This Dollar General is in a great location and the staff was very polite and helpful. The only issue I had was it was so much stock on the floor you could hardly walk down the aisles. But, it was well stocked.

My boyfriend dropped his wallet, left for 2 minutes and went back. Wallet was gone but not turned in and not in garbage. Manager left early and refused to go back to run video footage for cops and cashier was acting strange. Manager was outside watching him when he dropped his wallet. Any good manager would've gone back to help. This one refused.

The people that work there are friendly enough it's just, they NEED some more help or something. They get out of stock on a lot of things and struggle with the few workers they have to refill them so then you have a line around the block waiting to check out but can't open the other register so customers are grumpy in line, so they shop like they're grumpy and it's just a snowball effect from then on that could possibly be minimized if they would just staff the place for the amount of business they do.

Robert was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for assistance at the self check out because the machine kept asking for more money but I had already added over the amount due. So a cashier assistance box popped up and asked for an employee ID. Once he got over there, he instantly accused me of pressing buttons I wasn’t supposed to, never allowing me to explain how the error occurred. He then proceeded to talk to me as if I was dumb, raising his voice. I attempted to explain to him 3 different times what happened but he couldn’t hear anything because his mouth never stopped moving. I’m not the type to leave reviews but NEVER AGAIN

I love DGs and this one is a favorite! Associates are always friendly and welcoming and there are deals to be had on every visit!As you can see I recently edited my review. Upon visiting this store today where I went out of my way to shop, I came out angry. Two associates, Angela and Anna, who were stocking the shelves, one on a ladder the other standing beside her happened to be directly in front of the item I needed. I asked one of the associates to please hand me the item, keeping the cart between us to, socially distance myself. She handed me the item giving me a quizzical look. I thanked her and backed from the aisle to go to the next. Apparently they were unaware that I was still within hearing distance as they proceeded to mock me to another customer about my distancing and wearing gloves stating how ridiculous it was and how I didn't mind her handing me the item. This was beyond infuriating! At this particular time in our lives, taking whatever precautions we can to insure the safety of ourselves and others should be at the top of ones list of priorities and mocking those of us who step up makes the persons doing it look small, petty, and selfish. I'm not one to publicly confront idiocy as it tends to have no positive effect and tends to cause a bad situation to become worse, however, the District Manager for this location will be notified.Now to end on a positive note. The store, under these circumstances looked as neat as can reasonably be expected and the cashier Nicole was very nice and went out of her way to help me. It is SOLELY because of her that the rating didn't get lower than the three stars.I will update this review with an outcome should I hear back from the District Manager.

Shelves are bare. Have to go through the boxes on carts to get what you need. Can’t move through aisles with all the stuff that needs to be on shelves, very other DG is stocked so why is this one not and stuff everywhere. Needs a good clean and better management, corporate really needs to look at this store compared to all others in area

I love this place. Clean and friendly people. Nicole is the best. I would never go to Dollar General until I went to this one. The others are great also it is just she is so nice she makes you feel like she is there just to help you. The assistant manager is pretty much the same way. You dont want to lose those two employees. The prices are great also.

This is by far one of the cleanest Dollar General establishments. The facility is well stocked and managed superbly. My only issue is with clothing items and all clearance items placed outside the front entrance. Overall, I'm greatly impressed.

Just got home from shopping here & your cashier Jessie was the best, my son is autistic & she completely understood the way he was, at checkout when he asked her to squeeze his squeeze ball she didn't hesitate at all & he said thank you. She definitely was a pleasure to see & I look forward to seeing her again so does my son

The main reason I go here in because it is convenient but there had been a couple of times when what I go there for is out of stock and I know its probably just bad timing but still inconvenient. There has also been a few incidents where I have waited behind where the line is suppose to start waiting for the cashier to come back to the front and a customer disregard the sign and cuts in front of me. It happend to me today again. I dont confront the customer or talk to the cashier about it because it's not worth it but it irks me when I feel invisible. Overall the staff is nice and helpful but pretty much always shortstaffed.

Wow so rude and disorganized. Made me feel like I was an issue shopping with them. I really wish it was as before. I met the new manager and he is awful. Made me feel dumb for bringing up an issue. I definitely learned my lesson.

This use to be a good dollar general but lately it just has gone down bad. The woman that works here most days I’ve been in don’t act like she cares about even being there. Just stands on her phone want help you with anything. Just says it’s on one of these carts around the store but I don’t know where and looks back at her phone.. I really hope someone gets in here and gets it back like it was.. poor excuse for an employee. I don’t know her name but she was working at 6.00PM today.

I appreciate that the store front and surrounding area is kept nicely. I cannot stand clutter and when I go into the store sometimes it happens but for the most part the managers make an effort to make shopping at this dollar general store an enjoyable experience.

This is by far the worst Dollar General in the area! As I visited this establishment this morning I went to the rack outside that was label 90% off summer and swimwear items. Also $2 of yellow dot items. I found a summer outfit outside and took it in to verify the pricing. They told me it was not part of the Promotion. I explained to them that the signage outside is confusing as it does make one read it in that way. I went outside and continued to shop. At that time the manager and another associate came outside and the female employee remove the signage. Three manager kept ranting that there's nothing wrong with it he had it displayed correctly. I simply repeated that there clearly was something wrong with it as your employee took the signature down. That proves that it is misleading and thank you for taking it down. The manager became rude and said that he was going to put it backup later. As I continue to shop on the outside he came back a second and a 3rd time and continued to argue with me that nothing was wrong with his signage and I just wasn't really reading it. At this time I became upset and argued back that the topic is over and I wanted to know why he was continuing to argue with me! I explained to him the policy of customer service and how the customer is always right. For the life of me I've never seen someone become so irate over a situation they created! I recommend that nobody shop at this Dollar General as they do not honor the prices nor do they admit their faults!

The store was clean and well stocked every the I've visited. Also, this particular location has a Redbox kiosk out front. The employees here are very curitous and attentive. A big plus for me is that Dollar General offers competitive and sometimes even lower pricing than Walmart and it's other competitors.

This is a great location in enterprise not too far from the fort rucker gate. Good for most basic needs. Wish they carried more items of different varieties though.The staff here is great and helpful and the hours of business are great, especially since most places in the area close early.

We love our Dollar General. It's always clean and the employees helpful and friendly. It's just outside our neighborhood too. Really convenient and easy access from Rucker Blvd.

usually hate places where everything is so cluttered, but when i stopped to get some odd and ends i found them quick and was surprised how clean the place was. the cashier was very friendly and thats a big plus
