My wife and I shop here regularly. For some of the supplies they have you just can't beat the price. They have a great selection of products and the staff has always been helpful and polite to us.

Dollar tree in Enterprise is the most amazing store! No one will take care of my needs in the whole city but this store went above and beyond and making sure that my daughter had an amazing third birthday. I will be recommending the store more often and shopping here more frequently from here on out. Family dollar could never!!

Cannot go wrong with everything priced at one dollar and one dollar twenty-five cents!!Update: 06/10/2023 The rude manager Shannon is no longer employed there.Everyone was very nice on my latest visit after my not patronizing there for a couple of years. I WILL shop here now.Update: 12/12/2021 Their manager Shannon needs more training concerning dealing with the public. Three times now, she has been very rude to me. Thus, I have not shopped my business supplies from there for a few years..

I would normally rate this store a 0 on service, but my recent interactions caused the 4 rating. We shop here often and have for years, despite the bad attitudes we are normally met with. On 3 seperate occasions we have been helped by the same woman who is always so nice to us. My husband is partially deaf and it can be a struggle at times to communicate with him. This particular day we were hunting a specific item and the first lady got aggravated with him, rolled her eyes and walked away. Then we came around the corner and a lady asked if we needed help. Not sure if we looked lost or she saw the first interaction. She was patient, kind and even cracked a joke (loudly) that tickled my husband! Her name was Sammy and she said she was one of the managers. We were in there about 6pm.

My family loves this store. We go at least once a week for “Friday surprises” to reward the kids for doing their best in school. We went in later than usual (about 30 or 45 minutes before closing). While another mom and I were looking at frames, the kids started playing with some of the foam blocks on the same aisle. A lady working there came to the aisle and yelled at the kids to stop playing with them. I was furious, because I don’t care what position she holds in the store, she has no reason to yell at my children. If their playing was a problem, she should’ve asked me to correct them, or calmly told them that playing with items was not okay. The other mom that was on the aisle apologized for the kids playing with the items, to which she responded, “It has been a long enough day without having to re-straighten the store.” I spent YEARS in retail. No one understands better than I do the importance of putting thing back neatly in their place; however, it is HER JOB to straighten that store as many times as it needs to be straightened. If I walk through the store and pull every item I see off of the shelf and move it to the next aisle, it’s still within the job description that pays her wages to make the store look neat when I leave. So if re-straightening a store is such an issue, then she should wait for the store to close and then put things where they go. The only reason she didn’t get cursed out by me during this entire exchange is because there were three 7 and 8 year old children on the aisle who didn’t need to hear the language that I wanted to use. I don’t know the lady’s name, but she was a middle aged, Caucasian lady with blonde shoulder length hair working on 10/28/2021. I expect a response informing me of action taken in regards to better training this woman on customer service and the inappropriateness of yelling at ANY customer, but children in particular. I won’t be returning to this store until that happens.

I experienced horrible customer service from store manager, Donna. Upon beginning my transaction, I asked, "how are you, today," to which she answered, but did not have common courtesy to relay the same question, which was unpleasant. It seemed as though she had an extreme issue with me wanting to utilize coupons. As soon as I presented my coupons to use toward my transaction, her demeanor further worsened. Her harsh tone of voice and volume when speaking with me was at an extreme level, as if she was trying to make a point to embarrass me in front of other customers. She does not comprehend coupon use. Her utter ignorance demonstrated that she requires pertinent training on store policy and proper customer service. My attempt to explain the simplest coupon terms left her in disgust, throwing her head back, exasperating severely and rolling her eyes as far back in her head as possible. On top of her unsociable attitude and sheer ignorance, this woman lied about procedures. I was quite baffled and unable to believe that she maintained a management position. After this ordeal, I contacted corporate office and received a follow up call from the district manager, who was very genuine, apologetic and quite shocked by her statements and behavior towards me. I was assured me that the situation would be handled accordingly. My hope is that the district manager had a chance to correct her difficulties in providing appropriate customer service as well as her lack of knowledge in store policy.

Ordered online plant stackers. The store manager took my order out of the box and put them on the shelf and sold them the same day they arrived. She then lied to us and said the truck didn't come in. Talked a day later to the assistant manager and found out what happened. Then fought with Dollar Tree Online to get my refund. It's been over a month no plant stackers and no refund yet. Avoid Dollar Tree at all cost. Scammers!

As my daughter and I came up to a register, we noticed an employee was standing at another register so I asked if she was open. As I asked her the phone rang and she looked at me, rolled her eyes and shook her head no. Really...how tacky and unprofessional. I found out her name was Cindy and she was going to be manager at a new Dollar Tree in Dothan. This woman should NEVER be working with the public with her attitude much less managing a new store. The cashier that checked us out, her name is Elisha, was extremely nice and professional. She should be the one getting the new store as manager and the woman, Cindy, should be fired. She, Cindy, left the register and left Elisha with a line of seven people. Dollar Tree, wake up and rethink that woman's upcoming job or even her continued employment. She is not worth it.

I really enjoy buying the room temperature energy drinks and pounding back a couple before heading home to the wife. This place really frowns upon asking to use layaway so you better have the buck and change ready at the cash register. I guess after Trump imposed the tariff on Chinese made goods this store will become the Dollar Twenty-Five Tree. I am okay with that since their prices have remained stable for darn near two decades.

Always enjoy browsing $ Tree. Bought Hallmark birthday cards at $1 each...cant beat that price for sure. While there discovered their craft area. What a nice selection they had for small crafts. Discovered theY had canvas board and framed canvas for those who paint along with acrylic paint and variety of brushes. Always something new and interesting at $ Tree.

Look, today's expierence was horrible! The worker was rude to a kid because he played with a toy without buying it. She worked at the cash register and yelled at us for not giving her complete cash. I didn't have such a good time here today. I went to dollar general to get the balloons we needed.

Shelves were messy, understocked, and missing items. Only saw 1 worker in the whole store, had to put my stuff back and leave due to the long line. Management needs to fix these problems or they may go out.
