The 5 stars is for the pharmacy. Not saying the store isn't a 5 star but the pharmacy has always been polite, fast, and has always had my medication. Literally the fastest walgreens I've ever been to.

Got a $10 rewards for getting the Covid booster. Tried to use it today and it would only let me use a portion of it. Not the complete $10. Not good. It is rewards so you should be able to use the whole $10. NOT. Plus their prices are way high. Pharmacy is nice. But in the store using rewards is BAD. All you couponers, stick with DG !!

Our pharmacy was out of the needles my husband needed for his B12 injections so I went to Walmart pharmacy and they were out so they told me to try Walgreens so I did. The technician told me they were prescription only and unless my husband had a prescription there they would not sell to me. I felt like a criminal when she said this. I then went to CVS and they sold me some needles with no problem. I could understand if I looked like a junkie needing a fix but with my large self you could definitely tell. I will not ever use Walgreens.

The pharmacy sinks this Walgreens. The regular walgreens staff is helpful and polite. They do a good job keeping the store up.The pharmacy is one of the worst Walgreens pharmacys I been to. I'm switching because more than a few times they dont scripts I need so they partial fill. Say the meds will be in in time so I dont go without it. They never call me to say its come in, I have to call them and hope its there. I get the added benefit of dealing with their faces and moods when they fall short as well.They are understaffed or mismanaged 100%. Taking my business elsewhere.

I've been getting bit, horribly, by no see ums (little dots that suck your blood). The itch is so terrible! I bought Calamine Plus Itch Relief spray and it's been such a relief for me. It gives you Instant relief from that itch

Pharmacy: Awful experience lady n front of me . Told them her prescription was there. They gave her a hard time an then found her prescription. After finding the Oxy prescription. They told her they could only give her a pint. Lmao an what ya gonna do with the rest cuz that's not what her script says.Then I went fa my spouse hydrocodone. They say they well give me 7 cuz something with insurance . No u want cuz I use to get 100 an never had problems with the insurance. We have the same insurance. So what are u gonna do with remaining cuz if my script say 30 and u want to give me 7. FOH yall need to b reported.

This pharmacy is either, under staffed or poorly managed. If you need a prescription filled within 24hrs go somewhere else, because most prescriptions HAVE TO BE ORDERED. When I've called for any reason I'm placed on hold for NO LESS than 30 min.When I go to pick up my prescriptions, I wait ANOTHER 30 - 45 minutes, (at least) for a receptionist to call my name. On top of all that, nothing is private, because no one is taught how to be discreet about customer privacy.I NEVER have any of these problems at DOCTORS PHARMACY in Dothan, Al. and they have always been less expensive as well. No matter how hard I try, one of my doctors insist on calling my prescriptions in to this Walgreens pharmacy. They say they can't transfer the prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy once it's been called in to them.- 30 min more driving, but We'll worth it when I think about all this unnecessary STRESS.So, three days after the prescription was sent by my Doctor... Still not in. Adding insult to injury, after waiting in the drive through for 45min. The young girl wants to be "short", disrespectful" if we don't have it in, we don't have it in". I just wonder, couldn't there have been a more polite way to say that?

After being notified several times over text that my prescription was ready to be picked up, I sat behind 2 cars for 20 minutes. After the first car pulled on through, the second car was at the drive through window for 15 minutes!!!!!!! After enduring that wait, when I finally reached the window, I was told that the pharmacy was closing, that they couldn’t fill my prescription.This was at 2:30 in the afternoon. Have since taken my business elsewhere, hope to have better luck!

This has to be the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited over and hour in the drive thru line at the pharmacy. I was given someone’s prescription by mistake and they lost my original file and didn’t have my express pay on file. Where did it go? I complained to Walgreens corporate and they did absolutely nothing. This Walgreens needs to be closed permanently. I’m so happy that there’s a CVS nearby.

I want to thank the pharmaceutical section. My wife took my son(9 y/o), who was adopted not to long ago, to get his flu shot. His new last name isn’t updated quite yet with insurance, and the lady had trouble finding his name under our insurance policy. My wife gave her his old last name and my son heard. He was adamant that that was not his last name (he is very sentimental about his last name after being adopted) and the great gal played it off and said she was so sorry and that he was right, the system had his new name. Employees like this deserve more than they are given. Thank you so much for recognizing the situation and making it way better than it could have been.

They do not support veterans and will not attempt to accommodate them on their medications. I received care through VA and had my medicate sent to Enterprise, AL Walgreens. The lady claimed I needed a voucher. I was given an instruction sheet so that the pharmacy could call and get the voucher code but she want gonna call. Swore I needed a physical paper. He attitude was horrible like she owned the place and did not provide customer service

Slowly loosing faith. Calling up here to take care of any issues? Completely impossible I can never talk to anyone. I understand being short staffed and I don’t mind waiting but I always get hung up on. Needed a prescription for a sick child requested quicker pick up because we absolutely couldn’t want. Waited paid the quoted time and still got told an hour and half wait time… pharmacist came over and told me it would be just a minute but I had to wait in the line again with a screaming child. Because going home without this isn’t an option. So have officially spent over an hour waiting. Please just don’t lie. Be honest.

Traveling for business but needed a refill on a prescription. The absolute most professional, courteous pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. The pharmacy tech used a discount card, and saved me money ..I am so appreciative. The pharmacy made sure to educate and assist ...I'd give 10 stars if I could, definitely recommend. Best pharmacy.

Ordered a canvas Friday online. Pick up was set for Sunday @ 8:00am. I called at 9:00 to ask if it was ready. They told me yea! I went at 1:00 and the lady couldn’t find it, called someone else to the front, she said it never printed but she would print it now. After 3 tries she says something is wrong with the printer, and it’s not going to work. She seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I asked her if I call back later, would someone be able to tell me if it was actually ready this time, or would I waist another trip up here? She told me I could just cancel my order. So I did... Went to Walmart and they printed my canvas right then and there.

It seems that whatever you do online does not register have the time at this Walgreens. I waited 3 weeks for birthday invitations to be sent there for pick up. After calling I find out they have been there. They didnt scan them in. The manager wasnt very friendly either. I guess I annoyed him bc I was trying to find out where my paid order was. My mom also paid for meds online and got a confirmation but when I went to pick up they said they didnt show paid. Hmmm

Tried to pick up my daughters refill (which she was emailed a reminder) I gave the info to Jennifer at the drive thru window she not so politely informed the insurance was denied bc she’s not eligible until April 21. I explained this is a refill so that didn’t make sense it was just a 30 day supply. Jennifer was very rude not offering to assist in the situation at hand. She kept saying I don’t know what you want me to do. I said maybe someone made a mistake and keyed it in incorrectly that I am the one that picked it up and verified what it was. She continued to talk over me and tell me maybe it was misplaced. I assured her it wasn’t she first told me she didn’t see any record of my daughter EVER filling a prescription at that location ( she has been filling there for over a year) after insisted she told me it was filled in February and a 90 days supply again I tried to explain she continued to talk over me and be very very rude would not help me at all. I explained people make mistakes she stated “Not here we would be fired so maybe you misplaced it” I tried calling the store after I left to speak to the manager about my experience and was left on hold for several minutes and put on hold again I hung up and left this review.

I know it can be busy in Pharmacy at times…but answer your phone ever so often…. Ppl have simple, quick questions that might take 30-60 seconds of your time. Or answer and put me on hold for a min. Not avoid it.

Two stars only because I was given the correct medication. However the medication which was prescribed went through so many hands and no one caught the dosage error. After calling and speaking to the pharmacist nothing was done or said about the error and I was given a very rude and curt answer back. I am from out of state and I feel as though this was completely unacceptable as this medication was for a thin 6 year old child. If the medication was given at the dosage which was written on the bottle then he would have ended up with more severe symptoms then he had been to the ER with in the first place. I can guarantee if I come up to Daleville again I will never go to this Walgreens.

I had a covid test taken here. Well a few days later while waiting on my results they didn’t give me the proper information to log on to view my results. I called them and they apologized but they couldn’t find any of the numbers or information that I needed to view them...they seem very unorganized and I don’t trust the pharmacy because how can you give a test but forget to give the login result information or code to enter in?

Whatever you do, do not order from doordash. I say again don't order anything from Walgreens through doordash. They're too lazy to update their items. It seemed like 90% of the items I chose they didn't have it and they had to call me or email me to ask me what else I wanted besides the original item I chose. I'm sure they're going to blame covid.

The pharmacist (the older guy with white hair) by far is the rudest pharmacist I have ever met. The meds were for my 5 year old daughter with ADHD. His attitude toward me was almost embarrassing, this was my first time here and it will definitely be the last.

Worst pharmacy in the area. Avoid at all costs. They are consistently slow, long lines, and orders are never ready when said they would be. Driving 30 min away is a better use of time.

Only had one employee at the checkout line.. Made for a strangely long wait for a slow time of day. The single employee did go through the line fairly quickly though. Store seemed to have quite a bit of items on sale. You could probably find a few good deals in there if you are a smart shopper.

We waited for well over a hour for a flu shot and they said the counter didn't hand the nurse our paper work so we waited for nothing. Go to Walmart for the flu shot.

I went in to grab something the other night. I made sure to check their hours before I left my house. No one updated their hours online, so I was greeted with a notice saying they were closed when I got to the door. It didn’t say when they would open or any new hours and it still hasn’t been updated online. Very frustrating.
