Wish I could give a half of a star ! On 2 different occasions the 1st time I got rudely told not to touch a shirt because it was on a restock rack in which I had no idea that was what it was. Yesterday me and my daughter went and was literally headed to check out and a lady that works in the backasked my daughter did they call time because it was 3:55 and they were closed and she told her no nobody did. The lady was so rude about it my daughter sat the basket with items she was headed to purchase on the floor and we left . Again mind you we were headed to check out because we knew they close at 4. There wereother people in there as well. So I will not be returning there's no need in the staff being so rude !

Good for most part. Clean; Pretty well organized; clothing prices are reasonable. Ashley furniture and some other items can be pricey. For example, Tommy Bahama beach chair. Looked pretty new but was $35.00. Naw

Bought a couch for someone in need. The Truck broke down when they were on the way. The ladies were hesitant to give me $40 store credit for a couch that had holes all over it. It had only been a few minutes. Pretty crazy to be hard up for $40 store credit when it was donated to begin with. This is my go to place to donate my hoard clean outs to. They’ve earned way over $40 for my stuff “I brought” to them. Unfortunately I won’t be bringing anymore stuff here. I’ll take it somewhere else.I didn’t think it’d be a problem whatsoever, I mean they did give the credit but I felt like I had to bed

Clean and well laid out. I visited this store for the first time so I didn’t know what to expect. I was delightfully surprised at how clean this store is. I found a lot of high end and name brand clothing. Everything was well organized and the staff was really nice. I will definitely shop here again.

We got our kids wardrobes here, and we had a great time. The kids weren't bored, we got some great deals, and the store is pretty clean and well organized. I like how much space there is, and the fact that the racks are spaced far enough apart that you can actually see what is there.

Staff not customer friendly. I shopped there Saturday 2/1/20. Was just browsing and absolutely fell in love with a cupcake stand. Wasn’t marked but I didn’t care - I really wanted it! I took it to the cashier who rudely pointed out the sign saying ‘no tag no sell’. I was crushed. Offered to pay whatever!! Asked if they could mark it while I waited OR if they would hold it for me after it was marked. I didn’t see any other way I would be able to purchase the item. Answer to both questions was a very solid and INCOMPASSIONATE ‘No’. I understand policies but isn’t this kind of like biting the hand that feeds you so to speak? Shouldn’t the emphasis be on the sale and not trying to punish the buyer because they chose an unmarked item? I understand dishonesty causes these problems but we are talking about a charity thrift shop that should be trying to sell and should not be trying to reform the general public. Love the store,but they do over price a lot of stuff that's given to them. You can buy some brand new for the same price. Furniture is out ragious. Its a thrift store not a dept store. Need someone to learn to price better.

Large building. Lots of stuff. Furniture is a bit overpriced and some of the items were so dirty I can't imagine someone actually buying them. The book selection was awesome though. The amount of super old school tv's was hilarious. My son was amazed, he'd never seen one like that before and there were at least 20. I appreciated the dressing rooms, so many places like this don't have any.Don't go to the other location for this place. It was super cluttered and un-organized.

Really enjoy the book selection and pricing!!! The prices of knick knacks and the furniture that comes in, not so much. Too pricey for the quality. I hear most the furniture are tax write offs from some of the local furniture stores. But I do like the daily and weekly sales they put on! Btw, THEY DO NOT OPEN AT 8!! They open at 9 from M-F, not sure on weekend hours.

My first place I furnished from here. Couch, dresser, and small necessities cost around 300 bucks over a few months. It was a real help. We went a few weeks ago to look and the price are outrageous for furniture.

I dropped off lots of used items! Follow chain link fence, see sigh, Donations here w/Arrow. Ring bell at door, they unload. Don't forget to ask for tax write off, you fill out short form. Done under 5 min! Workers nice, courteous, and grateful! I will use them again.

Very large store with a big selection of everything. They have soooo many boots to choose from and keep it updated. Only downside is the staff are rude. They turn their noses up at customers and never try to conversate with them. They are too busy gossiping with each other.
