I shop here 2-4 times a week. I have purchased fish, reptiles, tortoises and amphibians. I also buy various types of food for all the different pets I currently own. I use curbside pickup often and I have never had a negative experience.The staff are always friendly and eager to assist me with any particular need I may have.I have found the employees that work at this location to be very patient, knowledgeable, professional and respectful so It’s easy too conclude that management is doing their job properly.Every fish they sell has a tag with the particular fishes growth rate, temperament and aquarium size requirement that every potential buyer should be reading before buying any fish.

Your average Pet Smart but done well from what I can see. Really nice people working there, some have been working there a while as I've seen them consistently...so thats a good sign. Andrew, who does training, is very nice easy to work with and knowledgeable. Very convenient place for alot of my pups needs. Can't speak on the grooming area as I never used it, probably won't.

Andrew is a very good trainer. He is patient and knowledgeable. Good with dogs. Enjoys his job. Would recommend to anyone interested in signing up for classes. Well worth it. Mine went through the classes and enjoyed it and had fun, learned a lot.

PetSmart is my go-to store. It's always clean. The aquariums and terrariums are always clean, and animals are well taken care of. The staff are knowledgeable and they are very friendly.

Stephanie did a great job grooming our dogs! She was very personable and thorough. We’ve never had a bad experience at the groomers here. We also just love the bows and bandana the pups get at the end! Thanks Pet Smart!

Today I was so disappointed in the service at this store. We traveled 45 minutes to purchase an algae fish and were not allowed to purchase ANYTHING from the aquarium because of my tank size. The girl associate rambled on and on about how she couldn't allow me to purchase a fish that was going to grow to be 2 feet long with the size aquarium I have. The algae fish was the smallest I had ever seen....a BABY! My tank was the same size as the tanks they were selling the fish from. When I mentioned I had a baby turtle (smaller than a half dollar) she really went ballistic. I will stick to the local Wet Pets owned by Allen and the only reason I ended up at Petsmart was because Wet Pets was closed. By the way, we have 2 algae eaters, 1 shark fish, and a medium size turtle in 1 aquarium and have had them for 3 years. None of them are aggressive, none of them have rammed themselves into the glass and killed theirself, none of them have deformities and/or growths. (Some of the comments that the associate gave for reasoning of not selling me what i asked for)ALL of them are happy in their environment!

The grooming stylist at this store, Melody, was very rough with our dog. The girl was apparently having a bad day as she had a bad attitude. As a result, it upset our dog so she was not "perfectly well-behaved" during that one appointment. So when we went to book her next appointment, we found out that all our dogs are banned from the store. This is absolutely ridiculous! No other groomer has ever had such a problem with our dog. So obviously it is the person, not the animal, that had the problem. We are taking our business elsewhere to a place that takes better care of our sweet pup.

They always have a variety when I make purchases for my dogs and my turtle, and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I was recently especially pleased when I purchased an aquarium kit and when I got home and set it up the filter was defective. I googled the problem and found that it was common in that model. I called the store thinking I would have to take it up with Topfun, but Petsmart swapped out the filter, no questions asked. I was beyond pleased!

My wife and I made a visit to PetSmart as they were offering holiday photos with ones pets. It's a nice medium sized store with most everything one would need for their pet and a lot you don't need. After spending money on what one of our pets didn't need I toured the store and snapped a few pictures. The employees were nice and offered to help, the holiday photos were taken with an employee dressed as Santa by another dressed as an elf. The store was easily wheelchair accessible though accessible parking was very limited.

My visit this time (and most times) was pretty good. The price of Hills dry cat food is astronomical though. I’m not really thrilled with that. And cat litter. The prices are ridiculous. I’m not blaming petsmart - it’s this economy and the people running it.

The grooming team here is amazing! Our dog is close to 17 years old and requires a lot of patience when grooming due to arthritis in her knees/joints. CYANNA IS THE BOMB!!! She did an amazing job grooming our westie, the best grooming shes had in at least 5 years! She even gave her a few bows as a cherry on top! Will be coming back again and again! Also making the appointment was extremely easy on the app!

The staff here really cares about all of the animals in the store, and are happy to help with any of your pet needs.Also check out the car adoption centre. The people that run it are enthusiastic and you can tell they love finding homes.

We love this PetSmart and love their Banfield staff even more. Our pup who is now 5 months old has been going since we first got him and they are always so nice and attentive!We also use them for our other adult pup! They will love your babies like their own!

I went to make a return that I had ordered online of 3 items with receipts in the store on Friday Oct.13th and the older lady store associate/cashier at the register was extremely rude and grouchy from the beginning to the end ,with her facial expressions ,gestures and harsh tone of voice,She seemed very irritated to wait on me to say the least .Although I will continue to shop online with petsmart as they have a great selection of products for my fur babies. I will avoid in store purchases within the store with being treated in such a rude manner.A smile and some pateince and basic customer skills can go along way in treating repeat or new customers with respect in the future and prevent the loss of buisness to the store due to a rude employee with a bad attitude.

When my husband and I moved to the area, he was excited to start his fish tank back up. He hooked up all the gadgets for it, ensured the water was as it should be, and purchased the decor that provided the fish with safe little places to hide in. When buying fish and transferring them to a new tank, it’s not unheard of for one or two to die, however, of the 7 fish we bought that day, 2 survived. We were concerned and took a sample of our water to be tested - it was perfect. So, we purchased a few more fish; after a single day, the 2 fish that survived from the first batch, died, and so did several of the new fish. One night when we ordered pizza, the delivery driver commented on our fish tank. They asked how we managed to keep them alive, and we told them we haven’t. It turns out they also ran into the same problem when purchasing fish from this PetSmart. The driver also told us that she had a friend who had the same problem and switched to a more local company in Dothan and had zero issues since. Keep in mind we were buying a variety of non-aggressive fish, so the deaths weren’t caused by aggression and were not limited to a specific species. The water at this location is not kept clean and the fish carry disease that will kill them and your other fish. Do not buy fish from this PetSmart.

The lady with the fish was very unprofessional and borderline rude. Especially with small kids. There is a way to talk to children and teach them about fish comparability without beig being so harsh and ugly. We left and bought fish elsewhere.
