They let my veteran service dog die, I didn't have 1500$, so they sent me home, and now I have no battle buddy.I guess you guys deleted the comment about what was said in the office.. Like "OMG, he's leaking. Get him out of here. Go place him in your car while you pay the bill." ... Sorry that attitude doesn't change the fact that the you, the vet, sent an 8 month old puppy home to die a slow, painful death. Bravo, if you don't have the cash, they will let your VA service animal die.

Amazing staff. I came to them after seeing how they cared for a friend and her elderly dog in his final days. Everyone was so incredibly kind and comforting. And, experienced the same on my recent visit. They took wonderful care of my dogs and took the time to address all our questions and needs. Could not be happier with them.

I love the vets and the staff, they are really great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because when they prescribed a med for my cat, it was one pill short and they charged me $11 for the one pill. And I didn't lose it. They are the ones that lost it and they charged me for it. I looked it up and those tablets are like 13 cents a piece. I had already paid for the office visit and the medication. So it bothered me that when I discovered it was one pill short I got charged another $11 for one pill. But that's the only thing I didn't like everything else I liked there. So I will go back.

Took our kittens here together but for separate issues, both were given focused time and issues taken care of fully all in one visit. All staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely come back here whenever we need a vet checkup!!

This place is much more expensive than any other vet. Also I was told I wasn’t able to get all my pets shots on the same day. They charged me another office visit just to get the other shots a week later. I have never had a vet charge me for a second office visit to get shots they couldn’t give me first visit. I had them print out all the costs for an appointment I had 9 days later. I went back and they jacked all the prices up! Office visit went from $54 to $57. Shots from $32 to $34. They seem dishonest about costs and they are all about the money.

Every time we come in all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Sayer(spelling?) has been absolutely incredible and helpful every time we go. She takes time to explain things for us and is very patient and sympathetic to our dogs needs/issues.

Always great service at West Gate. Recently I left my JSP for boarding and the reception was great - we went over all the health consultation regarding vaccinations and current concerns. Staff was cheerful and very attentive to my Duchess. Always feel I am leaving her in competent and caring hands.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is so kind and patient. They treat each pet like their own. My vet took the time to walk me through all the nuances of a chronic illness and was very encouraging. I would recommend them to any pet parent.

West Gate Veterinary Hospital staff was professional and kind. Their facility is clean and conveniently located in Enterprise. Their website had all of the information that I needed and was easy to navigate. They were open the Friday before a weekend holiday when all the other veterinary clinics and hospitals were closed.

The staff is so nice, polite and professional. This was my first visit to see Dr Sayre and I loved her. She was very patient and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and my Sweet Pea seemed very comfortable while waiting.

The staff have always gone beyond professionalism and are so loving and caring for my pups. They have shown the greatest empathy when the time to say goodbye had come and joy when my new loves come to visit. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and love when my Chewie comes to check himself in. They are all wonderful and I would definitely recommend Westgate vet!! I have been using West Gate Veterinary Hospital for the last 20 years. Dr. Carter is an amazing vet, listens to all my concerns & gives excellent care! The staff always know who I am & are eager to do whatever they can for my babies. We are a family of 5 rescue dogs & are there weekly. This office is THE BEST!!

Dr. Carter and Dr. Brooks are both amazing with our dogs. Very patient and understanding. 2 of our dogs have had some very serious health issues the past few months and I am so thankful they had them for their vets. They were there every step of the way and answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed and reassured. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I can not recommend West Gate Veterinary Hospital enough!! Won't take my furbabies anywhere else.

We have been using Westgate for a few years. We have an older fur baby and she requires a lot of attention. The vets at this clinic have always treated our pet with great care. My dog started sneezing bright red blood out of her nose. I didn’t know what to do. I called the vet ten minutes before closing and was put on hold. During this time my husband drove to the office with our pet. As he was walking to the door someone locked the door in his face. By this time I was talking to a vet tech. I could hear someone in the background saying lock the door, lock the door and laughing. I told the tech that is probably by husband. We do not appreciate the way this was handled. We were offered an appointment for the next day. After this treatment we decided to not go back.

We truly did like Dr. Machado. We went to him for several years and even after we moved to Tallahassee, we felt we had made a relationship with him based on trust we were willing to make the trip of six hours. However, we made the trip twice after and the woman that now works there is the most unpleasant person and has made it that it is not worth the drive. We had a litter of puppies we needed to get shots and health certificates for and when we called to make an appointment last week she was very rude. It is sad to see because this vet office used to be different but now, it s the same as other vet offices. It is difficult to find vets the are really there for the well being of the animals over profit. I understand prices go up but customer service should be number 1. We did find a vet close to home where we will now take our business and they were also very nice and price is the same without the six hour drive. The way you treat someone says alot about your own character.

$90 for a rabies shot at west gate. Animal Health Center is $16. They are not willing to work on time they are open until 6 but do not do appointments at 5.I work 9-5 this is not convenient and over priced. Animal Health Center across from Mellow Mushroom was willing to work with my work schedule and charged me $16. Call Animal Health Center. This vet office feeds on the army clients go an extra 3 miles better care and better prices!!

I had a VERY IMPRESSIVE first visit with West Gate Vet Hospital! The receptionists were very professional and answered all my questions. The technicians and doctor alike treated my dog with love, care and understanding. She was not nervous and scared as usual when at the vet. They were very thorough and professional and made sure they took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely be bringing my fur babies back!

I bring my shepherd whom has issues and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.Everyone is fantastic kind and understanding. My Bella is now comfortable there. I now have a puppy and she also gets super treatment.
