After my little Yorkie became increasingly more afraid of his groomers, I changed to Pawfection. They take extra special care of the little ones that are afraid and that have been tramatized by bad grooming experiences. Cody is much happier with Pawfection and that makes me much happier.

Very well run grooming facility. No need to worry about your dog' s well being, groomers are behind glass partitions for transparency. No back room hidden agendas. I didn't have to show the owner or groomer a picture of my dog's haircut she required, groomers are well trained and knowledgeable. I was instructed upon picking her up that because of the botched hair cut from another salon it would take a while for the cut to look like it's supposed to. I appreciate that they're all business, no walking thru doggie bakeries or mini dog clothing stores. They also have valet service, you never step out of ur vehicle. Every staff member I met has been sincerely professional and friendly. They use shampoo products that do not cause my Yorkie's skin to flake off. And most importantly the owner has a very nice disposition, answering questions or concerns in a very pleasant professional manner. Thank you for taking care of my girls.

I would like to personally thank the staff at pawfection they have been grooming my dog for at least a year or two now … I was very nervous taking gizmo bc he doesn’t like to be away from family for long but he always is super happy and looks like he’s had a blast when we go and pick him up …gizmo has terrible allergies and has to go to the vet once a month for it they are super kind and understanding and honestly every time he comes it helps his skin so much and I couldn’t be more grateful…so thank you for being understanding and caring towards gizmo we absolutely love y’all

Never ever leave your pet here for boarding. We left our Yorkie here for two nights. She smelled horrible and I had to bathe her immediately to get the smell off of her (and me). They didn’t give her any of her anxiety pills and our veterinarian told us to never let her quit cold turkey. They also didn’t give her one dental treat that we left for them to give. I’m not even sure if she even had food. Maybe she was so anxious from not having her meds that she didn’t eat? Maybe a larger dog marked her? I’m just really upset right now. My husband did call and complain. And I did get a call back. They are taking responsibility for not checking the bag and giving her her meds. I told the receptionist she needs anxiety meds. And my husband told the gal that came out to get Sadie about the meds. She denies this. This is my baby. And I feel so guilty for leaving her with this business. These people. I’ll no longer bring her there to be groomed either.

We've been using Pawfection for about 3 years now. Initially, it was for our two chihuahua mix pups, Hannah and Buddy. They always came home looking beautiful. We lost our sweet Hannah in January. I let the girls at the shop know since she was scheduled for a grooming. The very next day, there was a beautiful flower arrangement on my front porch with a sweet sympathy note. These girls care, not just for our pets, but for their owners, as well. Buddy still goes every 4 weeks and will continue to do so.

I have been bringing my dog, Scout, to Pawfection for probably about 5ish years now. I rescued scout and he is a very nervous, hyper pomsky mix so I don’t leave him with just anyone. We have loved Tina and her crew from day one. I know he is a lot to handle and she is always so nice and professional. She is knowledgeable about his breed and always does a great cut! I even moved three hours away and still managed to bring him back to Dothan because they do such a good job. I couldn’t recommend them more!! We love Pawfection and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

I absolutely love this place! My German Shepherd, Max, is always so beautiful and smells so clean when I pick him up. And he’s happy! The prices are great! Pawfection is the best around, and I wouldn’t recommend any other groomers. I seriously can’t say enough good things about them!Thank you for all you do to make Max happy and such a handsome dog!

Tina, and all the ladies at pawfection are amazing! By far my favorite groomers in dothan. My samson used to hate going to the groomers, but LOVES the ladies at pawfection and loves going now because they treat him like one of their own pets. I had a groomer in Dothan refuse service on my dog because she is blind and a bit difficult. I called Pawfection and they said they would give it a try(the other groomer did not even attempt). Tina did an absolute amazing job. My dog left her facility calmer than when she arrived, which shows me they treated her well. Tina was very patient and kind to my dog. I was highly impressed. I definitely will be recommending all friends and family to come here and to not go anywhere else.
