Absolutely horrible! They're always out of a lot of things, the self checkout employees are ridiculous, they stand there & basically breathe down your neck when you're having to scan your own items then get nasty with an attitude when you ask for a manager because some items don't ring up as they're priced on the shelf. I went to the after Christmas sale & it was a nightmare, I had a whole cart full of things & at least 1/3 didn't ring up as marked on shelves, the manager Cynthia was nasty & all she did was pass blame on the next person how that's not Walmarts product & so on...I mean okay then why is it in the 50% off section not just one but a whole wall of them?! The cashiers act like they're miserable being there adding to the already frustrating situation of the store being total chaos. I may be just one customer but I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. For now on I shop at the north side Walmart they have a way better selection & nicer things to choose from.

Just like your typical wal-mart. Lots of self check out. Employees i have engaged with are helpful. Love the car side pick-up option. We buy meat from here often, and it's usually pretty good. They have a clearance section that has lots of good stuff and love that they put it all in one place.

I love the changes that have been made in the overall layout and look of the store. The look is modern and fresh and makes me want to shop here. Love the Changes. I have not had any service experience but; will be sure to stop back through when visiting again.

1st time here. This store was recently designed like Target showing certain new items displayed on a end cap representing the design like if you bought this crib, you could order all the other products that go with it. It was refreshing to see new changes and new designer clothes coming in like chaps, etc

The thought of going to Walmart gives me anxiety. I went to get my prescriptions the other day. Lynda works in the pharmacy. She was so kind. She went out of her way to help me with my medicine. Lynda is an asset to the Walmart pharmacy family. Thank you, Lynda.

I am giving Walmart five stars for customer service interactions with many who work there. They recognize the customer, greet them, are friendly and helpful when help is needed. Kudos to management for a Walmart that stands out.

A customer had lost her keys and was very upset. When requesting assistance to go to the cameras for help finding them, security was unsure as what to do and asked the customer representative how to proceed. I interacted the importance of quickly finding the keys and again was asked to wait for the "Team Leader" to assist once finished at the register. We found the young ladies keys. Either pay people to do cashier jobs or get rid of self checkouts if you are going to be branding by appearance, everyone, as delinquents. I didn't scan the cabbage as it doesn't come with a bar code, I looked up the item, asked to lift off scale and place back, and still had one of your employees call me out in front of everyone that it wasn't scanned when it was clearly labeled as last item scanned. And to make matters worst, it's not as if I was getting the biggest out of the whole batch.

Has everything a Walmart has. But there seems to be a lack of cashiers. Almost looks like they are phasing them out to be replaced by self-service checking out.

As far as in-store, I’ve not had an issue. The online delivery is the issue. The drivers are nice, but often times my delivery is missing an item or two. These aren’t substituted items or items that were out of stock, they are items that should have been delivered. Trying to call the store is impossible when it comes to online/pick up orders. You can dedicate 45+ minutes and no one answers, & if they do answer they hang up on you.

The employees are very rude!! When I tried to get someone to check me out I was told there was nobody could use a register because customer service was closed. I guess they are just too ignorant and don't know how to count change!!

I was disappointed,,they changed everything around again,,couldn't find the items I was looking for,,,lots more self check out's,,,I hate those darn things,,,and only 2 lane's open with cashier's. Enough already ! I don't work for you Walmart,,,when you pay me,,I'll use the self check out.

This bout pharmacy would someone tell me why all of the sudden Everytime you go there now the associates windell and all the senior ones that work that tell me nope we don't have any-- insalin syringes that is....I have went there for years to get my husbands stuff now they won't even let me get the sentence out of my mouth before they say NOPE ANT GOT NONE....I mean why do they seem to be profiling I never stole from Wally world or been caught for steeling for that matter so what the shift in attitude for the pharmacy employees ALL OF THEM.LIKE I SAID I LIVE IN SNEADS/CHATT.I have to drive atw to Dothan to get his supplies and that's ridiculous..

Walmart Supercenter. Panama City Beach Florida. A huge place with basically everything that you might need. A huge grocery/food items section for take home and cook it your way. A large sliced meats and cheese section for your selection. A section with ready made meals and sides. You put the combination together and a hot meal, your choice is ready to go. Plenty of clothing, seasonal clothing as well here. Christmas, etc... Sporting goods such as bicycles, tents, camping items. Excercise and workout equipments, items. Hygiene products, toothpaste, shower soaps and so on. This particular location has a separate building on the parking lot opposite from the store that sells Alcohol. A huge selection to pick from. Centrally located here in Panama City Beach Florida! You get what you need here!

I am usually always happy with my experiences at Walmart but the other day, let's just say it was one of those days. I am handicapped ♿️. I don't necessarily 'look' the part cause I don't always need to use a cane, walker, knee braces, back braces, you name it. Believe me, I have them all but try to get around without as much as I can. Anyway, here I am, my body hurting so bad, but needed some things from Walmart. I go get them, of course the self check-outs are all open but full. I look & there is 1 lane...Only 1 with a cashier. I start to walk up but got a phone call. I let the couple behind me go ahead with checking out. Then as I hung up the phone & turned back around to her (I was barely 5ft away from the checkout) she flips her light off & announces "I'm closed ma'am."I was like seriously? How rude! I have been a cashier & I would never be that way to customers. Everyone deserves respect, consideration, politeness & to be treated like you matter. Whatever happened to 'treat others how you want to be treated'? What has happened to us as a people?

Lots of organic meats, milk, eggs, fruits and vegetables. If they don't have an item on the shelf, staff quickly get you the item if it's in stock.

Great store with friendly and helpful staff. Undergoing renovations currently, but store was clean and well stocked. I am thankful they allowed my wife and I to park overnight near the road. We arrived late from a mandatory evacuation in Florida.

This is probably the most sketchiest Walmart in Dothan. They have their own security hired and if the security is not there, the police are there. I would highly recommend going before dark because this place is pretty chaotic even during the day
