Giving this 5 stars even though they had some staffing issues (who doesn't right now) and the store has not been open regular hours. It appears to be solved now, time will tell. Store is clean and always a quick in and out.

I love the new look and that more items have been added. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is easy to see and easily accessible . There is handicap parking and wheelchair accessible. The store is well stocked and clean.

It was fine. It wasn't today but usually there is a pretty long line with only one cashier. Sometimes the other one is the manager stocking or doin something besides checking people out. Sometimes there's no other person at all. Usually cuz they're on break but seems to last a long time. Sometimes the one checking don't seem to ask for help. Probably cuz it's one of the managers and I guess they don't feel like she can. Especially wen they see the line and walks off. If they are at all busy it takes awhile to get checked out and leave. It does keep from going a few times but no where else to go.

Now this was the best and friendly DG I have been to in a long time well worth the drive to be treated like part of a family and I live right behind the one in Navuoo Al but I have stopped going there ever seen they put that young boy to work he bad at telling people that that's his Store and he will run it his way and don't care what anyone says and tells people all the time to get out of his Store

Horrible! Staff is rude and lazy. Isles are cluttered and difficult to walk down. Never more than 1 lane open to checkout. Always a line. I drive an additional 10 miles to another DG when I need to shop there. The only + is that it is open till 10 PM. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this one.

I went in and saw a sale on Hanes tshirts but because I couldn't find the digital coupon I left with 1@ $5.99 instead of 3 for $10. They had 4 or 5 signs that read Hanes Tshirts 3 for $10 and, I guess in tiny writing that no one my age can read, read "with digital coupon". I spent 5 minutes looking for the coupon on the app at the register. The cashier reluctantly went to get the manager which also couldn't find it... So, instead of leaving happy with a tshirt for $5.99, I left frustrated because of stupid sale signs and employees who obviously didn't want to be there. Also, did I mention a regional manager sat in the office with the door open and never walked out into the store to see why a customer spent 7 or 8 minutes at the register???

Of course when your out of town or even state there is always something you need. An there was a DG right by our hotel in Lawrenceburg, TN. Cashier was nice & I found everything I needed. They opened at 8am.

Dollar generals are always sometimes her but they always have good usually have good prices on their food and on there like school stuff and all kinds of different stuff that you might need in everyday life.

Was very rude. The cashier chunked my drink in a bag like it was a football. Surprised it didn't burst on her. Over all very rude.

Stopped there before having to go to the grocery store. They had everything on my list, skipped the grocery store, yay... The staff is always very pleasant.

Not usually crowded and things are cheap and pretty organized. Doesn't really have many workers though so it's not really easy to find someone to help.

Dollar generals are pretty much the same. Some a little better or worse. They seem to be springing up everywhere in Alabama. Convenience for those who live nearby.

Weather looking for fallout camping chairs they didn't have any not that big a deal but the elderly lady checking everyone out including myself was pretty rude.

The store in Double Springs on 195 N is cluttered. So much stuff in the aisles and shelves look junky. Have to wait, usually in a LONG line, to check out.

Had to ask 4 times where light bulbs were. Then had to get sales woman to show me. Also she told me they were on left side but they were on right side isle as I'm going down from main isle.
