We have used Sweet Crackle Pop Bakery for our wedding cake, wedding cupcakes and 1-year anniversary cake. She offers gluten free options that are as delicious as her standard flavors (which are also amazing…carrot cake is a must). But she raises the bar even higher with her highly creative and personalized design of the cakes…it went above and beyond what I expected. 10/10 would recommend every time. My husband and I met on a plane, and after our ceremony, we went on a playground in our outfits.

Lila from sweet crackle pop was so amazing to work with. I was search all over the place for a customized cake for my mom who was visiting from Texas. It has always been a tradition since she was a little girl to have spice cake for her birthday like her mom used to make. I contacted a couple of South Florida Facebook groups and Lila answered right away! She helped customize her famous carrot spiced cake to fit my moms traditional cake + did it last minute for me! It not only looked beautiful but tasted amazing. Now my husband wants the same exact cake for his birthday this November lol. I have found my forever local baker 👩‍🍳 Wish I took a better before pictures but was so excited my parents were in town. I tried to snap one quickly while she was cutting it.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's 12th birthday. I truly can't brag enough about Sweet Crackle Pop! From initial inquires, design/flavor selections and pick up it was seemingly easy. Communication was amazing! She was very helpful on guiding me with the size I needed for the amount of people planned as well as helping me with a cake theme that would look well in that size. She was extremely professional and easy to work with.Everyone at the party was asking who/where I got the cake from. The cake was super moist, the buttercream icing was addicting and now I find myself wanting to order a cake for random reasons just to get to enjoy it again!I will never order any of baking needs from anyone else!

Lila is amazing! She answers all messages and questions quickly. I messaged her on a Friday to get cookies made for the following week (that I was supposed to order earlier but forgot), she answered immediately and said she could! She also individually wrapped them for me so I could hand them out! The cookies taste and look amazing all of our patients loved them and complimented them! I cannot wait to order a cake off of her next, they look so amazing!

This was the best experience I could have hoped for with a custom cake. Not only was the cake stunning, it was delicious as well. Everyone who tried it was amazed at how tasty it was. Lila has become my go-to person for anything dessert/cake related for any events and parties! My entire family loves and enjoys her works of art both visually and deliciously haha. She’s great and listening to your idea and does an amazing job at combining her creativity and your idea to life. Theres literally nothing she cant do! She has a crazy menu of delicious flavors and combinations, I seriously have to stop myself from buying them all. Everything is reasonably priced, she gives great service and is punctual. Give her a try, you won’t regret it!!

Sweet Crackle Pop is by far my favorite place in South Florida to order from! Lila has managed to turn things I don’t normally eat into my new favorite desserts. Not only are her sweets delicious, they are creative! You can tell the time, effort and thought that goes into all her work! Sweet Crackle Pop has my vote for best bakery in South Florida! I highly recommend placing an order, you won’t be disappointed. (Don't forget to try the carrot cake!)

Decided to share our family horrific experience on my cousin's special and unique 15th (Quinseañera) celebration, so others don't trust this person the way we did. We reviewed the comments and pictures and nothing gave us reasons to think we were putting our gift in the wrong hands. This person should be in court facing charges for violation of contract. Not only she did not deliverer the cake she agreed to create but she showed up late, and decided to interrupt our guests cocktail hour despite the specific instructions, she chose to ignore.She charged for set up, and with no notice, left us to set up at the last minute and after been supper late, with the excuse she had another event when she had said not to worry, ours was the last for the day. She charged us for a silver snow flake and initial on top of the cake and instead delivered all white cake with Hobby Lobby look white snow flakes glue to a wooden stick on the side of each 3 ledger. We were charged over $600 and we paid via Zell, therefore lost. This was suppose to be our special gift to our dear girl. We ended embarrassed and feeling horribly disappointed, sad and used by a cold, unprofessional and disgusting individual.Everything she agreed, detail of choices, designed and pictures are all well documented by texts.After the event, we wrote to her and call and not been able to reach her for 19 days, we have realized this person is a fraud.

Worse birthday cake experience and horrible customer service ever. We ordered a cake from “Sweet Crackle Pop”. The owner was given a picture of the cake design and unfortunately the cake that was delivered the day of the party looked like a middle school art project gone wrong.The 3 level cake was supposed to have three different flavors with 3 different fillings (which we were charged for) however all 3 levels had the same filling ( white frosting).The outside of the cake was an embarrassment to look at. It looked like the owner ran to the dollar store and threw some snowflakes on it. I was very disappointed of her work and customer service.Just an FYI…After she gets your money from Zelle she will not pick up your calls or answer your texts.Please stay away from this business. There are a lot of serious and talented bakers out there. However, this is not one of them.
