Customer service sucks or is non-existant. Multiple times I ask for help with finding an item usually if they have any more in stock. I just get the run around about a person to talk to and send me on a wild goose hunt instead of helping me or calling that person over to help.

So walked in and as always the people at the front are always nice. But walked back to the deli to get a few things stood around for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out and help. There were multiple Walmart employees that walked by me and did not ask if I needed help. Finally a older lady walked out from back and was not very pleasant. While I was standing there there was about another 3 or 4 people waiting there and she did not even acknowledge them. Very bad service and I wish there was another Walmart in town to go to. Will not go back while I am in town. Would not go there unless you need to

Michelle was great.. Definitely made me laugh.. She was respectful and answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge.. She is great working in customer service wish we had more people like her around

Well, it has happened here too. Walmart here opens at 6am. I was there more than 2 hours after they opened do so my weekly shopping for a household of 6. I go thru our list, fill up my cart and head to checkout only to find ZERO registers manned and open and they direct me to self checkout with my cart full. When I tell them they can put it all away then, they finally call someone to open a register and then close it again as soon as possible after me. Time for people to rethink where they shop if a place is so cheap they want you to do the work so they don't have to pay someone to.

I visited yesterday with the hubby. We needed some groceries and had to pick up a mouse for our home computer. When we went to check out, we noticed the price of the mouse was not what was listed on the rack. When we removed the item from our cart, a sales associate came over to see what was wrong. We told her, and she sent a manager to check the price. They had been placed on the wrong space, but they let us have it for the price we saw. It saved us around twenty dollars. They went out of their way to make it right without us asking for it. Now that is excellent customer service!

I love this store. Its always clean and I've found staff very friendly and quite helpful - across departments (i.e., bakery, deli, and electronics in particular). I tend to shop between 6-8am but even when I've gone a few times between 12-2, it's been a positive experience. I really wish they were a 24 hour store. Sometimes during the 6am times you'll a bit inhibited b/c they are stocking shelves and/or cleaning the floors with that big machine.Overall positive experience for a super center.

Walmart in enterprise it is worse services on everything. And the worse/worse is car maintenance. The employees are rude, every time I go for rotating my tires they leave for last. They said it takes only one hour and I can see how they take care all the vehicles get there after me. My shopping got bad while I waited. Until they wanted to take care my car. No manager, no one gave me a solution. I guess because I am a Spanish woman and because I don’t go with a man. For them to do what they supposed to do. Please people don’t take your business at Enterprise Walmart. And don’t believe in pay for live rotation and balance because after they take the money when you take to car for that they don’t want to do it.😡😡😡

There is a reason this place got 3.8 stars , customer service is very poor. Recently forgot something’s on the bottom of my buggy and the inside of my reusable shopping bags and they are supposedly are going to issue , a warrant they do not care if it was a accident or if you are forgetful which I explained to them several times and they do not care

Man I HATE going in that place to buy anything electronic. You better hope you get the one girl in there who actually doesn't mind working back there because if you don't, it is PAINFULLY obvious the rest of them (I'm opting not to single anyone out. Altho I definitely could.) they CAN NOT stand working back there and if you're not sure about this, here's a fun little game you can play; go back there and ask one single question, and watch what happens. And not a hard one, I mean don't assume they've ever SEEN a phone before just because they're surrounded by them all day. Or like, which one of these has the better sound quality, this speaker or that microwave, don't ask that. Just like, is this in stock. That kind of question. And God help you if you need something out of that case, just go ahead and run to China and pick one up like I did. I just flew back and I still don't think that case got unlocked. ...... Ok, so I may be exaggerating just a little bit but..... Na, actually that's pretty spot on, I feel like, I won't be buying anything electronic from there anymore, rather give my money to Jeff Bezos.. ugh. (I'm still trying to wrap my head around that last interaction I just had back there, wow, really?? Finally I just left without buying anything. It was like that )

This store in general and this department specifically has really declined over the years. It has become a real adventure to discover what shortage on basic items we will be subjected to. My last visit had me waiting in line over 20 minutes as even the self-checkout registers had long lines. Less than half the regular check out lanes were open. It is a 30 minute drive to visit here and unfortunately there is not a better option for another Wal-Mart. One would expect your own store brands to be generally available however, Your own Twist Up soda is frequently out of stock? Additionally the Ocean Spray Cranberry juice cocktail is a rare find these days. Blame it on current conditions but this is not a recent manifestation.Photos show what I was compelled to accept. Imagine the mess when the seal on a third bottle was broken. I should add it is not unusual to find product displayed in this condition. This failure falls squarely on management. This should have never been offered for sale.

Every time I visit with my 82 year old grandmother in law there are no motorized cart for her or out of survive me being disabled is challenging enough.or they are always broke and out of service. To top it off they are all really old!!! How hard no for the in enterprise al to keep and working motor cart for the handicap, disabled and elderly to use.

OMG! Walmart Supercenter! What an indescribable experience! There are not enough electrons in the digital cloud to adequately describe this life changing venue! Fuel your truck at the gas pump in the parking lot, and fuel your soul inside the megaplex! Oscar, our family monkey, loves the bananas from the grocery shop and his best friend, Clive our 4 year old, loves all the sugary delights in the cereal section! The juxtaposition of farm produce on one end, and farmhouse furnishings in the rest of the store presents a mind blowing array- an atmosphere of choice and plenty that leaves one almost cataplectic at the spectacle! I love this place! The contrast between the super friendly store greeters, with the task-focused robots that sparklize the floor during the wee hours is almost an exercise in psycho-philosophy. I have learned so much from the Zen masters that work in the garden section about applying the principles of karesansui, that my house will be converted into a hojo, the residence of the chief monk of a Zen monastery, as soon as it warms up! Oh, so much to say about this place, no Saturday is complete without a pilgrimage to this center for spiritual growth and enlightenment ! I would live here if I could - I almost do!

I'm 66 years old and I refuse to shop there anymore, I have a heart condition, therefore it's to hard on my body to put groceries in the buggy, take them out ring them up, bag them,put them back into the buggy, get them out put them in my car, there were 3 cashiers just standing around watching me, I was so exhausted, didn't think I could even drive home. Walmart should be ashamed of the way they treat the elderly, we don't know how to order groceries online. Publics has my business now, can't beat the customer service

I like this Walmart. The only thing I don't like is the gaming section. The selection for accessories is always so poor. Nothing at all for the PS5 accept a few games and 2 controllers were in the case. They still have old 2016 Turtle Beach headphones on display like they're new. They still have a PS4 on display for testing like its new lol. By the way who sanitizes those headphones and controllers for testing???

Not a fan of employees or service. I avoid going here for anything. Last place on my list. One good thing is the app telling you exactly which aisle to find what your looking for so I can get in and out quicker.

I recently purchased something from this Walmart and realized when I got home that the product wasn't in the box. I called to ask them about a refund was told to bring receipt and box in with me which I did only to be told again by another employee that I wouldn't be able to receive my refund or exchange it for another. I wouldn't recommend this Walmart to anyone

I do lots of shopping at Walmart. Some for myself and some for elderly people in my community. For the first time in a long time I encountered an employee with great customer service skills. Now I know that’s no longer important in your organization, but, Ms. Deborah back there in electronics is a cut above the rest.
