Staff are disrespectful. Don't care about customer service. Make you wait until they finish their conversations, not work related. Never have syringes in stock for B12 shots. Going to switch to Publix pharmacy. There are people who care there

the pharmacy was VERY busy. I would have had to wait hours for my RX at Walgreens. I only had to wait an hour at CVS. The pharmacy staff was very nice.

Ms. Theletha at the Dothan CVS is awesome. She is a very caring and professional nurse who administered two vaccines in the same visit and provided me with a step by step explanation on the procedure and the possible reactions to each of the vaccines. Ms. Theletha blends a sense of personality and technical competency to her work and is very outgoing. She is very calming and has the utmost concern for the welfare and comfort of her patient. Thank you Ms. Theletha!

I just moved here down from New Jersey. I went through the drive-through to request a transfer of my medications and the employee made it very easy, simple, and fast. She was very kind and helpful in every way possible. I recommend this establishment!

Every time I go their is a long wait ( 2 hours at times!) and the people working there are to lazy to help solve any problems when you have an updated insurance card. I have been a cvs pharmacy customer for many years but I am taking my business elsewhere!

Worthless. Dismissive and condescending. They do not have the time nor the inclination to treat their customers with compassion or respect. Do not expect any help with prescriptions beyond the answer of 'yes your insurance covers it or, no your insurance doesn't cover it, you have to pay full price.'

The workers are EXTREMELY RUDE! They never have the prescriptions even when they say they do and it consists of you making many trips. Horrible service!
