I wasn't 100% pleased with this particular experience. It wasn't very clean for one. There were differences on pricing on the board vs what it rang up and the cashier wasn't helpful. I should've asked for a manager.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Well its chick fil a so there was a long drive through line. We were driving through and expected consistent food and facility. Well the restroom were in need of a cleaning and the trash can in the dining room was overflowing. This was rather messy for a chick fil a. Now it was busy with a lot of teens I guess high school recently let out. As far as taking our order and getting the order correct well that went well.

Unfortunately, not impressed. Drive thru ridiculously slow and we were missing one of our sandwiches in our order. Never apologized, acted irritated and the sandwich we were missing took forever too. I would be more understanding if they ever acted like they cared. Would not go if you were in a hurry and make sure you check your bag before you leave.

Manager was very rude! We love Chick-fil-A but when my child accidentally poked a hole in his styrofoam cup while waiting for a refill (which she saw and then was not kind to us about) she was very rude and disrespectful. We even cleaned up the mess. Food was good. The staff wasn’t the kindest either. When I tried talking with her, they ignored me and she ignored the conversation.

We frequent CFA locations quite often. This has to be the WORST location possible. Customer service was horrendous. Chicken was burnt in both sandwich and nuggets. Husband tried returning and was told it was just old grease. "It will taste the same. It just looks dark. We don't change out our grease until tomorrow." Unacceptable!

Please please, do yourself a favor and wait another hour and go to one in Dothan if headed South or one in Phenix City or Columbus if headed North. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been been to. I love Chick-fil-A, so I keep going back hoping it will be better next time, but I always leave disappointed. Today was the last straw. I ordered online and arrived about 10 min later around 4:00 pm. The drive thru had 4 vehicles ahead of me. I waited and waited staring at the sign next to me that says meal delivery zone, but the line never moved and my meal never came.I grew so tired of waiting, I decided it wasn't worth it and drove off despite having already paid via the app. Needless to say, this is the last time I'll visit this location. This Chick-fil-A tarnishes the Chick-fil-A name and customer experience they are so known for. Yes, we go for the delicious chicken but also for the wonderful atmosphere and customer service, all of which are severely lacking at this location. I grew up here and always wanted a Chick-fil-A to come to town. It's such a shame that when one finally did, it's so bad that I won't be going back. I'm actually not sure how this location is still in business. I really hope they turn things around because I would like to be able to visit again, but I'm not holding my breath.

If i had eaten inside instead of using the drive through, i would have returned this. The portion size on the sausage bowl today was ridiculously small. Eufaula Chick-fil-a should be embarrassed.

Driving through eufaula and stopped to get breakfast, I ordered 2 chicken burritos 1 chicken bowl, and a med fruit cup no apples. The oil is old and you can taste it in the chicken, the portions for my chicken bowl were very skimpy, and I’m literally missing half of my med fruit cup. I picked chick fil a because it was a safe option, I guess just not here. If I want quality food from chick fil a I’ll just stick to the one I work at. I gave 2 stars because the girl taking my order did a great job.

This chick fil a is by far the worst. Every time we come through the portions are so small (kale salad had one piece of kale). Drive through process is a nightmare. You order early and can only do drive through- no inside pick up or curbside. Love chick fil a but will probably not come again, zaxbys and Burger King are brand new in this town and service moves faster.

We ordered the #4, which included 3 chicken strips. My husband knew immediately that the order was wrong and told them. We repeated what we ordered and it was fixed by the time we got to the window. We were greeted by a woman who was smiling and seemed more mature than the young lady who took our order. I'm not sure if she was the manager but she handed us the corrected order and made everything seamless.

THIS CHICK FIL A SUCKS!!!!!! We asked the lady for sauce and she completely ignored us and rolled her eyes and threw the sauce at us…. They have no toilet paper in the bathroom and the trash cans are always filled way over the rim! RIDICULOUS!

We went through the drive threw ordered 2 salads and 1 chicken nugget combo they didn’t give use NO ranch with our food my daughter walks in corn me to get the ranch comes out crying without ranch the I asked her what was wrong and they accused her of trying to “steal ranch” I went in and didn’t know to be concerned about the ranch or how your worker was about to flap away with those lashes she wouldn’t give me 1 ranch without being rude didn’t go back it was clean but I felt a breeze everytime she blinked

I eat at this Chick-fil-A only because it's only one that's open when I pass through town daily I spend about $30 a day there because of the special diet I'm what are the worst ones that I've been to today the lady told me they were out of bottled water and the young man at the window said there was some in the back and she gave him the dirtiest look and then slowly walked on back to get me one then I was parked for at least 12 minutes and the lady came out and my order wasn't even complete
