The employees are very helpful and polite. Publix's is a very clean store. I love how organized their produce department; as soon as you walk in the door, everything you can find without searching for a long period of time. Their deli hot case has been upgraded, but the sub stations is better than going to Subway. You have to try them for yourself to get the true experience.

Clean store, well-stocked shelves, and great quality food as is the standard in all Publix stores, and I have frequented many in Florida & the 2 in Dothan Alabama. Pharmacy staff is extremely helpful. Kudos!

If you’re going to have “Watchers” at self - checkout, train them how to properly greet customers instead of having them standing close up watching their hand held device to make sure you scan everything. Highly disappointed because this is not the first time I’ve encountered something like this at this location and I’m not the type of person you have to watch.

Still the most expensive store around. Less cashiers. Pharmacy still gives me other people's meds and calls for days on end begging me to bring it back. Meanwhile I have to make an extra trip from out of town to get what wasn't properly filled.Look under the shelves in produce. Not as clean as they'd have you think. I'll give them this: they are a happy family with each dept manager sleeping with another, either at the same store or one of the other 2 in town.

The produce manager, Norman, was super polite and so very helpful. He has a vast knowledge of products throughout Publix Supermarket and not only produce. He was kind and considerate while being one hundred percent helpful. I am very pleased with this young man. All stores need to clone him. I would highly recommend this Publix. Thank you to the store, and to Norman, for a wonderful shopping experience.

Always clean always friendly and helpful. It's not true that prices are higher. Always great bogos. Always fresh produce. Even the lighting is better. I shop Walmart and Winn Dixie only in emergencies. I can always depend on great service. There are times I'd like to see more checkers working. There is not enough room at self checkout to accomodate my weekly purchases. Sometimes the 'security' kids just stare almost as if I'm going to steal something. I don't appreciate spending $200.00, having to bag all my groceries and being stared at. So I take my time which surely upsets people behind me. Publix please open more checkout lines and reduce the cramped ridiculous self checkout cubby holes.

Love this store! E erything is so clean and orderly. The fruits and veggies are fresh and healthy. The deli is amazing! The aisles are wide enough that buggies can pass without hitting, and the employees are friendly and helpful! It is worth the drive from Ozark!

Some people would say that Publix is a very expensive store and it is but, would you like to know why. Because the products are fresh the service is number one the store is so clean and always well stocked The employers employees alike are very kind friendly and eager to help always work in hard when you walk in the store and always greeted with a smile and have a good day when you leave I really do like Publix even though they're a little bit expensive it's worth it

My favorite Publix in Dothan! We moved a little further away, but I still shop at this one because the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The bakery has always been on point with all of my orders, and so has the deli... They've never let me down with my pub sub orders! Thanks for being the best, Publix!
