I shop here constantly and have always found everything I wanted. The staff that is here now is very helpful and courtesy, always greeted coming into the store. Just the other day I had to use the restroom first thing, (which was very clean). I found a lady's wallet in the restroom took it to the cashier and he immediately found the manager giving it to her. So I knew it was handled well and I didn't have worried about it from that point. I don't know the name of the cashier or the manager but I that Dollar General has gotten better employees than ever.

I live 6 min away but don't shop here that often. I do like that this location has their blackstock put up for the most part. But they are out of alot of the things I go in there for. Alot. This hasn't happened just once or twice. The manager and associates are very friendly and helpful is finding things I do need that I cannot find. I will still shop at this location. But I do wish that stock was more of a priority.

Please be aware of the awful service at Dollar General. As we are entering high allergy season, it is necessary to purchase allergy medicine, such as , NyQuil or Alka-Seltzer. I did not realize that Dollar General cards you for purchasing medication that is clearly sold over the counter. There isn’t a sign posted on the isle near the medicines to inform legitimate customers that they will need to show ID.Everyone that makes this type of purchase is not trying to make illegal substances.As a person with extreme allergy/sinus irritations each year, I frequently purchase over the counter medications. I frequent Walgreens and Walmart and have never been carded for purchasing allergy medicine. And Dollar General should also train their staff to have more tact when asking for identification….no one should be treated as if they are a suspect for committing a crime.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I Love all Dollar General Store's, none more than my home Town one in Ohatchee Alabama. From management to all employees you couldn't meet anyone nicer than they are. They care about the store as well as the people that come in to do their shopping. Thanks Dollar General of Ohatchee Alabama.

It seems like you always need a Dollar General these days they are on every corner and in so many ways replace what Walmart used to be quick and convenient with the items that you need. This location was no different than the staff were extremely friendly.

Not the same since Marvin the manager passed away. Seems like kids are running it now. Aisles are so narrow to run a cart through comfortably. Feels claustrophobic being in there. I run in and run out, only because of convenience do I go in there. I usually go all the way to Stemley Road DG in Talladega, because it is closer to where my Mom lives, and the manager is super nice !!!! The store is way better laid out, and I feel comfortable shopping there.

I was visiting my brother in eastaboga al when he asked me to go to dollar general store 12945 to pick up bleach for him. This was one of the worst stores i have ever been in.

Nice store to get a few things, coke/pepsi products usually on sale, tobacco products priced high across street alot cheaper @ the mapco. But overall 4 star rating and one more negative whice i see in alot dollor gen stores is boxes etc stacked in aisle ways, staff is courteous ..

DG Manager Chelsea in eastaboga is awesome she went out of her way and helped me. The staff there is very friendly and patient and helpful and the store is clean and organized.

Most cluttered up I have ever seen in al the years it has been open. Empty boxes everywhere buggies of stock sitting in the aisles

Dollar General is really the quickest store to get to where I live. Its pretty well stocked and i can get in and out pretty quickly.

I love this place!!! especially Britany!!!! She's so sweet and is ALWAYS working her tail off!!! She and one other are the only reason I come here instead of eastaboga DG.

This place is great other than you can't pull a buggy through the aisles because everything's piled up outside of the aisles.
