Very friendly professional always willing to help find a lower cost for the medicines when you don't have insurance they help you understand what the medications for how to take it when to take it and all the side effects overall a very professional Pharmacy great people

Shout-out to the ladies in the pharmacy. I got my first vaccine shot.i had a little reaction.mostly sweat and dizziness. These ladies jumped up and made sure I was alright. They were with me the whole time during and after to make sure I was 100 percent. They exceeded my expectations.even though they're alabama fans I still got to show them some love. Thank you very much ladies.

I’ve had medicine filled here twice within the last two weeks, and BOTH times I was asked what my medicine was for. Once by the lady at drop off and the last time by the actual male pharmacist. It is NONE of their business what my medicine is for. Their not my doctor. Extremely out of line and not ok! Will not be back!

The lady who helped me when I got to the pharmacy was nice however before I came I specifically called and asked them if they had flu shots for children. I had already been to 2 other pharmacies trying to find one that had the flu shot for kids in stock. I called this pharmacy at Walmart and I was told that yes they had them for kids and to come on over to get it. We headed straight there, filled out 3 sheets of information sheets..gave my insurance info and answered questions before anyone even looked to make sure they had the flu shots. After all of that work and me even calling before I came to the pharmacy I was then told they did not have any of the flu shots for kids, under 18. A huge waste of my time. People should really double check that they have something in stock, especially if someone is calling on the phone asking about it. It wasted my time.

couldnt even get someone on the phone. the auto message kept resetting and telling me to 'hit 0 to talk to someone' and then told me to stay on the line, only to repeat itself again 30 seconds laterjust call publix instead, people. At least publix workers are treated better, and it makes them treat their customers better

custumer service over the phone is horrible, they kept forwarding my call to different department no one could check if the item i purchase online was available for pick-up. WAS ON HOLD FOR LIKE 30 MIN SAME DAM LADY KEPT AWSWERING AND FORWARDING MY CALL. WHAT do they pay ya for?? i would fire or re-train who ever they got answer the phone. lack of service.
