It was raining the day a friend and I stopped at the Dollar General in Elmore. I had broken my hip back in April and have been walking with two canes at a time. When we got into the store there were no buggies this young man who was running the first register saw us come in and stand there for a minute and immediately said do you need a buggy went outside in the rain got us a buggy and brought it back then gave me paper towels to wipe it down. Honestly I was absolutely floored this young man deserves a pat on the back and I told him to keep up his good attitude and manners and everything that he did appropriately just keep doing it cuz you did awesome job I mean including a picture of him. His name is RJ a very nice young man if you get a chance to go to the store tell RJ you saw him here and how awesome it was that he went out in the rain to get this buggy for me. I was just so appreciative and I had to let him know.

I've been shopping at this store since i opened have some great employees but just hired to lazy white girls that are rude and don't do anything but talk on phones and to each other I will actually leave and drive to millbrook just to keep from dealing with them...store could use a full time stock person

Teresa is rude . Not very good at her job . Can't believe she has a job dealing with the public. Will not shop at this dg ever as long as she works at this Dollar General . Would drive 30 miles out of way not to have to deal with Teresa ever again would advise anyone else to do the same

Dirty and gross with garbage all over the aisles and nothing on the shelves. An absolute waste of space.

it was horrible today that is the first time I've ever been in that store where it look like a tornado went through it.you don't put buggies or whatever they're called full of clothes hanging up on isles with seasonal stuff that you know people are going to be wanting to get to if you can't leave them outside because it's raining that you need to push him to the back room or somewhere that was a hazard if someone had gotten hurt I'm sure the store would have been liable I don't know who the manager what's.whoever put the clothing in the aisles of where the seasonal stuff is needs to be recommended that is my opinion.

I ONLY shop there when I HAVE TO. Every store is understaffed junky looking because shelves are in disarray. Carts in isles/ floor. AND employees are not doing their job but are on their phones or flirting with customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONABLE

Employees were friendly and helpful. The store is clean,but aisles are blocked with merchandise waiting to be shelved.The best Dollar General in the area.

They almost always have a friendly staff. They almost always have what i need as well. The customers are the only thing I could complain about. They are beyond rude and kind of ruin the experience.

The lady that runs the store is very nice and has been since it opened. It's a great store, very clean and the staff has always been very helpful

I left have a medical condition and always run high temp they where denying customers to enter also have a breathing condition I didn't have mask so could not enter guess I will not go back

Refused to charge the price posted where item was located for sale. Cashier was very rude. Will never shop there again.
