I never thought I’d be reviewing a hardware store but here I am…this store is our absolute favorite. The service that you get here is unmatched. We moved into the neighborhood a few months ago and ever since, Vicky as well as the other employees have always been so personable and helpful…asking us how our house is coming along, offering suggestions and just asking how we are doing. We truly refuse to go to the big box stores unless we absolutely have to because supporting this store feels like supporting a local mom & pop store!

Personable unlike Lowes where you are on your own. Lowes also has ONLY A 48hr return on appliances. Get home with man comes to install 2days later does not fit or some other problems YOU ARE SCREWED..!!! Just buy from someone else.

This location has everything I've needed to repair things and they are creative enough to suggest using alternative hardware to get results. I like this store.

I love to shop here. Have made probably 6 purchases in the last month. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have gift cards especially today for father’s day tomorrow. i was going to buy my dad one and they don’t have any. i would rather shop locally than some big chain mess. Thanks to the ladies for always being so kind. Keep it up.

I don't usually write reviews for chain stores, but this doesn't feel like a chain store. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and they remember me every visit. Their prices on vegetable and herb plants were $1 cheaper. Ace was the only place in town where I found artichoke and Thai chili pepper plants. Love this store!

I have been to this store several times since their opening and I am never disappointed. The store is very clean, neat, stocked, and organized, and the staff hits a home run every time on customer service. Great job!

This store and its employees were excellent. I had been to lowes and asked for help 3 times for help with a water main leak. On 3 separate occasions the lowes employees rolled their eyes and handed me connectors that did not stop the leak. (Going from galvanized to copper). So I decided to give Ace a try and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The store was very clean and organized and the employees helped me with every question I had. They asked the right questions to find exactly what I was doing, and in less than 5 minutes handed me the $12 part that stopped my leak. I absolutely recommend this store and if you aren't sure what you need to get the job done, don't hesitate to ask them, they were friendly and extremely helpful.

A huge shoutout for this store in Enterprise! I cannot say enough about my experience here. I called before I arrived with questions and the lady was so friendly and helpful. I then came in to shop for what I knew I wanted and immediately David and another lady jumped in to help me gather my items since I had a small window to shop.Simply amazing! I later picked up my order and they helped load it. I now have a new favorite go to hardware and so much more store!Their customer service is untouchable and so needed in this time where it’s lacking elsewhere! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Enterprise Ace Hardware is a brand-new store. It is clean and well-stocked and the staff there is very friendly and attentive. They have a diverse assortment of supplies for sale. I located one item there that I had not been able to find elsewhere. The prices are slightly high but not too bad.

Every store associate I have an encountered at this location has been amazing! They all know exactly where to find what I need. I really appreciate the professionalism that this team brings on a daily basis. You just can’t get this level of service at the mega hardware stores.

I had a great experience today. Shoutout to Patrick and David who both went above and beyond to help me figure out some troublesome plumbing issues. David had actually already clocked out but stayed anyway to help. I had to go after work so it was about 6:20 when I got there and they close at 7. But they didn't get irritated or try to rush me out even when it got close to 7. I am super impressed with the employees. And they have an excellent selection of small parts you can't find anywhere else locally.

Went to the new ACE Hardware in Enterprise this afternoon to purchase Magnolia Home paint. In the past I had to drive to Freeport to purchase. Wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me with my paint and also the lady who worked the register both were super friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Well stocked clean store.

My husband and I went in on Monday to ask about programming car keys. Their sign says they program keys. If we got the key from them they would have to order it and it would be 270 dollars. We asked if we got one from Amazon could they program it. The answer was yes it would be 30 dollars to program it. The key came in on Friday so I ran over there to get them to program it. I was then told they no longer offer that service. Their sign outside still says they program keys. This is false advertisement. They only program the keys that you buy from them. Not keys you buy from somewhere else. I will not be back as a customer to this ace nor any other ace.

This is a brand new store that just opened. It is very clean and bright inside and out. The staff is super helpful to find what I was looking for. I was in and out in only a few minutes. I highly recommend visiting.

Went to ACE a few days ago to get some automotive keys cut and progammed. Indigo helped me out and with outstaning service! All taken care of at a fraction of the cost at a dealership. Well done and I would recommend this service to anyone.

The new Ace Hardware in the old Badcock furniture building. Great selection on metric hardware!!! I will be coming here more often for that, they beat Lowe's.
