I have never had a problem with AAFES. Their service is exceptionally fast. If I could suggest one thing it would be that they do a better job at packing glassware. I have received two boxes with broken dishes. Yesterday I received a large box and not one piece was wrapped in anything other than brown paper. There was only 2 small pieces of bubble wrap on top of the merchandise. I couldn't believe how this huge box of glassware was wrapped. There were no markings on the outside of the box to indicate the fragile content of the box. I've complained to AAFES before and apparently it fell on deaf ears.
