We bought a mini goldendoodle the Friday before Christmas. He’s the sweetest puppy and I love him so much. However, the owner is extremely rude. When I told her Christmas was causing me not to be able to get him in within the two days she rudely said “well you need to find another vet.” We’ve seen the same vet for over 8 years and live 1.5 hours from the store. Max came to us with kennel cough. He’s doing ok, but he’s now also gotten my other two dogs sick even though they are vaccinated. I had to take my lab to urgent care yesterday.If you do buy a puppy from here just be careful if you have other dogs and keep them separated. That was my fault.

So A Day Ago , I Visited This Place To Obviously Get Me A Puppy. I Was Told By Some Guy Who Worked There To Go Online To Their WebSite And "Fill Out" And Application To Get A Puppy That I’d Have To Submit And Approve. He Also Mind You Now Said That Most Times That Application Doesn’t Work Well With Their Store. They Worked With Some Company That Wasnt Too Successful With That Application. Well I Guess It Was True. I’d Fill Out The Application (2 Times) And Kept Getting Denied. I Politely Called The Store To Tell Them It Wasnt Working. So Same Guy Asked For My Number And Name. I Was Told He’d Call Me Back. Never Got A Call Back. So With That Being Said I Took It Into Consideration That It Was Almost Closing Time So I Didn’t Mind. The Next Day (Today3-8-24) I Called To Check In On The Dog I Wanted Only To Be Told He Was Sold. Yes I Was UpSet I Told Her That I Left A Name And Number They Couldn’t Seem To Find And Asked Me Was It A Schnauzer. I Said No A Tan Toy Poodle(I Held Him And I Was In Love Determined To Get This Pup) Only To Be Told Be Was Sold. She Also Said I Could Have Purchased Him Up Front. Which Is What I Wanted To Do. I Told Her A Guy Who Worked There Said I Had To Fill Out An Application. I Didn’t Get An Option To Go Ahead And Purchase I Told Her I Was UpSet About That. She Offered They’d Get More Poodles. I Said Ok That’s Fine. She Even Said She’d Call Me Back BeCause She Was Tending To A Customer. I Said That’s Fine. Never Got A Called Back And Got Blocked On Their FaceBook Page For Leaving A Review About Their Service To Me. I Look At These People As Mean , Hateful , And Cruel. Simply Not Wanting To Let Me Buy The Pup. They May Try To Take This One Down Cause They Know They’ve Done A Customer Wrong.

I had driven by Dream Puppys many times but would never have considered purchasing a puppy from a store. . After much searching for a small dog, I contacted Tabitha and told her what I was looking for. She contacted me a week later and the rest is history! I purchased an adorable Teddy Bear female there. She is so smart. The store was clean and the puppies were well taken care of. I take my dog back for grooming there too. The management is caring and takes time to answer my questions. So thankful to have found my precious puppy here! Thanks Dream Puppys !

I have used Dream Puppy’s for years, starting from the Hartford days. Our dogs, and there have been many, have all been treated like the queens they are. But the best part is the people. After losing my mom’s dog unexpectedly, Tabitha went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dog, had her shipped, and helped me surprise her with it. I can never thank her enough. We all love Dream Puppys.

I used Dream Puppies today for the first time for grooming my Yorkie, June. Hands down the best grooming experience ever. She is 7 months old and we have had two terrible experiences. The last ended with a completely shaved dog. When I picked her up she was beautiful! The ladies did exactly what we asked… face, feet and fanny. Her nails were trimmed perfectly. She smelled so good! They even put a bow in her hair. She was so happy on the way home. We will never see anyone else for grooming!

We got a Poochon here a week ago. She’s the easiest/sweetest puppy I’ve ever had and has become the center of our whole world. The lady at dream puppies was super nice and helpful. The only gripe we had was that our puppy had kennel cough when we got her. A trip to the vet and some antibiotics have quickly eliminated that though. I read a lot of reviews that would make you hesitant to buy a puppy from here, but from my experience, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is considering getting a puppy. Tabitha at Dream Puppy’s groomed my dog this week.,She pays attention to detail and my little malti-poo looks so fresh and pretty.You can tell she has an absolute love for animals. The shop always has a beautiful selection of puppies for sale, and adorable accessories..It’s hard to walk out of there without taking another one home!!I would definitely recommend Dream Puppy’s.

My husband decided to surprise me with a puppy from your store. I got a beautiful puppy we named Dotty. I had cancer this past year & was going to start Chemo. The fight was getting harder. This little puppy kept me laughing, made me get out of my chair to take her on walks & she stayed right by my side. She has been a blessing. You & your staff have been wonderful!

Great business, but I would like to give a word of caution to any potential customers by giving a list of pro's and con's when it comes to buying a puppy from Dream Puppys.Pros: The staff here is great and very friendly. Communication was good and they answered all questions that we had and gave us great advice where we needed it. The owner was very nice and explained everything very clearly about the transaction process and everything that follows including the warranty. They provided good paperwork about what shots the puppy has received so that our vet could review it clearly. (More about that below.)Cons: We immediately took them to the vet and they were very confused about the shots that they had received prior to us buying them. They told us that they had not been administered correctly and needed to start from the beginning to ensure that they were properly vaccinated. Since we've had our puppy, we've noticed several tendencies that probably attribute to getting them from a place such as this. To be clear, I'm not implying that all of these are directly caused by this establishment, puppies are puppies and they need training and adjustment. I'm only sharing our experience since buying a puppy from here. The breeding situation isn't very clear so its hard to know what kind of environment that the dogs are coming from/have been in. I'm not accusing them of being a "puppy mill", but we don't have clear evidence that its not. From day one, our puppy had pretty severe diarrhea. Our vet told us to stop feeding them the food that they had been eating from Dream Puppys and with some meds and different food, that has cleared up. This could have been caused by many different things such as the stress of a new environment and the whole transition process.We have had great difficulty crate training our dog because it was probably kept inside of a crate for weeks before we showed up. This more than likely has reinforced that it's okay to pee/poop in their crate and it has caused us a significant amount of headache because we have not been very successful breaking that habit. We have also dealt with some obedience problems as well as some serious food aggression problems. Our experience with the actual business and purchasing process was not BAD, but I would probably not buy another puppy here again knowing what I now know if nothing were to change in the future.

I will just say this I tried to deal with this lady open and honestly and she is in a world of her own I don't lie nor do I lie about my puppies if you do business with these people do it at your own risk I found out the hard way just saying God don't like ugly you reap what you sow. Don't leave a bad review for this business they will try to txt you and call you oh my what happened to free speech again decide for your self but be forewored

Love this place. There dogs are the best. I have a havanes and he is 18 it is well worth it. I just got a puppy 🐶 from her, her name is luluShe is so sweet and is almost potty trained after a week. She is really smart.

A highly unpleasant ordeal: Dream Puppy's is a place my dog will never return to! While on a family vacation, shortly before I was scheduled to pick up my dog, I received a call stating that they couldn't find her. Evidently, during an outdoor activity with the dogs, they managed to escape. My dog ended up in the care of a stranger. Fortunately, I was able to locate my dog by reaching out to different people in the area. I strongly advise against using their services.

DO NOT , I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY OR BABIES HERE TO GET GROOMED....I'm Devastated took my babies here to get groomed. I was by myself so the worker took one of my babies to the car and I carried my other baby, when I picked them up. I immediately noticed something was wrong she normally jumps in the back seat. I parked my car and took her back in to ask questions. Of course no one knows anything they all told a different stories. This worker put my baby in the car knowing she couldn't walk and no one said anything 😡The workers said, she was fine we didn't noticed anything. Mind you the owner TABITHA was there and never came out and showed her face, STRANGE. Not only that not one time did she pick up the phone to call and check on the situation. I had to reach out to her for answers "SAD". Of course she don't know what could have happened but she says she was in the same room where they were at 🤔We are going on day 4 she still is unable to use her back legs. We are scheduled to go to Auburn on Tuesday to talk to surgeon, procedure will be $5,000 plus dollars. The procedure will be done I don't care how much it cost me this is my baby.There is no telling what they did to my baby 😭 I have the sweetest babies ever, hurts me even more not knowing how they hurt her and the pain she adored when the accident took place.I dropped my babies off to groomed they were fine, picked them up one can't walk, Just dont sit well with me......If you Love & Care about your baby or babies please take them elsewhere.UPDATE: MY BABY UNDER GOES BACK SURGERY IN THE MORNING $7,000 😡

We love our Mia and they are the friendliest! Mia is a mini goldendoodle. They were so patient & stayed on the phone w/ me for @ least 20 - 30 minutes after buying her and gave me tons of helpful tips on helping Mia become the best she can be. After all they knew her best and she knew them and we had only had her a few days. They knew our story & 3 weeks later, they remembered who we were when we brought her in to be groomed. She looked beautiful when they were done with her 😍 I highly recommend this place! We will definitely keep using them for her grooming needs!

Dream Puppy's is a really great place to find your dog. We have now bought two wonderful, beautiful dogs here and couldn't be happier! Our first dog (Yorkie) is now 1.5 years old and our new (Morkie) is just 2 months. We have always experienced a welcome atmosphere, friendly staff, and exceptional service! Another plus side are the prices of the dogs and discount offers after the purchase. Highly recommend Dream Puppy's!

Very busy this time of year! But one of the sale lady's took the time to hold each pup numerous time so I could decide. Parker is a wonderful (already spoiled!) Part of our crazy family. Dream Pups is warm and friendly when u walk in the door. And when u decide on which baby u want, than they are professionals and make sure all the paperwork is correct. One plus is they chip your dog if u like, and for a small fee, they activate it for u. So, wonderful place..looking for a puppy? Try them!

We purchased our little puppy (Chloe) from Dream Puppies about 4 months ago. They were so helpful during the process. In fact, she had a cold and the vet would not release her until she was well. I think that was wonderful as they wanted to make sure that we took a healthy puppy home with us. We have her groomed there and they do a wonderful job. If you're looking for a very family oriented place to purchase your new fur baby from, this is the place! Their grooming and boarding services are top notch too!

I have not heard anything good about this place. My friend is spending $7,000 to have her fur baby's back repaired. A simple groominghas turned into a nightmare. I do not recommend this place.

If it's raining they don't want to come to work. Maybe they melt in rain. The website says they are open and the sign on the door says Mon-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, I hung around in the parking lot for over 45min and no one is here. I'm glad I didn't have an appointment to get a pet groomed.

We got a bernedoodle from them right before Christmas we've had him for a month and haven't had any issues. The day we got him their systems were down and not working for the application and they did everything to make it painless. Absolutely recommend.
