The last 2 times my prescriptions were sent in early one is ready the other 2 are still processing, when I call they say we haven't gotten to them yet but you filled one why not the other 2. This used to be a good place to get prescriptions not any more.

Customer service has been on the decline for awhile and the reasons I originally started using this pharmacy are practically non-existent. Today might be the motivation to change pharmacies. I had to wait in line to get my prescription and then the employee refused to ring up my 2 items . I had to pay for the meds and then go wait in line again to check out....for 2 items.š

Just called to check on my prescription that I called in over a week ago. The employee that answered the phone had a horrible attitude and treated me like I was a bother. I said āok thank youā when she answered about my prescription and she just hung up⦠this staff is beyond rude⦠if you hate your job so much then quit itās not that hard.

The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Itās ashamed that they are associated with the Publix store where the customer service is amazing. The lady literally started yelling at me for the fourth time.

If your prescription is time sensitive and really important, then go anywhere else but this pharmacy. I won't get my prescriptions or groceries from a Publix ever again. I'm done with you.

I click my heels together with delight at the thought of NEVER having to use this pharmacy again after I transfer. Never have I met such rude and irresponsible adults nevertheless handling medicine. These people would rather see you rot and die than actually provide you your medicine in a timely manner. Iāve used them since December of last year and itās now June. Every single month I have to refill my prescription, I have a problem with them. They will be rude and complicated on purpose. They will not have your prescription ready when itās supposed to be. Seriously, with all of the bad reviews itās crazy they havenāt actually done anything to save this less-than-mediocre hole they call a pharmacy.

They have absolutely no sense of urgency with critical medication. It took over 2 weeks to fill my initial prescription and now my refill is still not ready. Whatās the point of the online refill option, if itās going to take days beyond the estimated completion.

I absolutely love Publix Grocery Market, but could someone please explain to me how the best grocery store has the absolute worst pharmacy (Cottonwood Corners)? Disorganized, dis functional, rude and all around non functional. If a prescription is called in, it absolutely should not takes 3+days to refill. I have been in healthcare for 35 years, Pharmacy Tech was my first job at 15 (yes, laws were different when Moses walked the earth), my father retired from Circle Pharmacy, so understand that when I comment on this matter, I absolutely know what I am talking about. The other negative reviews that are endless also understand.

I begged to have a script consisting of four pills filled in one day. Imp to take meds at onset of symptoms. It's now been four days and script still not ready. I've been a customer of this pharmacy branch for years and have tolerated poor customer service, ridiculous wait times and employees lying about drug policy and other issues because of store location convenience. No more.

They are so so slow. If you drop a Rx off ⦠ie youāve just had surgery and need pain medicine they say it will be late this afternoon. My Drs call my meds in and it is 2 sometimes three days when itās ready. I agree with the majority of reviews on here. Terrible customer service!!!!

RUDE, Unprofessional and could care less if you are in pain or die on the pharmacy floor for that matter !!! If you hate your jobs so much then quit ! And itās even more disgusting that management reads all these reviews and yet does nothing !!! I donāt understand why you just canāt fill the prescriptions in a timely manner and be done, instead of making excuses and being extremely rude to people

We have been using the Cottonwood Corners Publix pharmacy for over 6 years and never had a problem. The last 3 months it has been a nightmare. Takes upward of 3 days to get a Rx filled. It took almost 2 full days to get an Rx for antibiotics that the Dr sent in the day of my knee surgery. A lot could happen with regards to infection in that time. Now it is going on 2 full days for an Rx that the same practice sent in for me to start ASAP. When called late yesterday (a full 28 hrs after my appointment) they said the wait time was 3 hours. I explained I had waited well over 24 hrs. The unconcerned tech informed me that they had been backed up since the day before and I would receive a text when it was ready. Guess I will go back local pharmacy but it sure was nice to have the convenience Publix pharmacy offered.

The wait time to get a filled script is not feasible if you don't live in the immediate area. When I came back to town they had restocked my prescription without giving me warning and said I would need to wait about 4 hours. If you value your time then I'd suggest finding somewhere that also values your time.

I use to love this pharmacy but boy have they gone downhill in the past couple of years! My Doctor called in 2 eye drops because I had surgery.. 1 was ready by noon and I called to see if the other one would be ready by 5 so my husband could pick up and they said āyesā well guess what⦠it wasnāt ready!! This is freaking eye drops in a bottle.. all they would have to do is get it off the shelf! If they needed to order it then thatās what they shouldāve said!! I think the entire pharmacy needs to be revamped!! Looking for another one! Oh and this isnāt the first time something like this has happened!! So unorganized!!!

I have never been treated so rudely by pharmacy employees in my life. Because their app doesn't show the correct refill status, I've made 3 trips in 2mths to check on a backorder. Each time I was met with argumentative, rude, and unprofessional employees that obviously don't know how to work in customer service...

Horrible experience. Had to wait 6 hours to get pain meds after surgery. Was told I would get text when ready, then told when demanded meds, that text doesn't go out until following day. Then told text had been sent out but it wasn't their fault my phone wasn't working! Will never, ever use Publix Pharmacy at Cottonwood Corners again. Rude staff, uncaring.

I use Publix because with my prescription insurance it is the cheapest one in Dothan. I do not care for them. I just dropped off a prescription and was told it would be at least 2 hours before I could pick it up. If you go to the drive through window it takes someone forever to come to the window and then it takes the person a long time to get the prescription to the window.

My experience the last few visits has been to be generally ignored at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged, and then a few more minutes before someone helps.This last time I went to pick up 2 prescriptions. I had received a text message about an hour and a half before that a prescription was ready, so I assumed they would both be ready. After I was finally waited on, she only had 1 prescription so I asked about the other one, to which she replied "It hasn't come through". I thought that was strange as they should have both been ordered from the Dr's office at the same time, but I said I'd go home and call the doctor. When I arrived home 15 minutes later I received a text stating that I had another prescription ready at the Publix pharmacy, so the order apparently had come through and she either didn't know how to check or didn't bother.I'm going to look for a better pharmacy.

At one time service here was great. Recently it has gone down hill. My prescriptions were called in by the doctor on Thursday. I checked on Friday to see if the were ready. Was told they wonāt be ready for a half hour. I asked when they were called in by the doctor and was told they werenāt called in until Friday at 9:30 am. When I callback at 3:30 pm was told was not ready for an hour. I again asked when it was called in and was told 2:30 pm. Someone lied

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacist and techs at this location failed to fill my Rx for the correct qty, gave me a few different reasons for why, and caused me to have to contact my physician and insurance company several different times over the span of 2 weeks. The main issue; however, is the pharmacist hung up on me twice. He was unprofessional and so rude that I had to report him.

I have rarely been able to get a new prescription the same day I went to the doctor. Even if I call the pharmacy after leaving the doctor and asking how long it will take to fill the prescription, they tell me it will take 1 to 2 hours, but 4 hours later it's not ready to pickup, and I have to wait until the next day to get it.

I tried to order a cake for my boss and was hung up on 7 times within 15 minutes. And when I asked to speak to the manager on duty they decided to hang up on me again. Iāve worked with Publix for 8 years. I know how the system works. Iāve always talked about how amazing Publix is and how wonderful staffed they are. But I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They donāt deserve 1 star
