Needed some stuff but they had a sign on the door stating they were closed because they had no help. I work in retail and you call someone in or management steps up. Corporate needs to get this fixed because when you don't have help, you make do with what you have and stay open to make the money to pay the employees. Customers rely on them being open.

With the exception of 2 or 3 stores, most of the Dollar General stores in this area are not exactly clean, the shelves aren't well stocked, and the employees and managers are often rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you have a question or ask for help. This particular Dollar General store is one of the exceptions. It is clean, well lit, the shelves are stocked, and the employees are friendly. The parking lot is even clean! I was pleasantly surprised, and I will be shopping there again.

Friendly staff and usually have most things in stock! Great prices and easier to get in and out of than Wal-Mart and a human being to check you out! I hate self checkouts! I'm old school and the cashier is the last one to deal with the customer and should be a human not a machine! Its the stores last chance to make a good impression so that the customer leaves happy and shops there again! A cold non verbal register where I have to scan my purchases and bag my items and process my payment and retrieve my receipt when it prints is just not my idea of good customer service so I hope Dollar General doesn't follow Wal-Mart and put self checkouts in any of their stores!

Great changes have been made since they remodeled. I was impressed with the clean environment and the staff at the Dollat General on Andrew's are remarkable. Outstanding customer service and very friendly and helpful.

There is so much stock , stacked up all over the store its hard to get around. Only 1 cashier was working, I waited 20 mins to get checked out. Someone needs to do . If you can't put up the stock, leave it in the back!

Very little supplies on the shelves. All the supplies were still on carts but no one was stocking. Dg needs to give up the money to hire more people. The service was friendly so I gave 3 stars

Dollar General is convenient, but the customer service is extremely poor it is obvious that the company puts No money into training their employees . They have no problem with making you wait in long lines while staff take smoking breaks, stock inventory or just chat with each other while you wait. There was a line of about ten customera today as the cashier loudly embarrassed a customer by asking her if she was paying with EBT. Dollar General is not the place to go if you are looking for any kind of professional customer service.

Easy to get in and leave parking lot. Staff extremely courteous and helpful friendly. Browse as long as you like. The staff is main reason i go and products are easy to find

The customer service was HORRIBLE! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! Lisa Willis was the emplyoee and is absolutely clueless. She insulted my mother and made my daughter cry. After I asked her to calm down she yelled at me.

Given the fact that it's the Christmas season, I think this store is doing a great job keeping the shelves stocked. The cashiers have been extremely kind in spite of how busy the store is.

The store itself way understaffed, although the staff that works there are doing a great job, they need some help. Only so much one person can do at such a busy place.

Love the store, but wish they'd expand the stores size instead of adding 8-10 small ones. I also would like to see ticket prices that compete with Walmart anyway

Who doesn't love the Dollar General?? However the one on East park avenue in Enterprise is awful because of the lack of help they have and people do not know how to do coupons either...

There was 8 people in line, I was probably the sixth person in that line and it took at least 15 minutes for me to get to the one cashier that was helping people.
