I don't know what happened to them in the last year, but the whole operation there has become a nuisance. I and others have transfered to other pharmacies, because of the poor service. Want to stay on hold for a half an hour on the phone? Go to Walgreens.

I was picking up my prescriptions the customer ahead of me in line there was cars behind me the employees let her stay at the pickup window until hers was filled. I had waited 30 minutes. I called the Pharmacy was told they was mixing her. Took 20 more minutes. Which I was called the day before that mind was ready for pickup. Which it wasn't ready. I. Told her I would pull around and let the customers behind me pickup theirs. I got behind those customers. So I wouldn't be holding them up while mine was be filled. When I pulled up to the window I did ask her was this a pickup and drop off window. She said yes. I always check mine before I pull off because there's been 3 occasion where the worong one was filled. Because if you leave you can't take it back.

It is always a great shopping experience with Walmart. I find everything that I need also I love that they have clearance items that are affordable.

Currently have been trying to figure out why my daughters covid test has been cancelled on me twice now. I have received an email for both appointments saying they’ve been cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous. I have a job and she has school and the school won’t let her go back until she’s tested which therefore means I cannot work. Yet nobody has any answers as to why her test keeps being cancelled.

This is the best Walgreens in the trigrass area!!! Great customer service, fast service. Website and store are organized well! Keep up the great work guys! You definitely hold up to the logo " Corner of happy and healthy"

Be careful when you hand the guy manager money, he will steal your money if you don’t count it for him. I know how much I handed him, and when he went to count back the register, he did not count in front of me and out loud. I checked everywhere, there was no missing $20 in my house, pocket, or car. I gave him exactly how much I am known to have. I will not sit there and argue with him all day! 😡

The gals up front were great . However the gal in the pharmacy,forget it the worst customer service ever. EVER. Will not be back . Just sad

The pharmacy assistant was rude as well as the pharmacist. Makes me feel that discrimination is at play here. Surely they could answer a question without being rude

The store and associates are wonderful. However, your website is very difficult to navigate. I try to refill my prescrscritions and I have to jump thru hoops and end up having to call.
