Love love love Wags and Whiskers!! They are the best !! We have boarded our fur babies at Wags several times. They go above and beyond to not only make our babies feel special but also make us feel special. We got daily report cards and pictures and they called us if ever necessary for any questions. We love the ability to watch our babies play on camera. They are so happy running around with other dogs. Wags are very careful to make sure that each dog has a temperament test before going to play. Even during Christmas holidays they had plenty of staff to care for the babies. These are some of the pictures that they sent us on our last visit during Christmas. We are so impressed with Wags and Whiskers ❤️

We chose Wags & Whiskers Training Academy to train our doberman puppy. Joy, Kayla & the amazing staff are so knowledgeable, patient & kind. They not only taught our 13 week old puppy to sit, down, leave it, come & loose leash walk but took time to teach us how to continue our puppy’s training at home. I highly recommend Wags & Whiskers Training Academy to get your puppy off to a great start.

I left my two fur babies at Wags and Whiskers for the first time just this past weekend to go on a cruise. I have never boarded them before! I was so happy to be able to watch them on the camera and to know that they were well taken care of. I left specific instructions about feeding and those were followed exactly. They even gave me report cards each day! I know the price was a bit high but peace of mind in knowing your babies are well taken care of is priceless!

I Love, Love, Love Wags and Whiskers and their staff. I have been using them since they opened and I haven’t had not one complaint. They take VERY good care of my fur baby “Riley.”I usually have to board her for 5 or 6 days when I go out of town for business. And I can feel at ease knowing she is being taken care of. Gunther really enjoyed his day care evaluation. At first he was very vocal and unsure as we waited in the lobby area for check in. This was Gunther's first real experience with other dogs. When I picked him up, I could tell he was much more comfortable in the surroundings and I received good reports about his interaction and behavior with new people and new pet friends. I won't worry about him the next time we go back. Gunther says he loves it there and everyone was so friendly and patient with him.

By far the best grooming, boarding and daycare place in dothan! My sweet Gun loves when we go here for a day of play or just to get a bath. They are so nice and good to my fur baby.

We loved our first experience at W&W! Super friendly and professional staff at a clean and welcoming business. They took excellent care of my big boy, he looks beautiful too! Very happy with the time it took to groom him as well as the price. We can’t wait to come back for another spa day!

I brought my three dogs to W & W for a five night stay. Their room is located in the family condo area where there is a lot of action. In the area outside condos 1, 2, and 3, I was able to see them via phone video which the front desk personal helped me set up. Easy! Each day I was sent a photo and a short comment about their stay. The facility has a great staff of caring personnel. Prior to picking them up they each had a complimentary bath..a nice touch. I will definitely use this facility again. While most dog owners feel terrible about boarding their pets, including myself, I felt my dogs would be safe, and well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Wags And Whiskers is always amazing! Cheyenne always does an excellent job of grooming our boy, we moved out of state recently, but had to bring him back to Wags to get his haircut. Also, we took our dog Patrick to daycare at this facility for years, and he absolutely loved every minute of it! Awesome, caring staff! Would highly recommend!

I am a veterinarian and this is the only boarding facility I trust to take care of my dogs who are my whole world. Truly, I trust them implicitly. This business is honest, kind and locally owned. They do it for the love of the animals. Thank you Wags, for all the peace of mind when I am traveling without my girls. It is priceless to know they are well looked after and loved while I am gone.

The staff are great. They take exceptional care of my dog. He loves to go to Wags & Whskers. I start pulling in the parking lot and he gets so excited and can hardly wait to get out of the car he almost pushes me out the door. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. They are just outstanding. Today was my first experience with Wags and Whiskers, but it will definitely not be my last. I took Molly in for a bath and deshedding. They did an awesome job, and put me immediately at ease. We definitely have a new place for grooming!

Like most REAL dog people, Auzzie and Pasleigh are part of my family and I HATE leaving them with anyone and rarely do unless it’s with my daughter and son-in-law. However, aside from missing them I felt very at ease leaving them with W&W. I especially liked it because I could check on them anytime with the camera in their kennel. I definitely recommend W&W if you need somewhere for your furbabies to stay while you are gone.

Wags and Whiskers took such good care of our babies while we were on vacation, it was the first time we have left them for someone else to care for and I was a little hesitant because they haven't been around a lot of different people or other dogs. But from the time I dropped them off the staff was so patient with them and sent me daily emails about how they were doing was such a relief, they even gave them a complimentary bath before we picked them up. We will definitely not hesitate to use their services again and have already recommended them to family.

When looking for a training facility for our 10 month old Yorkie we came across Wags and whiskers of the Wiregrass. After looking at our different options for programs we decided on the board and train program. At first, our little man was very nervous but he quickly fell in love with Bella and Kayla!! The staff is so welcoming and courteous! I highly recommend them! Our little man was groomed during his stay and looks so cute!! They also have cameras available to the publc so you can see inside the facility to give you peace of mind. The communication was impeccable with the staff. I'm very grateful they were the ones watching after our little man!

I took my Goldendoodle for the first time to be groomed and was very pleased. The check in process went smoothly and everyone was friendly. The groomer did a great job and did exactly what I asked. My puppy, Jack, had a wonderful experience with day camp. He learned all the basic commands and is such a pleasure to be around! I cannot give enough thanks to the wonderful trainers-Kayla, Bella and Taylor. I loved all the daily reports updating me on his progress. I definitely recommend their camp for training.

The staff was so attentive and the report card that came daily keeping me updated on the girls appetites and photos at play were invaluable. I never had one day of worry that Gracie and Ana were wanting for anything. I would not hesitate to use Wags and Whiskers to care for my dogs again.

Wags and Whiskers of Wiregrass has the best staff. They took such good care of my baby. I was unsure who I trusted him with while on our cruise but they made me feel very comfortable to do so. The facility is clean and staff are very loving to our babies. He was home sick and didn’t want to eat, but they went above and beyond to make him comfortable enough to eat. He will definitely be back to see them.

From the grooming to the Daycare, the Boarding and the front office staff, my dog, Ollie, is always recognized and made welcomed and they are always willing to help with arranging appointments and boarding questions. I feel like I'm leaving Ollie in a very safe environment at Wags.

First off this establishment is AMAZING!! I love love everything about this place all the way down to the staff. My fur baby gets excited every time we pull up. He knows he's going to get the love he wants from the staff. I love getting report cards of how his day was. I never worry if he's being treated wrong or neglected. If I could give 100 stars I would. Great place to trust your fur babies with.

LOVED the updates we received each day on our pups! You baby was boarding for the first time, so it was great to see how she was doing each day. They came home happy and with NO stomach upsets (which has happened in the past with our veteran boarder).

This was the very first time we have left our boys anywhere, so this mom was extremely nervous. I have to say from the very first time stopping by to inquire about this facility until we picked our boys up today was absolutely 5 star. I don’t trust any and everyone to look after our boys, but you can say Prince and Deuce will be going back.
