! Hope they're happy with the money we didnt get refunded! Also the room we were in was disgusting and smellled awful! So theres my review thank you very much!

Staff gave us room 204 and it was clean, but it smelled awful. Room was very outdated, as well as the bathroom, and the bathroom was TINY! We did not even care at that point, so we took a nap and slept good! We went bowling, than later that night we went back to the Hotel and went to bed! We slept good, we woke up at 5 a.m.! Staff was still preparing breakfast, but they let us eat before breakfast opened! Breakfast was decent! At 5:30, we went back to our room and I took a shower and the hot water worked great! Overall, I do recommend, we had a decent stay!Their are also no bugs at this Hotel:D

The room was not clean , not only did my husband's feet stick to the floor when he walked on it but they were black. The was for the floors to be cleaned. They were not. The breakfast was awful, it was not clean and used it for storage, in a public place of business. I don't think so. I only stayed one night, however he stayed a complete week. My heart broke for him when I walk in. What are you people thinking. Great location and could be a great business. So sad. I would not recommend this place to anyone without seeing alot of improvement

Renovations done were EXCELLENT! Price was hard to beat, plenty of parking, no bugs, and wonderful rooms. AC was acting a little bit up, making alot of noise at times. Bathroom was amazing: plenty of space, clean tub, water pressure, everything. Added an extra night as well, and they happily added it on, along with redoing the keys then and there. Bed was made every day, room swept(mostly). The fridge and microwave were unplugged when we first arrived. The fridge froze our food and drinks, it was so cold.

I would give this NO stars.The bathroom was not clean, stains on the tub, trash can and floor was not clean, room looked nothing like the photos, air conditioner had a weird smell coming out of it, then they have construction going on as well, felt VERY uncomfortable there that I contacted travel agency I booked through to get a refund. Overall the place is disgusting. The manager wanted to refund me only one nights stay because I had been checked in for 20 mins (& was in my car on the phone with the agency). The poor girl working the desk had only been working there for a few day and they left her on her own and didn’t have any passwords, the owners 12ish yr old handed me his phone to talk to the owners about my refund.I would never recommend staying here to anyone.The comfort suites down the road is amazing.

This was not a very great place to stay. When we got there, the lady didn’t even ask for ID or anything. Then we got in the room, and the plugs that were built in on the night stand didn’t work, and the clock didn’t work. The vending machines were all nasty, and my mom woke up before us, and went to breakfast, and it made her sick to her stomach after she ate it. Then when we went to check out, there was no one there just a sign that said “dial for service”, and a phone. Well, there’s no number posted to even dial, and if you pick the phone up, it does nothing. I stood at the desk and called the hotel, and no one answered. We had to go find someone, and the cleaning lady there said she didn’t know where the girl was, but leave the key at the front desk, and I’ll let them know. Was pretty bad.

No safety precautions. Bathroom tub has no safety mat. Unsanitary. Counters were dusty when we checked in. (I slipped and fell in tub but was ok.) Customer service was terrible. Front desk attendant was barely Understable. Didn't seem to care all to well.

When I pushed the phone to speak to someone using a phone that appeared to have never been cleaned, the phone on the counter which was on the other side of the check in desk started ringing. Not sure what sense that makes if no attendee is there to answer the phone.

Clean, pet friendly, no carpeted rooms and thick soft beds. They have a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms and had 3 towels and wash rags. Quite and it was Saturday

A reservation was established and the price was set before arrival. Once I arrived I asked the owner if your establishment give military discount. The Owner said yes but never changed the price given when I made the reservation. Also, the furniture was scratched/damaged and the ironing board was also damaged. Make this Hotel your last choice if you absolutely need a place to stay. Question everything!

Exactly what you would expect for thirty dollars a night. Poor maintainace and condom wrappers left in room Thin walls does not begin to understand how noisy it is. I also received an unwanted wake up call. The room only had about six feet of toilet paper. This is a first for me.

Rooms and hotel are nice and updated, reason for 3 stars is they have the worse breakfast selection for a choice hotel I've ever stayed at and I'm a diamond member. Cereal, waffles, bread. no yogurts sausage biscuits,fruit.
