Good afternoon ☀️ my fellow consumers I pray you all are enjoying your weekend. 🙏I was traveling through the area and needed some supplies to snack on and decided to stop in Winn-Dixie store 334.Well I must say the store was clean well stocked but the staff wasn't friendly or smiling to say the least but they were helpful other customers seem to be standoffish but not all it was a semi-pleasant experience but let me share it with you some of the items that I purchased sesame seed sticks salsa and authentic corn chips and I bought four packs of zero sugar lemon lime Sprite it was on sale surprisingly for two would cost you $13 and get two free I'm not here to ruffle anyone's feathers for I have love for all the places I travel meaning cities or states but the concern to the soda is alarming the price that I pay for this same sort of soda for two in Hattiesburg Mississippi is $5 for two six packs. Please do the math we really getting a discount of a sale here and Winn-Dixie I don't think so , please buyer beware

I shop there cause it's convenient & on my way home. The prices are too high & the parking lot is not set up like it should be for handicapped people like me & my mom. They sure do make it easy & convenient for pick-up orders though, you park right there in the FRONT CENTER LANE, sit in your car & call them to bring your groceries out (sarcasm intended). So instead of the handicapped old lady with her purse & cane getting to park in front close to the doors, perfectly able-bodied folks get to park there & sit while someone else does the job. I'm not dissing the convenience of having your purchases brought out to you...it just upsets me when I see things like this.

We use Winn-Dixie almost exclusively for their pharmacy. Most times, my co-pays are cheaper through their RX than my other choices. That's due, I'm pretty sure, to a combination of factors including their regular prices adjusted to the insurance company's pricing, adjusted for discount cards etc., and with my insurance and discounts, the bottom line price to me is almost always cheaper, so there ya go. That makes it impossible to predict how somebody else's prices might compare to mine though, with so many ways of applying insurance etc, so your results might be better or worse than mine.The pharmacists/managers go out of their way as far as they can to the point that I often exclaim something like, "Wow, I thought it would be more than that!" Of course, they are controlled (for better or worse) by Winn-Dixie's policies and procedures, plus how well or poorly your insurance works with their pharmacies generally-speaking, so there are multiple potential obstacles to it working out as well for you as I perceive it working for me.I pretty much only give reviews if what I have to say is positive. I don't see the point in giving a negative review about pricing or the service I received on a given visit. I'm getting old and slow. I have pain, sometimes very severe, and life gets progressively harder to maintain a positive attitude about. Nobody needs me to critique staff at whatever kind of Store, if all I've got say is a bunch of typical old-guy grumbling when it's quite possible that the employee(s) who bugged me have lives much harder than mine Tha brings them down while I can usually make jokes about some annoying circumstance that is jus part of daily life in America. If I can't make waiting on me a little bit humorous for someone having a bad day, then it's probably the case that were both worse off than usual, and it's for sure that grumbling and griping won't help either one of us, not to mention that it's possible that a really bad review could have really bad consequences for the worker(s) involved, and the last thing I want is to be responsible for someone getting fired or whatever just because I took the opportunity to grumble and gripe over how they were dealing with a hard life on that particular day. So don't worry, be happy! 😁

Haven’t shopped at any Winn-Dixie much as the don’t have them up North but was pleasantly surprised how nice this place was! Great produce area & meat selection. Good specials. Nicely laid out & tidily stocked. Staff very friendly & helpful. Will be back!Update that further reinforces my initial 5 star review:We had a screwup with our curbside pickup today (unfortunately caused by the lazy door dash employee who Winn Dixie corporate chooses to use to shop & fulfill their curbside orders (mistake!)). But of course the store has to deal with problems they didn’t cause even. The shopper did not want to bother with getting the 9 cases of water we ordered (main item we needed). It therefore messed up the promotional discount we were to get for the order total. Had to go inside and talk to manager (Alan) because when we tried the 800# for Winn Dixie customer service there was a 40 minute wait to speak to someone. Luckily, Alan - the manager on duty - was MORE than helpful. He went over & above to fix the issue (even though it was Door Dash that caused it) and to apologize about the extra time it took to resolve. He & this store have definitely earned a loyal customer! ♥️

My 1st & last time shopping here. No cashiers, self checkout only. Unable to sign up for rewards card. Self checkout machine volume was at full blast & no way to mute it like you can do at publix. Hurt my ears, not to mention the entire store got a very loud play by play of EVERY item I scanned! And do you think the 3 associates by the door on the way out said “have a nice day” or smiled at me… you guessed it, they ignored me! I will never take publix for granted again! Same prices, wayyy better selection & staff!

My number one grocery store. If you are a rewards member, you get great deals like BOGO on all kinds of items AND they send you an email for a free ice cream on your birthday. They are always fully stocked on everything and the Winn Dixie brands are just as good as the name brands. The bakery is also wonderful.

I enjoy being able to shop at Winn Dixie from time to time. Dothan's Winn Dixie s have gone through a lot of updating throughout the years. I still feel like it's a place I can rely on.

Good prices, friendly staff, excellent condition. They are adding curbside pickup. Now that they are owned by ALDI, the pharmacy has closed. That was one of their highlights.

Recently, we (with wife recovering from open heart surgery) had to use a feature for the first time: the wheelchair buggy. Worked very well & store is set up to accommodate such navigation.Store was clean & well-organized.

Very clean, very well stocked. I was in store for pharmacy services, and used deli as well. Food from deli was hot and fresh. We ate fried chicken, mashed potatoes and tater logs. Well worth the $6.00 we each paid for our meals. We dropped the prescriptions off as we walked in the store, and 15 minutes later both were ready. Well done Winn Dixie!

Great fresh fruit and produce! Novelty ice creams and frozen yogurts! They have an excellent selection of cakes in the bakery! Definitely worth the trip! The store was clean and well stocked. Fast and friendly check out service. The parking lot was clean and not super packed.

The entire store stank like week old rotting fish. It made me gag.. Only the very front of the store far away from the seafood counter was remotely bearable. On a positive side the staff tried their best to be helpful even though they did not know where product was located and stock availability of our desired product was very limited (only 3 in stock). The software at the kiosk and the self checkout was awkward and confusing.

Supposed to stop steaming seafood at seven o'clock it's 6:37pm and I just left Winn Dixie couldn't get any steamed seafood because the lady in the back said she had already washed her pan. I think that's very sad that I rushed to get there before time and still didn't get anything.

Well 1st off you only had one Regular Register open and there was nobody at it so it was forced to go through the self check out which I hate. I had a question and this Goth looking girl who is standing there giggling with a boy and another girl that works there finally comes over doesn't even speak, pushes a button and still no words, And turns around and goes back to giggling with the other 2 people very unprofessional to have it your front end.

I visited Winn Dixie in Dothan Alabama Had not been to a Winn Dixie in 10 years .They moved from the area I live in still a great store with low prices. And their meats are still quality.

I shop at this Winn Dixie many times in one week. I like the store and i like the atmosphere. I want to say there is one employee that works at this particular store that is always helpful to me. Her name is Arlene and she works self check-out. She is a lovely lady. She always has a great attitude and has been very helpful to me many times as I have had trouble checking out at times bc I have coupons or other issues with the self checkout register. I recently had opened an account on Winn Dixie app. And I really was not sure how to get my savings and Ms. Arleen walked me through the check out. She saved me a whole lot of frustration bc there was long lines. Ms Arleen thanks so much for your help.

Always a great experience here ... EXCEPT for the self-check out system. But hey ... Is there a good one anywhere? Lol! The $1.50 giant, store-baked chocolate chip cookies near the check out are the deal of the century!
