This pharmacy was terrible! The pharmacist was talking to a coworker about how her friends were treating her. I stood for a long time to be waited on. It was like I was interrupting their business! I asked about our prescription and she said that they hadn’t looked at all the orders and to come back about 3:00 pm and it might be ready! They need a lesson in customer service! Never mind, I’ll go elsewhere!

I look at the reviews and couldn’t believe it could’ve been that bad…. Boy was I wrong! We’re traveling and stopped in to pickup up some things, and there was 3 implores standing around talking. Not even behind the registers. I picked up something in the pharmacy department, you had to check out with it at the pharmacy…. (Sudafed) It’s 2:00pm and the pharmacy was closed, the 3 up front said they should be opening soon, that I would need to wait, mind you we are traveling! I stood back there till 2:05, still not open! Worst experience ever in a CVS. I ended up with Claritin and checked out myself.Will never stop there again!

Cvs you really need to train your employees about customer service!! The cashier working the front counter was so rude. She saw me waiting in line to check out. When it was my turn she rudely placed a sign on the counter and said “You have to use self check out”. I can understand if she was busy and didn’t have time to check me out. Unfortunately not the case. She sat in a chair behind the counter doing nothing!!! I had one item and it would’ve took her no time at all. I will not make the mistake and come to location again.

Every time I go to the pharmacy there the women roll there eyes and talk to me any type of way it’s very unprofessional they are always complaining that it is too much work for them yesterday they made me feel like I was going to cry.

Worst pharmacy in Dothan. I've been using them for years but finally got tired of the rude, eye rolling behavior of the staff. They act like their just there and don't want to work and heaven forbid you need any help cause all your gonna get is eye rolling and huffing and puffing cause they got to work. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I was trying to obtain medication for my 90 yr old mother on Wednesday. Once it had been called in from the doctor's office I was told by CVS I could pick it up that afternoon. Once there I was told that afternoon the pharmacy didn't have it in stock. They said it would be ready on Thursday. Thursday arrived and I was unable to purchase her medication as they stated it had been called to Express Scripts mail order pharmacy. ( I called express scripts by phone and obtained a waiver.) I entered the CVS store a 4th time and requested the medication be run through the computer again. They informed me it could be filled but would be several hours before it could be filled. I finally was able to obtain it at 7:30 that night. I am finished doing business here.

Every time we get antibiotics they won’t flavor it and they’ll give it to me. Sometimes they act weird when I ask to flavor it and say it’s already flavored, then this month it happened again. I left, got home and it’s not flavored. Kids are not going to drink unflavored antibiotics. I can’t go here anymore, I’ve been coming to CVS or Walgreens for years and I have to find another place because I’m tired of the issues.

Defiantly the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Very, very rude staff. A black lady on the phone always huffed and puffed when asking an appropriate question and “having to make her work”. And most especially the Asian pharmacist that was working, Sunday, November 6th. Very condescending and lying out her a$$.

Nice workers. But this self check out is putting people out of a job. If I wanted self service I would just order what I need online and have it delivered to my door. Corporate America is killing our box stores which means less money they have to spend and the more they will make. Because they won't pass that savings on to the consumers.

We had to change to CVS when my husband’s insurance changed. This pharmacy is awful in all areas-customer service, answering the phone & questions, and actually having medications and filling prescriptions. We had to go several days with out a very necessary medication. They kept promising they were “working on it”. It is not an unusual Medicine and definitely not one we could go without. We ended up having to go back to our old pharmacy and pay out of pocket price for a 7 day supply. It has been 4 days and we still don’t have his medicine from CVS. I will be finding another pharmacy ASAP.

One star is being generous. CVS promises my medications will be ready and then never has them filled on time. The drive thru is always closed, there are long lines, and they are under staffed and rude. One clerk is always particularly rude, and seems to not want to do her job of filling my medication that was promised 6 hours ago. Wish I could take my business elsewhere but my insurance prefers CVS, believe me as soon as I can I will. No one would ever choose to use this pharmacy as their preferred!!

If I could give zero stars I would ! The lady that worked the closing shift last night should be absolutely ashamed of herself! My best friend had ordered some photos thru the app of her father whom she is putting to rest today only to show up BEFORE the doors were even locked and told she couldn't help her cause she had no drawer so my friend explained she needed these photos for her late father's funeral service today and had already paid for them thru the app all the lady had to do was get them for her my friend even offered to pay her double personally to get them for her so she could have them for the service STILL this woman refused talk about HEARTLESS and LAZY who is that cold they have no compassion for the situation they can't be bothered to walk 15 feet to grab her photos and save her dad's final farewell?!? You know who you are and you ought to be completely ashamed and selfish you couldn't be bothered. Clearly you never lost a parent and if you have you are a just a disgusting person. I will be there at 8am to get those photos and I will be speaking to the manager and if I gotta go up the ladder I will cause it was unnecessary for her to make what is already a painful and very difficult day saying goodbye to her father that much worse. I would be embarrassed to say you was my employee. Thankfully Walgreens saved the day even going so far as using there personal phone to help as well as made sure we had some photos for the service . But as for the merciless CVS employee you shouldn't be working a custom service job YOU LITERALLY SUCK AT IT

I had an issue with the pharmacy not having my prescription ready. Prescription was faxed from doctor office Tuesday, it's Friday and still ain't ready. I called the store and talked to the store manager Craig, of whom which was awesome in helping me. He talked to the pharmacist and fixed the problem. Craig was extremely helpful, he will even call you back when he says he will. Craig is a valuable CVS manager and his customer service gets 5 stars from me, the pharmacy gets zero stars.

I dropped my prescription off at 9 a.m . I was told during the drop off that it would be ready at lunch. I arrived to pick up my prescription at 3:45 p.m. and was informed that it wouldn’t be ready until 5 p.m. I then explained to the pharmacy assistant that I was told it would be ready at lunch in which she practically called me a liar and told me that I didn’t drop it off at 9. Completely unacceptable customer service. That is the most convenient place to fill my prescription due to it being close to where I work but I will never use this pharmacy again.

This is the most nonprofessional CVS . If a person was on there death bed they would literally die if this CVS has to refill they medicine. They should just SHUT COMPLETELY DOWN and not be able to re open . My son DOCTOR called in a prescription for him 3 weeks ago and this CVS yet hasn’t gotten it . Also , they like to play on the phone I’ve been holding on the line for 30 minutes, no one yet hasn’t picked up the phone (every so often it seems like they pick up the phone and then put it back down). PATHETICCVS pharmacy staff has to do better !!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I do not blame the staff for the issues i blame management and above. If the Doctor sends a presciption in at 7am then why at noon is it still not ready? Then we are told it may be later in the evening or even the next day! They are completely understaffed because corporate America wants there money and tonhell with everyone else. I wonder how many sick people have gotten even sicker because they were unable tonget their meds in an orderly fashion!

I went to the CVS,across from WalGreens and by the Waffle and Hardees, this morning to pick up my daughters prescription. A costumer shouldnt b made to feel aweful and b rude to by the pharmacist aide or whatever. This particular cashier/attendant pratically threw the bag at me rather than placing the bag in the basket and politely sliding it to me. If u dont want to b at work dont go into work however if u do go in to work treat ur damb customers as u want to b treated. Dont b short and hateful to ur customers.

Don't answer phone. Has annoying music. And, they didn't have prescriptions ready when they say they would have them ready. Customer service sucks. If it was the fact that our insurance (work) want accept any other pharmacy, I would be saying see ya.

I went into the store to purchase an item and had a question. The store manager, Scott, was very rude and disrespectful to the point where he walked away from me while I was asking him my question. I went to the counter to finish asking him and his reply to me was, "I'm the store manager and I have been here 5 years and I do what I want." I informed him that I would take my money and business elsewhere and I'd be calling corporate he stated, "Good, I don't care."

Condescending and disrespectful. Incompetent pharmacy staff. The customer is treated as cattle only to be milked of his or her money. The only help they offer is saying " yes insurance pays or no your insurance doesn't pay."Forget consultations, no time for that.

They keep u on hold for so long I’ve been on hold for 55 minutes and when I get thru they are so rude and short with you. In the pharmacy they don’t make eye contact just very unprofessional.

They never have medication in stock. They will not give you a partial. My dad had to wait for his inhaler because it was filled for three and they only one in stock. I worked in pharmacy 21 years no one went with out their inhaler!

Taking longer and longer to fill prescriptions. Gonna change to Walgreens and see what happens. Waited 20 minutes on the phone to see if my prescription was filled since they could not fill it yesterday. I finally hung up.
