Twice now I've tried to pick up my wife's meds and the pharmacy was closed during regular hours. Living 20 miles out of town this isnot acceptable. 9:15 am and 10: 00 am

Attempted 3 times to get a flu shot. I was told a different story each time. 1st trip fridge went out lost vaccine, 2nd trip fridge works but appts. only, 3rd trip made appt., fridge is out. When questioned was told it’s complicated. Went down the street walked in and got my shot. Do better CVS!

Inconsistent at best on a good day. The pharmacy will text you that your prescriptions are ready for pick-up and when you arrive, they tell you to come back tomorrow. They also do not open on time, causing a back-up at the counters (this photo was taken 25 mins after they were supposed to open). This is a very poorly managed location... Which seems to be the acceptable norm here in Alabama for some reason.

The one star is related to store a company policy related to closing times. If closing time comes and you've been waiting in line no matter how long they're going to tell you to come back when they reopen. If it wasn't for this I would give this CVS a five-star rating but they don't care about their customers are patients.

My dad was put on hospice and released from Dothan hospital. While the ambulance transport took him home I went to CVS to get his meds filled. The nicest guy Daniel helped get everything in the system, prescriptions filled and less than an hour I was out the door . He was so kind and helpful. During this crazy time in our word it is amazing to receive such wonderful customer service.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this pharmacy but they shut down at one last week and never open the rest of the afternoon and didn’t even put a sign up with ten cars sitting to get their prescription filled. Every time I go to pick mine up they say it will be ready in about thirty minutes. Last week I finally got my prescription filled after three weeks and I was completely out .I don’t like writing bad reviews but they need to do something quick. The people at the window do the best they can but this is unacceptable. They’ve been good for so long, what happened?

CVS, is one of my favorite places to shop....For Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang. During the Christmas season, is one of the best times, to find great Charlie Brown items. I also bought, the Charlie Brown Christmas tree at CVS. Thank you CVS, for being one of the best stores, when it involves my favorite....Charlie Brown.

The ladies that did the passport photos for me and baby were friendly and helpful. They helped me set up the rewards membership and I got a good discount with that. Photos were ready in less than 10 minutes.

Went to CVS looking for the 200 count of Excedrin WOW couldn't believe the price almost walked out but I had coupons in my phone so I gave it a try the price was 25 or 27 dollars for a box of them but after using my coupons I paid 11 and some change I was so happy I'm a CVS customer now I get coupons from them for the stuff I need and suggest joining CVS rewards Walmart was never that cheap for the Excedrin I save so much on my items with the cash back and coupons thanks CVS for helping people on fixed incomes

Great store and great, hardworking staff. I had two different pharmacies tell me they were having issues with my insurance working but could not figure it out and would not call the customer service number of my insurance to help me. Abby and Samantha at this CVS had my issue solved in 10 minutes and took the time to call the insurance help desk. Would recommend to all!

The Absolute Worst Pharmacy never answers any line. I've held on for 29 minutes just to see if they have gotten a medication in for a family member. Unfortunately, their Insurance Work Place Requires them to use only CVS for Prescriptions...this is a joke. What a pathetic place, and I see why they need to close locations. 🙄

This CVS in Enterprise is very accessible and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is well-maintained and well-stocked. My wife enjoys coming to this CVS. They are a good selection of items and they have reasonable prices.

Called to see if scripts were ready. It took 55 mins waiting for an answer mid day. Showed up into a drive through line of 20+ vehicles. I’m still in line haven’t moved but one car up. It has be 1hr and 15 mins. During this time I have been on hold with pharmacy for 47 mins. Weather they are short staffed or some idiot is dropping a script and insisting on waiting on it at window? This is absolutely ridiculous!send that person around!!!! One hour is way too long to be sitting in a pharmacy drive-through for anybody. And a customer coming out has told us there are people inside waiting as well. At some point you have to quit filling medication and start selling medication get it together people!

I have been using this CVS for several years, but ever since they installed the self checkouts it is impossible to get any help at all. If the register goes down…no help. If you can’t find an item…no help. If you have any issues at all…no help! There isn’t an employee insight! It is ridiculous. This time I just left my items on the self checkout bagging area and walked out. I’m done.

The customer service throughout the store is horrible. Most of the time, there's no one at the front counters to help customers if there's a checkout issue that occurs. But even worse is the customer service in the pharmacy. Especially if you're trying to get information over the phone. I completely understand the workload issues, but I just spent over 35 minutes on hold to find out when a prescription would be ready or if there was anything that was holding it up. The app has been showing that it's "in process" for 2 days. It would only taken a 30-45 second conversation to address the issue. This is always the situation with this location. If my insurance didn't require me to use CVS, I never use this place ever again !

Closes early and often. Terrible customer service. Rude employees and inaccessible pharmacy. Pharmacy closes early because they're overwhelmed during flu season. HELLO it's flyuseason people need their medicine! While I'm sympathetic to the workload, management of this pharmacy should not make their workload the customers' responsibility. Worst pharmacy in Enterprise. Would give negative stars if it was possible, gave one star because Google wouldn't let me post zero stars. If you need a reliable pharmacy, lookelsewhere.

I went in to get a flu shot. The pharmacist was extremely rude. I ask if I could get my flu shot. He said, " NO, I am not giving flu shots today. When I get some extra help maybe I will have time to do flu shots." He said it rudely and loudly. I will not be returning to this store.

Zero stars! Unprofessional, came to the register sucking on a lollypop. Instructed me the day before when I was there to have a sctipt transferred that my doc had to call direct to the store. Came in today to learn (after they said my script wld be ready in 20 minutes) the script had been filled the day before at my normal store back in Indiana and I had to call to ask them to release it. I did immediately, while still waiting in line. The same rude, lollypop sucking gal then said...."Oh, its now going to be several hours before your script is ready"... WHAT????? Total disrespect for my time and clearly very poor communication. My store in Indy wld have filled it while I waited.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was a customer of Cvs for a while and every time I went into their pharmacy I had issues with them from not filling prescriptions to trying to quote laws at me when they misfilled or did not fill a prescription to arguing about names of pills to short staff all sorts of things. They are so busy and bring people from an hour or more away to staff this pharmacy that there is no way for personal service to be good. Most of the time they are rude, and disrespectful! There were a couple of nice people there but they are normally extremely over worked! They do not have enough people to man the window and counter at the same time and almost never the same people there. I dropped cvs and told them I did so and they still issue refills occasionally which means when I go into my pharmacy looking for my refill I can’t get it because they billed it out already. They don’t do it always just occasionally so it is extremely frustrating and difficult to fix it when they do that!

Horrible customer service. Meds were supposed to be filled 2 days ago. Went to pick them up and they had them but they wasn't checked in? Still waiting 4 hours later for them to get checked in? What is going on at Enterprise CVS pharmacy? Been waiting on someone to pick up the phone for 12 minutes now

The pharmacist is so great! She was so helpful in getting our meds transferred from Publix and she had them ready within the hour! She went above and beyond to help us with our little baby who needed his medicine when Publix wasn’t answering the phone for us. So, so helpful!

So I made it to the pharmacy at 8:02 p.m and it was closed. Now I remembered the sign on the pickup window says 9:00 p.m. Sooo I have to wait until tomorrow to pick up my medication due to faulty advertisement. They need to fix that sign.

I dropped my prescription off at 9:30 this morning after my surgery was told to be back in an hour. I went home fell asleep and call when I woke up at 12:00. I was told it still wasn’t ready but would be ready in 30 minutes. Get to CVS at 1:00 not ready. I was then told it would be ready in 20 minutes get back at 1:45 and it still wasn’t ready. I found out it was the pharmacist that took my prescriptions from me this morning. She did not apologize at all for. It filling it . I have been in pain because of your poor quality of pharmacist. Amanda, the pharmacy tech did everything to get me taken care of but I will never come back here again. If it wasn’t for my insurance requirements that I use CVS I wouldn’t. You have the worst pharmacy and pharmacists ever. No matter where I go.

Update 8/20: I gave up on this pharmacy because my refills kept disappearing! !st tie I thought it was my memory, but it happened 2 more times! What in the heck happen to my refills???Battled with them for a year now. Incorrectly filled prescriptions are the norm.Long waiting times, even when nobody is in the store.Clerk checked and it had been sitting in the bin for who know how long. No apology, even after telling them that I'd be late for work now. Didn't even get an acknowledgement.Same with a family member. They filled an old prescription with the wrong dosage just this week.I'm surprised they haven't killed anybody yet!

I would give them zero stars if I could. The pharmacy staff is plain rude, and disrespectful. You’d think someone who’s profession deals with people whom are sick and/or needing medication would show some sort of decency.
