One of the worse experience I've had at DG. As a former employee I know that exchanges take place without a receipt but the MOD (Neisha) refused to do an exchange without a receipt. The original product I purchased broke so I took it to another DG in town for an exchange WITHOUT a receipt but it wasn't the original product I purchased. I later realize the DG was the only one in town with the product I needed and I went to exchange what I had and she refused

Do not go to this dollar general. Most of their employees are great and they are well stocked but the manager Brenda is completely rude and unprofessional. Extremely unhelpful, has inappropriate conversation in front of customers, rolls her eyes when you ask her anything, and they do not reprimand her for being rude at all. If you do go here, make it a quick stop.

The cashier was very nice and helpful. The store looked okay. But the lighting outside was very dark and scary. I bought gifts for a wedding couple, and was pleased with the selection and price.

Was pretty hood with nothing in stock but it is improving greatly. The staff are friendly and helpful but overworked so be kind. 😁

Shopping was good, the people were nice. My issue was this jerk slammed his door into my car then drove off and I didnt see any cameras outside or figure it would help. But I guess the spaces are close together idk

I am the store manager at this store and I am sorry you have had a bad experience there Lexi. I do understand the wait can be long at times and I'm sorry, we do the beat we can with the hours we are given. With that being said, after reading your review I did chastise Kelly for her attitude. I hope you will come back and shoo with us again.

Except for the newer one on Rucker blvd in Alabama, I love to shop DG's! I never leave empty handed and the associates, except for again two of the ones at the above mentioned location, are always super friendly and ready to lend a hand!

I always enjoy going to the one in.level plains. The store has an awesome staff and they have the most organized store I have ever been to. Whether it's Michelle, Stormy, Rhonda, Angela, Jessica, or Melinda there you are always greeted and they are always eager to help you find what you need. However the one in Enterprise on Rucker Blvd. Don't bother going there. You have to wait in.line for 20 minutes or longer bc they are too lazy to open another register and a line will be all the way back to the makeup aisle. Also they are disorganized and things are not where you can find them, there is merchandise all.on the floors and you have to move them out of the way. On top of that the service is awful and they are rude as disrespectful. You get an attitude from them when you ask a question or call them.out for ringing an item up more than once. I don't know.how their district mgr allows them to get away with the store being like that.

The cashier didn't know what the hell he was doing. Manager didn't know how to do her job. Casher actually had the nerve to tell me to do their job for them. On top of that any clearance they have is just thrown in the middle of the store and you can't get down half the isles because they are so messy.

I have shopped at this store for many yrs, one must have "patience" anywhere one shops, it is lesson everyone needs to learn, IMO One's preception of someone is not always what they think it was. Patience and "understanding/kindness" will make the day much brighter and happier for everyone.

I had an issue with digital coupons and the cashier was beyond helpful. The few times I've needed help with finding an item, I've always had someone right there to show me where I needed to be. Very friendly associates at this location.

So, I was just going to buy some goldfish crackers and I come out with $40 worth of random stuff! All because I spotted the clearance isle that's right in the center of the store. Well planned DG, you definitely got me! 😁

Fast and friendly service. They had things I didn't think they'd carry-- from cold cuts (Turkey &ham) to specific Mott's brand fruit gummies my husband was specifically craving for.

Shelves are never stocked anymore and it's hot as sin in that store. Most of the cashiers are kind, but no one greets you anymore.

The store is always in such disarray that it makes it difficult to move easily and find items ,but on a good note the employees are very polite and ready to assist :)
