Our New Baby, is more then the items in their store. They are a locally owned business with heart! We bought our nursery furniture here almost 12 years ago & had an issue with a bed rail. We stopped by & were assisted immediately & they were able to help us with a part for our bed, even though the furniture isn’t made anymore. Thank you so much for helping us our new baby! Brandon Dempsey was absolutely amazing at helping us look at strollers today. Back in 2019 I was scouring the web looking for a very specific item that I needed to convert my daughter's crib into a double bed. The company that made it had gone out of business and I couldn't find it anywhere, and I was so disappointed. Our New Baby was the only place I found that seemed like they might possibly still have one, so I called them even though I live halfway across the country. Jeff was so kind and helpful, he found the item in their stock for me, and they even had one left in the right color! I was ecstatic, and he even arranged to have it shipped to me which was no small feat as it was large and heavy. Thank you Our New Baby and Jeff!

My wife and I traveled 2 hours to visit Brandon and Our New Baby. We had no idea what to expect, having never been there before. We were not disappointed and left with some amazing furniture for our new addition. Brandon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! If more than 5 stars were allotted, Our New Baby deserves them! Brandon and his staff go above and beyond, aiming to please. Payton was very helpful while picking out custom bedding & Jeff delivered EVERYTHING flawless, from crib to tiny gold baby bangle bracelet. I truly cannot say enough about this company. When initially searching for baby stores in the area I was bummed at the lack there of but after going to Our New Baby and meeting Brandon (& staff) the need for another baby store or more options wasn’t even needed. Brandon is kind, caring and most of all KNOWLEDGABLE. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend Our New Baby.

Me and my wife are expecting our first child in December! The customer service has been superb! Brandon has been extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful through the process! We have already gotten our glider and put a bedroom set on layaway which is hassle free! Will be getting the stroller and all the extras next! Thank you for the great experience!

You ‘could’ rely on Amazon and Target for this new chapter of life but why would you when you have Our New Baby nearby? First-time parents here, and my wife and I are extremely grateful for these people. You have a sense of belonging when you walk through the doors. Every trip is enjoyable. I really should have written a review long before now because Our New Baby in Dothan AL has been awesome since the very first time I used them almost three years ago. Brandon always goes above and beyond to keep the customer happy. I’ve ordered two sets of nursery furniture from them, and I’ve been extremely pleased. When the second set was needed, I had moved four hours away. I called Brandon and said, “I need a crib, chest of drawers, and a dresser all in the color grey and under this amount. Also, I need it shipped to Georgia, and I can’t afford to pay a fortune in shipping.” Of course, he made it happen, took my card number over the phone, and had it delivered way sooner than I ever expected it. This week, I called because in the process of moving to a new home both sets got all scratched up. Brandon is out on vacation, but another guy promptly called me back and has touch up paint being shipped my way. They are seriously the easiest people in the world to do business with. The prices are a tad higher than other companies, but the quality of their furniture and their customer service far surpasses any other company out there.

Our South Carolina store with this furniture had closed, so I was directed to Brandon from the manufacturing company customer service. They were correct. He helped in all ways possible and got me the best pricing. My dresser came in excellent condition and was very quickly delivered. Very pleasant to work with and has good follow through.

Beautiful store and the people are amazing and so helpful! I’m not from Dothan nor do I live there, however, my sister lives there and we are both expecting. I ordered my nursery furniture from there and called to schedule picking it up and they offered delivery all the way to Montgomery! Absolutely amazing store! I highly recommend!!!!!!!!

What. A. Good. Coustmer. Service!!I was desperate to buy a replacement for munchkin orange miracle cup for my daughter. When we went out we lost it and couldn't buy it at the store anymore because munchkin discontinued the orange miracle sippy cup.My daughter is picky when it comes to her favorite color, not pink, purple...So I looked all the store, Target, Amazon, Walmart etc... but couldn't buy it. then I finally found it on Our New Baby Inc website.First, I was so worried to order it via online. Because I live in North East, and never been to the store. But I'm so happy I bought it from them. THEIR COUSTMERS SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!! I received my package in 3days after I placed order. They even wrote Thank you note on my receipt. I can tell they really care about customers from the way they take care of items. It was so convenient to place order via online during this pandemic. Wow I can’t say enough great things! I bought my crib 5 years ago and recently moved to North Carolina. On the move the bolts went missing and Brandon helped me find new hardware and has gone above and beyond. You can’t beat hometown service and quality! My husband and I recently visited this store to get my son a pair of shoes since we had a credit from a pair we bought easier that didn't fit.... I needed some help to find a certain size and I left my husband by the shoes while I looked for a staff member the manager came from the back office and asked my husband in a very rude manner if she could help him and she was surprised to see me come around the corner she acted as if he was stealing... She found the size shoe I needed and when it was in my hand she put her hand on it and said "do you want me to bring this to the front for you" as if I was going to steal it or something it just didn't feel right at all and was not welcoming... There were other guest in the store and no one approached them or took there stuff while they were looking around..... Anyways I will never shop here again I felt so uncomfortable..... A lesson in customer service is definitely needed... Myself being Muslim and my husband being a big black guy obviously made them feel a certain way and I won't bring my business where it's not wanted or respected
