This place has Great customer service; Nice, live people answering phones and helpful; Extremely fast shipping - we got our order the next day; and Very decent prices. This place makes having a pet affordable and enjoyable as it’s supposed to be. We recently were given a puppy and I wasn’t sure we’d be able to keep him, but thanks to their helpfulness, we decided to. Happy to order from them again.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I ordered a pair of Ariat slippers in a size XL as a Christmas gift on 12/22/2023 and paid 13.98 in expedited 2 day shipping. When the slippers finally arrived on 12/28/2023, the wrong size slipper was included in the order, they were a large. I sent photos to the email for the company and tried to call multiple times to get my order corrected. I finally got in touch with someone via phone call on 1/3/2024 by calling their actual store number and not the phone number listed (toll free) for the order and was told she would put in for a return and they would send me a shipping label to return the product and after they received the return they would refund my money. They were unable to tell me how long it would take to get the return shipping label and my refund. Bad business practices, bad retail business, bad all around.

I ordered vaccines. Paid for next day delivery. Showed up 3 days late because ups sent my vaccines from Alabama to Georgia then to Kentucky and then to Tennessee and finally arrived in Arkansas. Ice packs were thawed. I paid for 4 extra ice packs to be safe. Now not sure if the vaccines are safe to give because they were warming up.

Called and spoke to I believe Judy with customer service about questions on ordering vaccines. She was very knowledgeable and explained how many extra ice packs I would probably need. So I ordered the vaccines for our new litter. Did express delivery with a cooler and the extra two ice packs recommended and it was perfect! They arrived on time and still cool. Will definitely be using again.

I needed vaccine dated as long as possible, so I phoned Jeffers to ask the expiration date. The representative told me they had 2 dates - 1/10/25 and 1/24/25 and that I would definitely receive one of these dates. I went ahead and ordered 50 doses based on this. When the vaccine arrived, it was dated 11/22/24. I immediately contacted Jeffers. I was given a runaround for several weeks and finally told they would do nothing about it because their policy is to send their oldest vaccine and it doesn’t matter what the agent told me. I am done with Jeffers after close to 30 years - they are not what they used to be.————UPDATED: You can see from the response the kind of attention Jeffers customer service pays to customers. They don’t even bother to look at the information provided but jump to some strange conclusion other than your stated dissatisfaction.

I love jeffers, they have a wide variety for all the animals you may have. They mainly serve for farm animals, cats and dogs. But I'm pretty sure they have a wider variety on their website! They also have the best in house staff. Pricing is always good, and they are a reliable source for feeds you can't normally find.

Quite possibly, worst customer service ever. Nice people, sure, but they get nothing done for you. I ordered a turnout sheet but cancelled the order within 15 minutes of placing it as I needed it sooner than it would have arrived for a newly acquired rescue donkey. I called and spoke with someone and was told that they would try to cancel it but could not guarantee it. Turns out the order was "cancelled" online when looked at Jeffers account page, but a few days later, I received notice that it was shipping. I called and asked for it to be recalled, as I know that the sender can do that. I was told it may not be possible, but I could wait for it to be delivered and they would be sending me a label asap. It's been two weeks since that conversation, and no label. I have called and emailed several times, checked spam, etc. They told me that it was mailed- ok that was over a week ago. Still no label. I asked them to email it to me. Still no label.I hate writing reviews where I have to call a company out publicly in order to get a very simple and basic customer service need addressed. Quite frankly, Jeffers should be embarrassed.

Love the products they are offered and prices are great.One of my chicken feeders was broke when I opened the package. I called and talked to customer service. She was very helpful and gave me the email to send a picture to. The return/refund depart sent me a refund so I could buy another one to replace it. Everything was done in a timely manner. Most definitely will have purchasing from this company.

Do NOT order vaccines from here. I should of read the reviews before putting in my order. Still waiting on my order to be canceled. Put my order in on a Tuesday being told it will ship Thursday. No confirmation email until Friday, call on Friday and was told they don't ship on the weekends. Cool. Well cancel my order because now I need to drive to the next big city to get puppy shots. Called the following week to see why my order hadn't been canceled yet. Was hung up on because I was being rude, well yeah I was rude. I've been lied to about shipping and I've been lied to about my order being canceled. Now I am supposed to call back tomorrow to talk to a supervisor because one wasn't available today. Great. Avoid ordering shots from here at all cost.

Do not order vaccines! Mine came in warm as can be and they certainly do seem to omit any intent of keeping their product good. This was a 175 dollar lesson learned and could have put my animals at risk.

Above and beyond customer service.Our dog had a pricey medication that we were able to get through Jeffers. Their team reached out multiple times to make sure we had the correct amount and in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service. No pet pig supplies. And, that was my main reason for visiting. But, they have great smelling car air fresheners and aerosol sprays for dog/pet odors. Pretty cowhide purses too.

I placed an order for two types of cat wormer and for flea/tick spot treatment on April 4. My order did not ship until April 10, and did not arrive until today, April 17----and I live a 3 hour drive away in Weogufka, Alabama.I did business with Jeffers back in the 1980s through mail order. Back then, you expected it to be a weeks-long turnaround for mail order. Today, everyone expects online orders to ship in-stock items within two business days. You are going to have to gear up for the modern world to survive. I run an online business, and if I waited 6 days to ground ship an order, I would expect a one-star review.

I was so impressed with this company! Not only did they have the lowest prices I’ve found, but their delivery was impeccable. My items needed refrigeration and they included a nice reusable cooler with a strap in the box! My items were delivered still cold! Shipping cost was much lower than what I would have paid given their care in packaging and shipping.

I am ABSOLOUTELY PLEASED, with the ordering, purchase and delivery. Everything suburb! I can't wait to get my thoroughbreds new equine winter blanket on her. The construction of the blanket looks great. Now for the real test when my thoroughbred is placed in it and hopefully there will be a great result withstanding horse wear. The blanket and package came intact with no damage. and of course, the PRICE of the purchase was perfect. I definitely will be purchasing more items from Jeffers in the future. Thank you, Jeffers, for your service and BIG thanks to FEDEX for delivering my purchase on time (even during a blizzard warning and subzero weather) and damage free. I was told through E-mail after purchasing that my order could not be completed, in return I asked that my order be canceled and refunded. Jeffers confirmed that my order would be canceled & refunded; insuring me the order had been canceled more than once. I still have not been issued my refund & they have since stopped replying to me when I contact them. Extremely frustrating

You have absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I Ordered vaccines exactly as the website instructed me to do, for them to arrive cold, only for them to arrive from the couriers hand at 79 degrees INSIDE the cooler. The “ice pack” which is nothing but a frozen sponge wrapped in plastic… doesn’t appear to have ever been frozen at all, as it was 79 degrees immediately upon arrival. At the time of arrival, it was 80 degrees outside. I have ordered vaccines from Revival for years, which is located 18 hours away from me, with the exact same time frame and shipping method and have always had them arrive cold. They use an ACTUAL ice pack. Jeffers will not stand behind the product. $70 in the garbage, and they refuse to make it right. Not only did they refuse to make it right, they were extremely rude on the phone and wouldn’t allow me to even speak without interrupting me.

Would not recommend for vaccines. I purchased a set of 5 and 7 way shots, in addition to an extra ice pack and the insulated shipping container. My vaccines arrived hot. I buy vaccines regularly, so i know what is acceptable and what isn't for usage. These were too hot to be any good. I called customer service immediately, and the company will not issue a replacement or a refund. I only live 2h from the shipping location. Will not use for vaccines ever again. I now have to throw 50 vaccines in the trash. Unless you like throwing money in the trash, I would not recommend their services. Picture of all the vaccines I now have to throw away and will be ordering from a different company now because the safety and health of my animals come first.

I placed two orders for vaccines with this company totaling nearly $1400 a few days apart. Paypal put an old address on the orders for the shipping address (which I have since corrected). Before the first order was delivered and within minutes of placing the second order I called and asked them to correct the shipping address. It is now several weeks later and they shipped both orders to the wrong address, have not replaced the vaccines nor refunded me any money. I have called many times, emailed multiple times and they have not resolved this problem. You decide if you want to use this company!Update: As requested, within an hour of the owner's response I emailed them. The last time I sent an email to that address it took 3 working days to get a response. When I spoke to them on the phone yesterday I was told they were going to send me a partial order and I was going to have to "eat" the loss. For a mistake their system made!! I will continue to update and if a satisfactory resolution is reached, I will gladly post that as well.

Jeffers lost my order in the computer system, it took 2.5 weeks and several emails & phone calls to figure out where my order was. If I hadn’t been persistent, I would have just been out all of the money. By the time they found my order, the item was out of stock and wouldn’t be in stock again. Eventually, they did issue a refund after almost 3 weeks. Customer service was difficult to get ahold of and did not return my calls as promised, but the representatives were friendly when I spoke to them. I ordered from another site and got my product within 3 days. I would not order from Jeffers again after this experience.

My family and our 16 boarders have been long time customers at jeffers. Last November I placed an order for 2 manure forks and handles, when they arrived there were no handles only fork heads. So I contacted customer service, no response, so I contacted them again days later, finally got a response from 2 different people saying the handles would be sent rt out . Here we are 2 months later and several more empty emails and no handles. It's very poor ser6, we spend alot of money with them, or should I say did.

I ordered dog coats from Jeffers. I went off the sizes that were listed - I received them, and they are HUGE. They are not true to size.I emailed Jeffers about doing an exchange and got a response back: "We no longer do exchanges, send it back, and we refund your money, and then you can reorder."WOW - I do not know where to send it. Not here is a shipping label because the sizes are incorrect - ... nothing.Very poor customer service and policy.I have ordered from here many times before - looks like I will be finding another site. Very very disappointing.

I purchased a 2023 Breyer horse on Black Friday,,,Supposedly "lowest price of the season" for $52.65 final price. A few days before Christmas, they put the horse on sale for $17.50. (I received the horse Dec 7th). I called to get a refund of difference since I received the horse within 15 days of the lower price and they have a price match guarantee. They would not refund the difference, but said I had to return the first horse ordered and reorder at the lower price. This makes no sense. I pay return shipping...They have free shipping for the customer but they had the overhead to pay to ship me the new, lower priced horse...A lose, lose for everyone.This seems an unnecessary complication for both parties. But, the real insult was that the C.S. supervisor offered me 10% off a future purchase but when I told her I already had an email offering me 20% off a future order, she just said "that's the best I can do." I find the C.S. department lacking. Also, they would not honor a $ 5.00 off for signing up for text messages which I received via email because I already had a 10% off promo code i? Later, the horse went on sale for $35.00 and I had the 20 % off so made the horse $ 28.00. I thought they might refund the difference on that price but....no. They are forcing me to return the higher prices horse. Not the friendly, ethical way to treat a customer IMHOEdit : I got a reply here but seems to be all lip service. I emailed 7 days ago and no response.

Jeffers has made some major changes to their retail store. I went this past weekend to their tent sale and spent way too much money, but I saved a lot more in the long run. They have tripled the size of the retail store and have much more merchandise on the floor. Check it out, I'm sure you will love the changes.

Order a half pad for my horse online. It was the best price I could find it at (about $20 cheaper than the some of the larger tack stores had it priced at). Showed up exactly as expected and shipped super quick. Would order from them again!
