This place is always out of propane. Whenever they are not out of propane something is malfunctioned and they can't get you any propane. I also buy a lot of feed there. One time I went there to get feed and propane and they were out of both. Last time I called ahead to see if they had propane and they assured me that yes they did only to find out an hour later that they've been out for several days that's the whole reason I made the trip there. I no longer waste my time with them.

Chris Parsons was the manager that dealt with our large purchase. Not only was he knowledgable, but he physically helped us load our car with heavy materials. He related to us and was a pleasure to work with! We will def be back to this location and ask for him when we return for future purchases. Whoever gives employees incentives and rewards for excellent work ethic should def apply it to Chris!

The woman whose name starts with Car who works here is rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful. I’ve never had anyone act the way she did at this place but it’s ruined the whole experience for me and I only wish I could have seen all of her name tag.

We paid and ordered curbside pickup for product that was there in stock we went to pick it. Up and they said they only had two instead of 9 and they were the wrong ones no one let us know instead you said the order was ready and will credit back what you owed us we’ll never again and I will tell everybody about this

This tractor supply has a large selection of indoor and outdoor supplies/goodies. They definitely have a better selection than Ozark and similar selections to Enterprise.

I was unsatisfied with the stores ability to maintain restrooms for the customers. The staff was refusing to get the basic needs in the bathrooms and was extremely unhelpful. As I was told due to short staffing the are unable to clean and keep the bathrooms both male and female bathrooms stocked and sanitized.

I attended the store , saturday.i had came in too pick up online order of cat food .The workers were very rude .I was send too service desk from cashier & stood & waited at less 20 minutes before I had too go back too cashier too get her too call for help .Workers seen me waiting not one worker asked me if I been helped .I will not be returning too deal with rude workers NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

One of my favorite places to shop in Dothan. With that said I am not a person who needs the specialty stuff they sell, I could get most of what I use at Wal Mart and anything else at Lowe’s…but I come here. The locations great. Store is well kept. It’s always stocked. Most importantly however is the staff. This is the friendliest group of employees ever; not in a “management wants you to say welcome to Moe’s” kinda way either. They are genuinely friendly and helpful. Not sure who the manager is who does the hiring but he or she is on point. Frankly the whole store says a lot about management as well; keep doing what you’re doing and do what you need to to keep your staff. Well done.

A 4 star instead of a 5 because I think the prices are a tad high on some items. But they aren't giving things away are they? The cashier (I think her name was Hailey) knew her stuff and was doing about 6 things at the same time - all while exhibiting patience and product knowledge ~and~ delivering friendly service. There should have been two of her. I was impressed.This is the kind of store that makes you want to spend time just browsing . I gotta go back when I have more time.

Great place for pet food. I but 4health grain free for my dogs. I usually just stay on the animal side of the store, but occasionally check out the tool side. Love the smaller basic need selection instead of going to the bigger store.

Tractor supply has a lot more than tractor parts a farm supplies.Their sales are unadvertised but still good values.It's hard to find help beyond the front counter. Their prices are competitive for a smart shopper.They do carry a selection of live chicks and fowl.3 stars is for serious lack of helpful informative staff.

I am always greeted when I walk in the store, and no one ever frowns upon the fact that I need help loading and getting my dog food out to the car. Everyone is courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Tractor Supply Company!

They are lazy and rude went there twice to get propane and the same guy gave us grief 1st time was a 100lbs tank didn't want to get a hand truck to help get it back to our truck and wouldn't let us back our truck in to load the tank he wanted to drag it back to the truck. My husband had to pick it and carry it. 2nd time was yesterday he lied saying there was thunder so he wouldn't have to go out in a lite rain, when asked how long he tells us an hour tell him ok we will see you in an hour. Guy says with a sleek " not if it thunders first" and it is sad cause he is a manager of some sort.

We bought 2 rolls of fencing wire last night and were told they would put our name on it so when we came back today with our truck we could just pick it up then . We got there today and they hadn’t put our name on the wire even though it was paid for and we had a receipt . My husband was also expected to help load it onto the vehicle . No one but one guy came out to help . After paying $210, you’d think someone would load it for us and put our name on it to hold since it was paid for .

The store in Dothan is absolutely terrible. I go in There almost weekly and I can honestly say there has not been a single time I have visited that there hasn’t been some sort of unloaded inventory blocking the isles. There is always baskets of full of merchandise just sitting in an isle that no one has unloaded. Recently, there was an empty pallet on the ground that I had to move myself just to make it to the back of the store. Two days ago there were no baskets available because many of their baskets were full of new unloaded merchandise and there were no employees even working on unloading these items. Managements excuse for this is they have been under construction for a long time and they are in the process of new management. If that is the case, then this has been going on for over a year now, and that is no excuse to have the most unorganized retail store I have ever been in.

Made a call to this TSC @ 7030 am and talked with Christy or Chrissie, and ask if they had a 30lb LP Tank, I didn't want to drive from Enterprise to Dothan unless they had one....and her answer was yes sure we do we have several I made it to the store @0800am when it open and guess what No 30lb LP tanks..... I guess she could not tell a 30lb from a 20 or 40..... anyways not so sure if the employees know and understand what stock is... Will not be using TSC again
