Terri in the Deli is not a nice person, stay away from her. She couldn't have been ruder to me today if she had tried and this was not the first time she was rude to me. Very sad because everybody else in the store is pretty nice.

The employee there was fast and very friendly on a question that I had concerning an item at their store. She didn't mind checking and plus she told me the price. This was very important to me because I didn't want it to be a wasted trip if they didn't have the item I needed.

They have been out of Heavy Whipping Cream for almost a month now. 😅 besides that it is a great experience and store all-around. Amy is super helpful in the self checkout area. She was checking out some guests' groceries for them while they were going to grab something they forgot. She's very kind to her guests.

Winn Dixie used to be the gem of southern grocers, and in a lot of locations it closed or went downhill. This location is fantastic. The produce staff should be congratulated for an amazing section as well as the butchers. Great cuts and an amazing amount of various choices. I will go here more often than Publix just because of the meat and produce

I'd rather go to Publix and spend more money than shop here. Bought fresh salmon a few days ago and it was completely spoiled!! Disgusting! Don't buy meat here.

I love shopping at Winn Dixie. I'm disabled and they always have an electric cart for me to ride on. Even in self checkout they help me ring things up and always ask if I need help at the car

Very clean store and well stocked. Most prices are comparable or better than other grocery stores in the area. The rewards program is amazing, you accrue points with every dollar spent to use as cash (in the store only), or a gas discount for your car. They have a deli for fresh cold cuts and a wings bar which is replenished constantly all day. The employees are extremely courteous, you're always greeted with a smile & they're eager to help in any way. And the pharmacy is the best in Dothan for prescription prices! Winn-Dixie is my favorite grocery store!

Don’t know her name and didn’t really care to get it. I went to get crab legs in the seafood department. The girl who was back there was kinda brown skin had freckles in her face , very rude. I had already been waiting for about 10 minutes her and another employee walking around talking having a good time nobody had once acknowledged me. So I asked him when he walk by me was anybody working in the seafood department . He pointed and said “ HER “ . She says , “ I’m doing something I’m coming , I have to do this first “ I understand but you looked me in my face several times and didn’t acknowledge me you could’ve just said I’m coming ma’am it’ll just be a second instead you act like i wasn’t standing there . Then she walks up after about a min just standing I said I would like 2 pounds of crab legs she puts them in the bag and throw them on the counter I said steamed with obey seasoning . I just left because it’s the disrespect at this point . I called Danny the manager and told him he said he was handling the situation. I’ve never had a situation like this until today I always have nice service here. I just went to the east side Winn Dixie and got everything I needed . She needs to be taught customer service or don’t have a job .

I can't believe that I bought a pork thigh and that when I get home it smells rotten and that it came back and they told me, that they would change it and that's it, instead of saying sorry and giving me a discount or something but no, that didn't happen 😠

I had a great experience here. It's close to a fred Meyers where I'm from. But the little kids carts are great when shopping for kids snacks. The layout can be confusing when I was trying to find bread.

I used to think Winn Dixie prices were high but just about everything I bought was on sale. Both times I have been there were late but the employees went out of their way to help me. They have really good deli deals too. Highly recommend.

Great selection of fresh quality food. The points I accumulate are going to pay for my groceries in two or visits. Free groceries..... why not! I've been balling on a budget since my daughter was born 2 y/o. This will help tremendously! Thank you Winn-Dixie!

Best overall grocery selection in town! Under remodel, but management and staff really helpful. Just ask if u can't find something. The isles aren't organized as well as other stores, but overall variety and diversity of selection better. Seafood department is best in town. Great wine special (buy 4 bottles get 10% off...everyone else requires u to buy 6+). Only real negative: They need to do better at throwing out expired beer.

PLEASE teach Jewel a lesson in having manners. I called to ask a simple question and was so kind to her, despite her rudeness. She even slammed the phone and hung up on me after I said "Okay thank you so much, I really appreciate it." She's very impatient and rude and it's also very apparent when walking into the store. I'll be happy to change my star review to reflect my opinion on the store overall if this issue is addressed. This store is nice, clean and all other employees have always been kind. My husband and I were appalled at how rude Jewel was. I know Winn-Dixie prides themselves on good customer service and customer experience.

Always clean, always has people at the registers to help you instead of computers like Walmart. The meats look fresh and not gray. The shelves were stocked and bathrooms were clean.

I always shop @ Winn-Dixie the food is always fresh & in stock. The employees are friendly and always available to help. The rewards program is awesome and easy to use I receive coupons and I'm always happy because I save money. The buy one get one free program is one reason I keep coming back. Keep up the good work!
