Supermarket excellence. It was a lovely layout. Lovely staff. This chain is quite nice, and the market is well stocked from soup to nuts, to wines and spirits. I even discovered white strawberries! Publix is everything and a bowl 🍒 🍒 🍒 . It would be great if we had this chain up north as in the NYC & North Jersey Tri-state area.

Publix is always a positive place to shop for hard to find cooking and baking items. I have found their meat and deli to be very good. A big drawback for me to make them my go to store is that I find them to be higher in prices than other grocery stores.

My 2nd IMP msg! >#PSA< *Also* It's yum n hot *BUT {Have Had Many cups FallApart At The Seam as I Was Diving down the road} By within a minute. And the Mjr said he'd remove and trash whole batch and he obviously he didn't. Be Very Careful Not a joke! It was many cups seems came apart on me and made a many a messes This happened late last winter. *ALSO*ALL the employees ARE rude AF on the daily am & pm rude after 2years going on the daily for am/pm java! ONLY. I am fifty+9-and I do appreciate and kindly receive their Senior CITIZEN coffee discount{ KK only gives java discount not fooods.*Note-The guys are ARE always Kind helpful and gentle-manly and vey friendly.. The workers in the Deli are unacceptably slow! Don’t acknowledge you while standing at the counter. It’s as if they do it on purpose. One of the best places in Dothan to get a fresh sub will lose business over this.

Always a pleasure to shop here. They are happy I am there shopping, helpful, clean, and isles are plenty wide enough for two carts to comfortably pass. Unloading my cart is so appreciated and walking my cart to the car and unloading for me is a dream come true. Love this place.

Located at 1620 Ross Circle in Dothan. Publix is my go to place for chicken wings and deli sandwiches. Publix offers good down home customer service but you pay 25% more. I go to Publix for brands not carried by the competition. I was surprised to see self checkout when the store prides itself on customer service. If I am going to pay Publix higher prices and use self checkout, I will go to Walmart instead, why pay 25% more when you are not getting the customer service it prides itself on? Publix runs BOGO’s weekly but they jack up the price of the item so your savings might be 50% not free over the competition. Forget about WIN Dixie’s BoGO’s, Publix prices are lower and you don’t need a rewards card to get the BOGO.

Love this Publix. The people are very helpful and happy. When ordering sushi don't expect it to be bagged. When you order on line I thought it's supposed to be bagged for you and ready to go out the door. I ordered online because I had limited time but still had to go in and get it from the sushi cooler.

Every time I've ordered a sub from this Publix deli it has either been wrong or they take an hour and a half for an online order. Customer service here is terrible. I'll never return to this Publix

Great place to get all your groceries. If you can get over the fact that kids are allowed to buzz around on the scooters that are meant for older or handicapped folks then you should enjoy the wide variety of items. I think if the managers would step up and not allow people to ride around on the scooters that aren’t meant for them. It would be a much better place that’s the reason for two stars
